My customer id is dl[protected]. I have paid rs. 858/- through order no #ts0007143 placed on 23 december 2019. The amount is for 6 months toi home delivery. I got confirmation from [protected]@timesgroup.com that the paper delivery will start soon. No paper delivery started. I feel cheated. Received message from toicrm on 20/04/2020, to confirm supply of toi paper, and in case of non delivery contact mr. Rahul revankar, area manager, or toll free no. [protected]. Tried contacting their customer care number and area manager many times [protected]. No one responds on call. Also, i have mailed to timesgroup.com 0n 25/01/2020, but no reply. Either start the services or refund the amount.

Very sorry to write again & again, that my subscription to toi stopped abruptly since 6 days and you have not given solution for the same.

This is my 5th complaint for 3rd consecutive days, but you people seems to be not bothered about. Such a negligence from india's biggest media house. Its a matter of very sorry and shame.

If you people are not competitive enough to reply, atleast refund back the amount or inform the reason for stopping the subscription.

I am residing in chandigarh and i paid payment in advance for newspaper for one year. But i have not received paper from 22.3.2020 till date. Kindly solve my isuue

Times of India paper not delivered to my address since one week. Moreover Your HEAD OFFICE as well as Chennai offices do not respond to my e mails repeated forwarded every now and then. This is highly atrocious. I may to compelled to approach at all levels if the problem is not attended forthwith.

I am selvam from chennai. I paid 599 inr through online payment on[protected]. Before payment customer care executive told that my subscription period will starts from 1st april 2020 and will be ended on 31st march 2021. I received the mail by mentioning subscription period as same as she told. But i did not receive newspaper on 1st april. Then i had contact them regarding that and asked them to refund my money. But they told that it will be deivered within 5th april.
They were not picking calls often. They picked 1 call out of 5 and they used to tell that we will start from tomorrow. But till now delivery have not been started.
Don't waste your money by subscribing times of india's service. Hindu and deccan are better than times of indai.
Times of india's staffs and service is really very worst. They are the worst i have ever seen.

Money got deducted twice and didn't get the item purchased

Today is 17th april, i get a packet delivered which is supposed to be manufactured tomorrow. How?

Its going to be 1 month since i subscribed for my daily issues through their online portal. I have attached the details as screen shot below. I paid 1092 per year for my daily newspaper. Even though they conformed that i will be receiving it from 22 march 2020, i didt get my copies yet and i have lodge a complaint on this regard to their crm team several times a week but still they are so inattentive and lethargic which makes me to feel that these guys don't have a proper protocol to follow. Despite of being such a big network. I feel sorry for posting this but i don have any other option. Atleast they can inform me why they delay this much. I am highly disappointed from the response of toi crm team.

P. S. Kindly keep up your words in future.

Hi, I have been subscribed to Times of India news paper with id: CH[protected]. From the last 10 days, I am not getting the news paper. I have tried contacting on [protected] for support, which was given at the time subscription but, of no use. I have tried contacting the local contact person, there is no answer either.

What about the Subriubtion where paper not delivered

I stay in sector 47 m2k aura gurgaon haryana and take times of india. But due to covid19 we as a society decided not to take paper but why is vendor taking full money from us?
We have suggested he can take rs30 as a service charge but he still wants full money and threaten that if we stop this service then we may have to pay rs 500 again as a security charge for restarting the service.
However we have paid the secrity of rs 500 when we started taking the paper 2yrs back.

Above all vendor is rude and says in the area assigned to him has his monopoly and he rules this area.

Can someone please look into it? Or we need to reach someother channel?

My regular Vendor is Rakesh Kohli ([protected]) I am not getting my paper since 24th March except on 1st and 2nd April, 2020. Kindly help.

This is regarding the article published on april 7 wherein it stated that 5 army personnel were killed.
Gentleman i don't know if you have respect for soldiers or not but a soldier always gets martyred and not killed.
Get ur ideas straight and then u gave them a 3x3 column but then u gave some zoo news a wide coverage. For humanity sake please give it some respect.

Subscriber id ch[protected]. Complementary bag not given during the initial subscription and then i raised complaint through mail and continuously following up for more than 6 months. Crm team is simply replying we arrange to deliver shortly.
Almost 10 to 15 times i received the above same reply for all my mails from crm. But they not arrange the bag.

Almost 11th month now.

I have paid inr 8200/- to times of india representative either deeksha or riya (Don't remember the exact name but had conversation with both over the phone) for 4 consecutive matrimonial ad on in toi matrimonial on 2 march 2020.

It was published only once on 22 march 2020 while it should have published 4 consecutive sunday starting from 22 march.

Nobody is now replying me over the phone nor picking up the phone so i want to sue them for this because when they wanted the money they were making me calls and whatsapp even till 9 pm in the night. They were in so much hurry that they forced me to pay the money at 9 pm in hte night but now when ad is not there they are not even picking up my phone.

Please help me refund all my money and since this is unethical, they should be punished for that for sure because this is pure fraud.

I am residing at B-5 dhawalgiri apartment, sector-34 NOIDA. Our vendor has not deliver newspapers since 23rd of march. Kindly take this matter in your knowledge.

I subscribed to toi english daily on 18th march 2020.

I paid the amount online and the subscription was confirmed immediately. I got an sms and email confirming that the delivery of the newspaper will start on 22nd march 2020.

However, i have not received any delivery till date, its been over three weeks now. I registered a complaint on 27th march 2020 and the complaint id is 00240085. I called the toi customer care team over 3 times now and the crm team promised delivery within 3 business days. I even sent them a couple of emails but the grievance is still pending resolution.

I wish to cancel the subscription if toi doesnt resolve this issue.

I have been a customer for many years. Recently i got a call from back office for annual subscription. I completed the payments and was assured of beginning of the services on a particular date. However nothing happened. I even tried contacting the office on the very same number from which i had received call. But no one responded. Later i contacted the dsp mr manoj patel and he assured me that it will be resolved. However it’s still not resolved and now no body is listening.

This is with reference to my email to you dated oct 24th, 2018, as i had mentioned,

I have been noticing fake news linked to the pressreader site by someone. This news was published falsely in the times of india on september 6th, 2007.

In fact, later it was proved by the committee that this was a handy work and conspiracy by some of my colleagues and matter was solved. I was made chairperson for full-term and member in all prestigious committees of jnu including the executive committee.

But as this news link is still appearing on google search in my name, i feel insulted and humiliated. This news is also harmful as new people who don’t know the facts, may believe it as true news.

I’m giving the link on which your press reader is displaying it on google.

I have requested the site of press reader several times, but they always wrote to me that someone from times of india had linked it to pressreader and only he/she (Times of india) should write to them with the following information:
• name of the publication
• the date that it was published
• page number (S)
• url
• headline, or image byline
• action that you wish to have taken (Details of the removal, modification, etc.)

Hence i request you to please help me in this critical situation by removing this fake news from the press-reader site as this has no purpose at present.
