My customer id is dl[protected]. I have paid rs. 897/- through order no #ts0009758 placed on 01 march 2020. The amount is for 6 monthstoi home delivery. I got confirmation from [protected]@timesgroup.com that the paper delivery will start from 4th march. No paper delivery started. I feel cheated. Tried contacting their customer care number many times [protected]. Noone responds on call. Also, i have mailed to crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com, but no reply. Either start the services or refund the amount.

Following queries may pl be replied asap.
1. Vendor - raju sinha (Dv5899, m. No [protected]) is insisting for rs 40/ per month as delivery charges for subscription of toi+et (Id:[protected]). Whether it is to be paid as per policy or not?

If not, pl instruct vendor not to insist for delivery charges as per toi group policy.

2. I have started subscription wef[protected], so can i give coupon for the period from[protected] to[protected] against[protected] to[protected].

3. Is there any provision of stopping news paper temporarily for few days, whenever out of home.

Laxman, a toi agent has come to my home and enrolled for 1 year newspaper subscription on 02-feb-2020. He hasn't initiated the delivery of newspaper until i called him on 03-march-2020. When i called he shared a delivery man's number, mr. Mahesh and he delivered the newspaper on wednesday (04-march-2020). From yesterday he is not delivering newspaper and when i call he said rudely that its dropped at my home.
Today also he hasn't delivered. When i complained to lazman, he told he will check and call back. But he didn't.. Now laxman is also not answering my calls. Please do the needful to deliver my subscription or else return my amount asap.

Hi my customer id is [protected]. My subscription for your newspaper was due for renewal from 02/02/2020. The payment regarding the same had been duly made to you through the account payee cheque and form no. Dfb0018477. The message confirming renewal and promised delivery from 01/02/2020 was also received on the registered no. However till the date of this complaint that is 06/03/2020 we have yet to receive delivery of any coupons or newspaper. On the contrary we are receiving message from your company requesting us to renew the subscription. Kindly ensure the matter is resolved at the earliest and either given us the cupon till the extended that as may be applicable or refund the money

I have paid vide cheque no.186174, drawn on sbi dated 5th. January 2020, an amount of rs.1393 through my newspaper delivery agent two years subscription for the toi newspaper. I have not received the coupons so far.

This scheme was intimated to me by the news paper agent, who advised me to pay rs.1393 for two years to bccl (Bennet coleman co. Ltd). Against this payment i was supposed to reached coupons for 24 months, which was to be paid to the agent for receiving toi news paper. I have not yet received the vouchers even after two months and am paying full price to the agent.
Perhaps the cheque payment has been received by the bccl but they are not able to link my address, hence the vouchers have not been received.

I have subscribed to the times of india and the economics times iand i have been issued subscription id no. Dl[protected] on 14/02/2020 via sms.
Till today i. E. 05.03.2020, i have neither received any coupon nor the delivery of newspapers has been started.
This is a serious issue with regard to service provided by such an esteemed company. Though the delivery was to start from 15th of february and end by 13th february, 2020 the delivery is yet to start.
Kindly take necessary action for earliest disposal of my complaint.

Have not received times paper for past 15 days have mailed to crm complained to supervisor called vendor. Am sending mails l daily to crm. Have subscribed one more year from march also in advance supervisor is saying he will change the vendor for past 3 years but not done. Now supervisor is not picking and cutting calls. Only auto mails received saying issued will be received

I used to receive the paper on daily basis for the last 50 days, but suddenly they have stopped to distribute the paper for the past 2 weeks. I dont know where to complaint? The person who has collected money from me has left the job also and asked me to put a mail to times of india.

I have Subscribed for mumbai mirror on 8th November, 2019 for 2 years. The delivery of newspaper was going to start from 26th November, 2019. I has an issue with the address of delivery, as i want the mumbai mirror to be delivered at the address which was been filled in the form online.
After complaining via mail and after calling the customer care number "n" number of times, the delivery of the newspaper havent started yet till date i.e 28th February, 2020.
I am fed up of calling the customer care number as there i get only fake promises, but not the solution to my problem.
I have also given option that if they cannot start the delivery for any reason, cancel the subscription and return me the money, but that is also not been done by them.
What should i do??
Is there any other solution.

This is vp singh here. First of all, i want to thank you for all the support you have been giving me on the times internet. I would also like this message to be sent to mr. Kabeer sharma (Grievance officer). This email regards sensitive personal information.

I apologize for these constant e-mails i have been sending your team for the past two weeks. I apologize for any disturbance for sending several e-mails. But, this is an emergency report. I need to take this to the next level as the conflicts are not resolved yet.

For nearly a month from nov 2019-dec 2019, i have noticed there has been impersonation of my account on the times internet. Not only impersonation, but the user who is behind these fake accounts has been posting insulting comments on the times internet by pretending to post as me. The user copied my name. My location, and created a profile. I want to ask if there is an option to block a user on the times internet, so that the user can not stalk all my comments.

The problem is that the user is not using a times profile because his original impersonated times account has been blocked, so he is signing up and commenting by using other options, and he is not giving up with his practice of impersonation. His original impersonated times profile
Was https://mytimes.indiatimes.com/profile/21singh_kratik, which has been blocked already as i already reported it to the team.

This is not a coincidence that the user and i have the same name and location as i am 100% sure that the same user who is currently faking to be my profile created the accounts: https://mytimes.indiatimes.com/profile/mcshindoa and https://mytimes.indiatimes.com/profile/21singh_kratik as the behavior from these two accounts seem very similar to what the user is showing now. Both of these accounts have been reported and blocked by the times internet, but unlike these two accounts, the user who is currently committing impersonation against me is not using a times account, but somehow he is still getting access to commit the same behavior to what he did in these two accounts.

Just a few months, the user created another account: https://mytimes.indiatimes.com/profile/[protected]#_ga=2.52867624.[protected].[p...⇄ the user saw my location, and he is posting offensive comments towards hindus and towards indians. He is accusing indian-american hindus of being offensive towards muslims, which is all slanderous.

In all these three accounts, i have observed:
The user changed his previous name to my name (The user changes names pretty often).
The user changed his location to my location (Which i write very specifically), so it is easy to tell the user is committing impersonation
The user is copying and pasting some of my comments, and editing/publishing them his own way
The user is stalking all my comments and replying to comments that are several days old
The user is writing in identical formats (The user sometimes writes in all caps or all lowercase)
The user is repeating the same comments
The user has commented on the article: https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/927-hindu-sikh-migrants-from-pakistan-...⇄ this is the only known information i have of him.

I have flagged this comment, but i am not sure if the moderators are noticing as it is clearly showing hatred towards the community of muslims. I am still wondering how this user got access to comment even when his profile has been blocked. I also flagged this comment for impersonation, but i want to know if i can flag or report a specific user to the times internet. This user as mentioned is not using a times account, so it is harder to know more details about which article and when he is commenting.

I read your articles on the times internet policy, and the only solution i found for reporting a user is to contact the grievance officer. That is the reason for my constant e-mails.

Important: if this behavior does not cease, i may have to report this behavior to the law level for impersonation as it is considered a crime on the internet. I have taken screenshots of the user's impersonated comments from today and before, and i am almost ready to file a police report if this impersonation does not stop. I will need your team's help in trying to detect how this user is getting access to impersonate as me when his original account has already been blocked. I do realize that the times internet is not responsible for this conflict, but i request your team to take more action against this. If i file a report to the police, i would let the officer know to contact grievance, so that he/she can track the ip address of this impersonated account, and take further action.

I want to resolve this conflict as soon as possible, but this user is still committing cyber crimes which must be reported to the times team; it can not be ignored. I do not want this happening to me and neither to anyone else.

I didn't receive newspaper for almost 4 months now. I have been kept on calling your customer service number but it is unanswered. I have received call back for my messages, staying that the newspaper will be supplied with all promises but never did it happen.

I'm restless fed up with your customer service and i'm completely losing hopes as i cannot deal with your false promises anymore.

If at all any action taken, i would simply appreciate it. Thanks.

I, smt sampurna roy choudhury, aged about 28 years d/o sri narayan poddar, residing at 25, brahmapur government scheme, bansdroni, kolkata – 700070, p s bansdroni working at cygnus group of companies, ifs business centre, 206/1, rashbehari avenue, kolkata - 700029, do hereby lodge my atrocious complain against a culprit claiming to be mr santosh baswaraj morge having mobile number [protected].
The fact to be stated goes as follows. On 14th january 2020, at about 11 am i wished to sell an old washing machine through olx. Being a bit biased towards olx selling procedures with legitimate returns i followed the normal selling norms. Thereafter i received a call from a possible buyer claiming to be mr santosh baswaraj morge. After a brief telephonic conversion, i was send a qr code bearing rs 10 credit amount from the culprit’s bank account. I was told to receive the same which i did accordingly. Gaining my confidence, he again sent a qr code of rs 7500/- and asked me to follow the same process. I did the same but to my wonder instead of gaining the credit of rs 7500 /-, i was debited of amount rs 9911/- from my savings bank account with bandhan bank, brahmapur branch, having account no. [protected]. I have already reported the same to the branch. A copy of such report is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal. On 16th january 2020 i contacted lalbazar thana fraud section (Ph nos [protected]) and reported the same. They issued the docket no 13272 dt 16.1.2020 asked me to contact them after 21 days. They also directed me to lodge a complain to the local police station. I have lodged the complain to the gariahat police station on 16th january 2020 whose copy is enclosed.
Likewise on 11.2.2020, i again contacted the lalbazar fraud section for the possible positive feedback. But i was dishearten to learnt from them that since the payment was made through google pay upi id, and there is no cash balance in upi wallet so they cannot initiate the refund process. The department simply reflect their helpless in this regard. Although i made repeated follow-ups yet i am futile for any positive results till date. Further after regular follow-ups have failed to convince and persuade the gariahat police station to register an fir.
I am working to support my family financially and the mentioned amount is more than 60% of my salary which for a lady of my stature it means a lot.
Sir, i do hope that you will take up the matter in your much esteemed editorial column so that the common people are not cheated and became aware of the factual which i suffered previously.

I had taken subscription from 18th feb 2020 but i have not receive newspaper till now. On asking to dealer of times of india he makes excuses like delivery boy unable to find my address, even delivery boy deny to deliver paper at my address and told me to collect it from toi office or wait for delivery boy outside even for hours. Why should i collect newspaper from office? Please told him to do his job properly or i have to cancel my subscription.

I have subscribed for prepaid newspaper doorstep delivery on 13th feb, which was supposed to start from 15th feb 2020, but the same has not been started yet. While raising a complaint regarding same time and again i get a comment that we can't do a thing as we are located in ahmedabad, and somebody from mumbai will call in a day or two, but nobody from mumbai made a call yet. Neither they are helping me with complaint ticket. Such a pathetic service no body is willing to take it seriously and i get same tape recorded like comment every time. This is not i have expected from a premier paper media.

Try to get et wealth newspaper in every monday for past six months still newspaper vendor not delivering the et wealth newspaper, i spoken with toi distributor prakash, subramani and raja still none of them taken initiative to deliver the et wt news papers.

There are many companies are already providing air purifiers in market but they are working on filters (Co2, dust and hepa) filters, after 45-50 days these filters get jam then customers are required to re change all filters its costly so we had develop a natural air purifier on natural concept. There is only 1 filter (Reused hepa filter) and our device is converting polluted air into oxygen with the help of photosynthesis. I am suffering from life attack because of this innovative project. Some unknown peoples ask me for share in this project but i denay them as this project was going on in lpu startup and we was presenting in many government event. They suddenly attacked on me but lucky i am safe now but it is not end. I started my work again and i win ("the business master of 2019") title from daviet and 6.25 lakh grant also from msme (They still didn't provide my grant still) and on finally the startup incubation institutes started demand me for 90% share of this innovative device when it is finally ready for launch in market. I quit from that institute then they shared this innovative device with ndtv and toi and claimed that they had developed this device (Toi printed this news) and there are no any credit for me. I have every proof and documents for my work but i dont know what can i do now. I am still working on my device at my home now and i hope i will get any positive response from anywhere so that i can proceed my work and launch our product soon.
