Hello i have repeatedly tried to complain to you, change the vendors often and not succeeding in making them stop dumping advertisement inserts with our daily bangalore mirror & toi supply. They stop for a few days then restart. This destroys our & your relationship experience. I want to know if with direct subscription of toi & bm we are still going to be inundated with inserts. I am residing in sector-9a gurgaon (Haryana) and submitted a cheque for subscription for delivery of toi paper at my residence in march, 2019. The cheque for rs.895 was cleared and debited to my account on 7th may, 2019. But i have not received coupons so far. Nor delivery of toi paper so far.

Toi is cheating and giving false promises to its readers when it says "no minimum purchase" vouchers of ₹500/- from lenskart. Since past few days, lenskart has disallowed the use of these vouchers on products priced at below ₹500/-. If this is their new condition, then why are you claiming no minimum purchase. This is a clear case of mis-information and cheating readers of toi.

I am having regular subscrption of times of india news paper from feb 19 to feb 20. I paid full amount for one year but after change of address i am not receiving news paper.

I was told that within one week i will receive the news paper at my new address by the customer care team of times of india.
