I am residing in samridhi grand avenu, noida exten (U. P) and submitted a cheque for 2 yrs. Subscription for delivery of times of india paper at my residence in march, 2019. The cheque for rs.1393 was cleared and debited to my account on 20th march, 2019. But i have not received coupons so far. Nor delivery of news paper so far.
I was directed to contact your vendor mr. Deelip (Mob no. [protected]) & amit[protected], [protected]) but all in vain despite my calls and messages to him & also they are very rude. Please arrange coupons/delivery of newspaper or refund of above amount to me.

I had been reading times of india for few years now. I just wanted to intimate change of address in order to enjoy reading the same.

I have tried to contact several times but of little help.

We have not receiving last 10 days in chennai region ambattur vijayalakshmipuram our dsa name is c. Ravichandran and the vendor name is gopinath he is not responding our call for compliant means they told me in harsh words it is the problem we face your person so many times call me and ask for subscription then they get the subscription charges then no respond in your side that'wise i compliant the vendor is not pick my call and the dsa is using harsh word. So kindly take the immediate action and delivery our paper with right person.

We have been subscribers annually to your paper from the day you started in chennai switching over from the hindu. We are sorry to say we will not be renewing the subscription next time. There is a highly irregular and late supply of the paper by the vendor and every month we had to call minimum 4 times to tell the paper is not delivered and invariably paper is delivered by 7 30 or 8 am when we do not get the time to even glance the paper. Kindly redress

Times of india is making all readers full by giving wrong info. It said earlier that lenskart voucher is no minimum purchase however they later put a condition that reading glasses, contact lenses and accessories are out it means it can only be use for people who have vision issue???

Also with this they ensured that there is to be minimum purchase of rs 2000/- else you dont have any product on lenskart site.

Further similalry nursery live voucher of rs 400/- can only be reeedem on fixed product of rs.799 + shipping,

Toi should stop making fool and must apolpgies to all reader

As there is no proper drainage and sewage system in belmar layout, on 09.10.2019, there was heavy downpour of rain and all the water has entered our houses and water was above 3 feet, all the drainage water nearby has entered our houses and was there for 14 hours.

Again there is red alert in the next 4 days, and all the residents here are very much tensed, it is very dangerous situatioin here.

I m paid 546 rs. Through online on 14th september 2019 for subscription of times of india paper but till paper not received. (Ts0003993) lot of times mail send to your side but till your side not reply. Don't make fraud, if your side not interest to send paper. Pls refund my money. Lot of times i am called your customer care [protected] no one respond properly. It's mental agony for me. If your side not taken action then i will take by legal action.

I have subscribed navbharat times lucknow edition on 29th september 19 and paid full amount of rs 624/- for six months agst my order number ts0004620
But on repeated mail's to your [protected]@timesgroup.com, they have given deaf ear to my complaint
If you are not able to deliver my subscribed newspaper than don't you refund my money already paid
Such activities are not accepted from number one newspaper company
Hope you understand my concern and will respond soon

Please refer to my cheque no.078834 dated 06.10.2018 for rs.895/- (Cleared on 29.10.2018) for supply of times of india bennettco - news paper for 18 months as per your scheme.
In this connection, i am sorry to inform you that till date i have not received the coupons and now my new paper vendor - mr. Dinesh tiwari of yamuna vihar depot has stopped supply the new paper on pretext that payment has not been made.
You are requested to look into the matter and issue the coupons and instruct mr. Dinesh tiwari of yamuna vihar depot to supply the news paper immediately.

Hello i have repeatedly tried to complain to you, change the vendors often and not succeeding in making them stop dumping advertisement inserts with our daily bangalore mirror & toi supply. They stop for a few days then restart. This destroys our & your relationship experience. I want to know if with direct subscription of toi & bm we are still going to be inundated with inserts. I will give the vendor one final warning and if he doesnt fall in line i will stop him.

My husband ritesh jain was working as a ceo of lamba techno flooring solutions pvt ltd dwarka delhi, after working 24×7 for 5 years nd putting the company in the top slot of the country, he has resigned from the company due to the mental harrassment nd unrewarded nature of the director nd his relatives.

Now the director is threatening my husband with dire consequences. He openly told that he can do anything nd will file n number of legal cases against my husband. Actually his cousin brother is acp in ur department, nd he is threatening us with his name.

He has not settled our dues which will be in several lakhs. He is threatening us also nd once he called my husband in his office nd literally blocked his way out to sign some blank paper forcefully and at that time his father in law was also their. Both pradeep lamba (Director) nd his father in law bhupinder yadav r very abusive nd threatening to my husband.

He has given a misleading notice about my husband in times of india dated 7th october 2019 saying that my husband has escaped with the data and company belongings. The notice is a compilation of his lies only.

We can't file a fir becoz of his acp cousin.

We are in immense mental trauma becoz he is taking help from the inspectors of his cousin nd also threatened us to malign my husband's reputation.

If something will happen to my husband nd my family then pl take action against the director and his relatives.

Hi,

Referring to the above mentioned subject, i, sunil kumar d, would like to bring to your notice that my wife, mrs. Jayashree, had reached out to toi on the number under times interact for placing an advertisement regarding the name change of our son on 5th october 2019. She had the opportunity of speaking to mr. Manuel at toi and was told that one of his team member shall be calling in to take the details.

However, we got a call from adz corner, which is an ad-agency, by one mr. Sharan. Having advised, my wife shared the notarized affidavit copy over whatsapp with mr. Sharan. We received the first version of the content and were shocked to see the date of the affidavit incorrect (4th sept 2019 instead of 4th oct 2019) despite sharing the copy of the affidavit.

My wife, duly shared the corrected version after changing the date of the affidavit to 4th oct 2019.

Since the number of lines had come down, mr. Sharan not too happy, reached us and convinced us to re-look into the content.

We agreed to his version of the content and he shared the same again on whatsapp. We approved the same.

On publication of the advertisement on the 7th oct 2019, we noticed that the affidavit date was incorrect again (Despite sharing the affidavit copy and also having corrected in the content).

On reaching mr. Sharan, we were told that he printed only what we had approved.. Then what was the need to share the affidavit and why he had not used the corrected version of the content which my wife had shared on whatsapp.

Trying to bring this to the notice of mr. Manuel at toi, we were told that his responsibility ended once he referred us to adz corner. Kindly also clarify, when a customer reaches out to toi for placing an advertisement, why are they referred to an agency.

Now, on requesting for publishing the correct advertisement, we are told to pay for the advertisement again. Why is the public being looted in this manner, kindly clarify?

I would request toi to re-print the correct advertisement at the earliest.

I have been repeatedly giving complaints that, i am not getting newspaper since 01-june-2019. Even after several complaints, the times of india (Toi) has not been able to resolve the issue.

I have sent more than 30 complaints through emails and phone calls to their customer care number, yet i find no solution to my problem till date!

Every time i send a complain, a standard computer generated reply is sent by toi with a complaint number and they forget it after t sending that mail.

I do not know what has happened to my prepaid 4 months subscription amount for which no newspaper was delivered? Who will compensate for the loss and mental trauma caused?

It is very agonizing for a customer to keep on complaining and yet find no solution.

Highly disappointed with toi attitude.

And cheque cleared on 6 august 2019.
Still i did not get subscription coupon. I have called many times to customer care but did not get any solution. Now i am very fed up and want solution as soon as possible.

I am from production house, for our new movie we needed some pictures of 1960s, which we thought that it will be available with you. For same i called your landline number of head office, fort. As i was not having any contact person name, i asked your receptionist to connect me to relevant team to get the pictures. She connected me to 1 extinction but call was unanswered. I tried trice but no 1 received the call. On another attempt your receptionist was angry and said we do not provide help, also we do not have time to help anyone in getting the pictures of newspaper. On which i asked to provide me appointment so i can visit and get the details. But she denied loudly and disconnect the call directly.

I request you to pull out the call and listen it. The whey she has spoken to me. It was really very rude and unprofessional. Such unprofessional people may spoil the name of big brand of toi.

I am writing this to you in hope of action will be taken on her for unprofessional-ism.
