Issue:
1. I have purchased kent grand plus mineral ro sl. No - kr[protected] & installed on 9 feb, 2019.
I am facing problems on regularly & needs replacement of same because it is giving more & more problems. Following complaint dates can be verified at your end:-
09 feb, 2019 - installed
10 feb, 2019 ist. Complaint
12 mar, 2019 2nd. "
19 mar, 2019 3rd."
08 apr, 2019 4th. "
15 apr, 2019 5th."

2.in 7 months i made 10 complaints it shows that the kent grand plus mineral ro as shown above is faulty which needs to be replaced as it is still under warranty.

3. You are requested to kindly arrange to replace the same as soon as possible as per terms and conditions. If you cannot replace then i want a written statement by kent ro ltd so that i am free to approach consumer court against the same.

4. I hope you will replace the same to keep the reputation of company.

With reference to the above mentioned payment reference number for rs 599/-, which was paid on 22 july 2019 through paytm towards annual subscription for toi newspaper.
I am really sorry to say that till date, i have not received any customer copy and vendor coupon, despite of several followups over the phone to your office phone number[protected], out of which, one of the complaint reference no 00117303 was logged on 7 sept 2019, but in vain.

When i have asked them the reason behind delaying sending the coupon to us, then i was told by them that the coupon is under printing for the past two months. I was shocked to hear that the company who is printing lakhs of newspaper is himself facing trouble in printing related issue, that too for two months for a single job issue. This has become a joke of the year. Ha ha ha.

The vendor who is supplying newspaper to us have stoped supplying newspaper to us, stating that he will not supply unless they get vendor copy from us.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful by sending the vendor coupon at the earliest.

I paid an amount of rs 756 for toi subscription.
The amount got deducted but after sometime i received an email that the order was cancelled.
I have not received the refund of the amount or no response to my email.

This is regarding times if india, times mega plus offer. It was a special subscription price of 895 rs for the period of 15 month. I made a cheque in favour of benette, coleman & co. Ltd. On 14/06/19. This got cleared on 16/07/19. After this never got coupons.. I am calling the representative manish yadav @ ‭+[protected]‬ and sanjay @ [protected] almost everyday since july but they never take my call. This is harassment and cheating. Times of india, this is really unprofessional and it seems these representatives are making people fool using your name.

I paid annual subsciption for toi in feb 2019. Suddenly they stopped delivering paper for the past 15 days. No response to phone calls. Your offices also avoid helping resolving the issues. They say they are not connected with delivery issues. Who will resolve such issues? If you cannot, pl refund the balance. We will go for another paper. No one can wait for weeks and weeks.

Dear Sir, I happen to Subscribe Times news paper as well Famina magzine on 27 Jun 19 and Two cheques for Rs 1393/ & Rs720/ (receipt no. 2281)were handed over .I was promised that issues would commence wef Jul19 for news paper and Famina magzine wef Aug 19 .
Unfortunately do not have good experienced of dealing with your staff namely Mr Vikram Sharma . He was contacted on phone a no.of times in this inordinate delay in this matter. He never ever returned with the feed back, although he always committed so.
The Famina magzine has commenced supply on 18 Sep19 and received THREE Copies Dt 24 Aug 19, 09 Sep&24 Sep 19.Old magzines supplied are not acceptable Therefore, Supply shall deemed wef 24 Sep19 only . Pl Take note and act accordingly .
This exprience shall be shared with environs shall never subscribe to your any of the ISSUES in future .

I would like to share my nasty and
Nightmare experience with the india's greatest newspaper times of india...
I had ordered a high end phone samsung galaxy s7 edge for ₹39, 996/- from flipcart on 7th september 2019 and delivery was made on 11sept.2019... To my horror i received a old and dead phone.
Sent an email to flipcart within an hour on receiving the phone..
There was no response from flipcart towards that mail.
Contacted the customer care they responded we require a consent from your end by email.
For filling fir against the seller.
I tried sending mail but it was not teaching them and to my horror found that my registered email id has been tampered and the customer people asking me to send the consent for fir.
So i thought of changing my registered email of flipcart but found out that new email couldnt be registered it has been blocked..
So i sent a registered letter to flipcart giving my consent for fir...
On going through my online order found that there are two sellers for my product... First seller is electronis bazaar 1 and the second seller is shilpi enterprises. From bareilly (Up)..
Ekart logistics... Shows the phone has been shipped from bengaluru.. On the 7th september, the wrapper in which the phone was shipped had a detergent soap wrapper from up...
More details i would like to reveal where flipcart inside are involved in this high end

Times of india newspaper agent is not ready to put paper in mangalam colony, annanagar west, chennai - 600040.
This is really unacceptable and i would like to escalate this matter to senior management of times of india and this is making me an issue on daily basis. Please do the needful in sorting it out. Kindly revert me with possibilities.

My subscription for the period 16.09.2019 to 15.09.2020 was renewed as early as june 2019. I have not received my copy of toi so far. I have not received more than 30 issues of toi during the months july to september 2019. Each time i register a complaint i will be issued a copy for 2 or there days. It's then back to square one.

I request you to take immediate steps to redress the issue or cancel my subscription and refund the amount.

We have subscribed for toi subscription (Ts0002826) on 21st aug 2019. Since then we hav not received any newspaper delivery and there is no response to our email reminder sent to [protected]@timesgroup.com
Didn't expected such attitude from such a reputed organisation. Can you help me in either getting the newspaper supply or initiate the refund.

Nominated agency is not delivering newspaper properly. No newspaper is received in september 2019 except on 10th, 12th & 13th. I have made complaint in this regard through helpline no. [protected] and requested to change the agency to gurusamy agency, madurai. But no remedial action is not being taken. Poor service. Unbearable delay in resolving the issues.

I am a 70 years old man namely, dev kumar majumdar from kolkata and for my son "deepanjan majumdar", i wanted to publish one ad in t. O. I lost & found coln. Indcating my son ' lost cbse class xii marksheet. Accordingly ad agency in whats up send me an estimaed cost of rs 2016 on my proposed ad 7 it was told to be published after 2-3 days. I sent rs2016 to t. O. I by net banking, but immediately i had to cancel this proposed ad for technical reason & concerned lady informed me to intimate the reason of cancellation & being satisfied she asked immediate refund to my banker (All details given to them) lady did not give me any ad - id details that time & i did not know also. As ad was not reqd to be published, i thought, ad - id
Even after one month and with constant persue, i could not get my money back& since no ad id was provided cunningly by that un lawful lady, i am ina fix. She is now keeping her mobile un available. Previously, he was asking for more money as delivery charges as well which i denied to pay. It’s very frustrating and such things are not expected from a brand like “times of india”at least.
