Hi all,

I'm sending happy times contest answers well before 11 am on daily basis, and they are all correct, but the answer is not acknowledged always. Now, we're getting incorrect points for the answers sent correctly, practically all answers are sent after reading your newspaper... Even the points are calculated wrongly. This is pure cheating, how can we expect rewards if such thing happens with the largest customer base of this newspaper. Very much disappointed

I will not recommend anyone to get lured and take part in mirchi love contests a bad experience with times group company

As a prefinalist i was promised a club mahindra voucher in june 2019
I called them several times but they told its under process

Suddenly on 23 august nidhi bhatt (Mirchi love-times group) called me and then mailed me the club mahindra gift voucher, but the voucher had very few days of validity left as it was handed over to me 2 months late.

The very next day i tried to book my holiday but to my surprise all the 44 resorts were fully booked till validity of my voucher..
I was told that there were no rooms available in any of the resorts in any destination. 44 resorts and no room available for the next 4 months!!

I thus have failed to encash a free holiday voucher coupon from club mahindra.

I am residing at bloom field society, plot no 71/74, sector 18, ulwe node, navi mumbai. Id:36351217, lead no [protected], vendor 21617884, vendor dinesh yadav, sub vendor dinesh yadav-90152 depot code mm0078 depot nerul. Vendor is demanding extra money for delivery as i have not paid. He stoped delivery from 21st august 19. Pl. Help. I have already paid yearly subscription up to 31st. December 29.

Inspite several follow with times of india, i am unable obtain the solution for supply of news paper.

Even not received the paper i have subscribed next year also.

Please help in this regard to supply the paper regularly

We are getting the newspaper everyday at 9am after we leave our house for work. We stay at #302, spring seas apartment, silver spring layout, spice garden, munnekolela marathalli, bangalore 560037.

We will discontinue the paper if we don't get it early morning.

The paper boy is not available since he comes after we leave for work.
Can i get your paper in time. Can i get number of the distributor..

This is regarding the issue in the delivery of newspaper (Toi), the newspaper boy has stopped supply and not even picking up call, initially in every month atleast 4-5days the paper boy didn't drop paper, this month he has stopped completely.

We contacted toi vendor (Nilesh) to whom we had given cheque for 2 years.
He initially told us he will change the newspaper boy but now even he is not answering the call.

I have already given complaints about delivery of paper. The delivery boy threw the paper in the street instead of my house. Majority of the time he does. Today he threw the paper in the road when the rain is pouring. I am unable to open even a single page on account of the wetness of the newspaper

I hesitated to renew my subscription because of this behavior. Despite my complaint no improvement is made

One or two days they sort out,

But till no reply from their side.

I was approached by times of india sales representative for subscription of newspaper.

I opted for it by paying the necessary subscription fees through cheque.

The cheque has been cleared from my account, and i recieved sms stating my subscription will start from 1/july/2019 (Message attached).

Still the subscription has not started. The contact nos provided in below message is not working (Gets disconnected). No reply on mail sent.

I have applied for 15 months coupons scheme and my cheque was cleared on 01/07/2019
But till date i have not received the coupons. Further i have lodged the compliants on your toll free no many times but of no use.
Pl send me the coupons.

Hi.. Iam padma.
I live in masjid banda kondapur.
My newspaper distributor's name is yadagiri.
He charges 30rs towards delivery charges if the newspaper every month.
He sometimes does not deliver the news paper.
He was very unreasonable while answering why he is charging extra to deliver. Pls let me know if i need to pay extra towards the delivery charges.

Dear sir,

I have purchased subscription for toi and nava bharat times both, and still i have balance coupon for another 3 or 4 months, the vendor who supplies newspaper to me is very arrogant and rude, charge rs.20/- per paper per month extra money as delivery charges, still not deliver on time mostly after 8 o'clock in morning sometime after 9 o'clock. Last month he did not supply paper for 5 days on account of kanwar yatra when i asked for that he said i have approval for not supplying during kanwar and talk to toi directly and now stop supplying newspapers. Please look into this matter, otherwise i will be forced to go to the consumer court.

We have subscribing every year without fail.

The same doing by times of india, i will lodge complaint in the consumer forum and court case also.

Very difficult to conduct the agent pertaining for that area.

We have paid annual subscription already, but we are not received news paper regularly.

In spite several follow up with agent and others.

The issue due lack of communication between times of india and service agents.

After changing my accommodation, my news paper supply was resumed by the new vendor at dda flats, pkt-1, sector 22, dwarka after request to the times of india agent who had given me two year subscription in year 2018. From october 2018, the vendor started collecting rs 30 per month from my house. From july 2019, they stopped supplying the news paper when i asked him why he is collecting money whereas i have already paid for two years subscription to toi.
Please intervene and get my service restart once again.

This is very disappointment that reputed new paper is not providing subscription coupon and new paper after receipt of payment from user.

I have made payment of inr 895 and till date neither received subscription coupon nor new paper.

I have paid rs 1040 on 9/7/2019 towards the times of india daily news paper door delivery in tadepalli 522501. Since last 20 days i am trying but no proper response from times chennai, times gurgaon office. People have no curtsey to note the problem and revert back to customer.

I have emailed the proof of payment to crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com and crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com.
I have contracted chennai office[protected] / 80, 7905 also.

I am totally fed up and unable to get through till date.
