Toi is cheating and giving false promises to its readers when it says "no minimum purchase" vouchers of ₹500/- from lenskart. Since past few days, lenskart has disallowed the use of these vouchers on products priced at below ₹500/-. If this is their new condition, then why are you claiming no minimum purchase. This is a clear case of mis-information and cheating readers of toi.
Toi is still advertising on their front page every day, these vouchers are with no minimum purchase condition, whereas the facts are different. They have even gone to the extent of cancelling orders which were initially accepted, by claiming that products are out of stock.

I have Paid 650 rupees on 30 july -2019 for times of India News Paper Subscription . Till now paper no one is delivery the paper . I am continuously complaining on the Ahmedhabad times of India still no response .If we call to the team, they were offering another number to call, in which the other number personal not lifting the phone.

My customer id is [protected]. I have been a regular subscriber of toi newspaper for the last 4 years. The local vendor, chandar kumar, is very poor service provider. Repeated complaints against his poor service have been made by me to mr. Balaji, (Mobile # [protected]), but he expresses his inability to control this nasty vendor. Balaji says that the vendor faces no competition from anyone else. That is the main reason he cannot recommend changing him.
The higher authorities of toi must device a wayout to handle such a nasty vendor. Try to raise the commission for the vendor for my area. That may attract more vendors.
If toi has no solution to tackle this problem, kindly refund to me the recently subscribed sum of rs.599/- as subscription for another one year with effect from december 1, 2019.

Dear all

I am having regular subscrption of times of india news paper from feb 19 to feb 20. I paid full amount for one year but after change of address i am not receiving news paper.

I was told that within one week i will receive the news paper at my new address by the customer care team of times of india.

I changed my address from 25th august. I keep complaining at the complaint cell of times of india by writing mail and telephone. But for past one month i have not been receiving the news paper in my new address.

I MDVVD Prasad working as loco pilot at Rajahmundry in south central railway. I was paid yearly subscription for Times of India news paper in the month of August, News paper dropped from sept 1st .But news paper not served daily they were not respond properly. In sept month they delivered news paper around 20days out of 30days .Every time call the distribution agent, he told every time new paper boy and it will not happen next

I had written a cheque of rs 895 to my local vendor kalkaji
New delhi) for annual subscription of times of india newspaper. Cheque cleared on[protected]sbi cheque no. 774240). Still the coupon has not been received at my corresponding address till date. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and send the coupon at corresponding address at earliest.

I subscribed to toi paper (Customer no bl[protected] and was supposed to receive the paper from september 23, 2019. It is 5 days and innumerable phone calls and messages to the agent and the paper vendor have resulted in nothing. This is extremely poor customer service. I demand full refund and penalty from the organization. Else i will be compelled to go to consumer court.

This paper vendor has been keeping the paper in the lane on a neighbours pipe where the paper gets wet due to rain. Even after telling him several times and complaining he does the same. At times we don’t get the newspaper for three to four days and get all of it together on the fifth day. Today i called him and told him why are u keeping the paper there and not at my place, he told me i wil not deliver it there be whatsoever or else come and collect it from the stall and threatened me and told go do what you want, and top of that he tells me ur subscription is over long back for which i will attach the order cum receipt with this for the proof that my subscription lasts till dec’19.
I request you to take action against this man at the earliest

We have subscribed times of india newspaper from 5 months but only one month we received the paper after that till today we never received the paper. We contacted the subscriber and authority they never took the responsibility and did not give any proper response. I would kindly request for delivering paper regularly or refund the amount. We are ready to lodge complaint and claim refund by approaching consumer court.

I had made a booking for times newspaper subscription under order id: ts0003617 on 7 sep 2019. My services has still not started status as on 26 sep 2019. Please advise. No response from customer care. No response on emails.
Full payment was taken on 7 sep 2019.
Please get me newspaper subscription activated or refund my payment.

I have to inform you that i am buying toi, nbt and et newspaper from the above center from your salesmen santosh.
Salesman santosh is himself a hawker who is unable to deliver newspapers in time to the rest of the hawkers, as work of both a salesman and a hawker cannot be done by a single man, as both have the same timings, from many days to me and others it is inconvenient to get your newspaper easily.

This morning, i reached to pick up the newspaper at around 5:04 am, at that time, salesman santosh was filling the supplements in his newspaper. He told me to take a bundle of times of india, and to come later when i will be free and take navbharat times and et, it has happened many times before also.

Here i also want to make you aware that if santosh is in a hurry to distribute his newspapers, so do the rest of the hawker take the newspaper for the trash, if we do not get the newspapers in time, then we will not be able to deliver the newspaper in time to the reader.

When i said that i want the newspapers now, he refused to give the newspapers and also argued with me. Due to which today toi, nbt and et newspapers could not be distributed to the readers.

Therefore, in the interest of both the press and the hawkers, it is necessary that the present salesman mr. Santosh be replaced by another salesman, who will be able to deliver the newspapers to everyone in time.

Please take appropriate action immediately considering the above issue

A call and a letter has already been send to ci of nanakpura center but no action has been taken instead an support is been provided to salesman.

After waiting 1 month and continuous follow up, yearly toi paper subscription not happening.

Two days they have delivered again toi total team sales, operation and delivery guy absconded.

After getting money is this ethic way of doing business.

I will take it up legally further if any response to mail or personal follow up.

My name is mahadevan k, your subscriber for the last 2 years residing at plot no. 17, door no: 11, haritha apartments 1st floor, indian bank colony 2nd main road, ambattur, chennai - 53. I have been supplied through mr. Gopi - agent so far.

I have renewed my subscription for the year 19-20 (From 16.11.19 to 16.11.20) on 18.09.19 but from 20.09.19 onwards. Ref. No:[protected]. I have neither got my regular daily nor my subscription coupon. Even, i could not get your customer care number as[protected] despite multiple attempts.

I am facing problems on regularly & needs replacement of same because it is giving more & more problems. Following complaint dates can be verified at your end:-

2.in 7 months i made 10 complaints it shows that the kent grand plus mineral ro as shown above is faulty which needs to be replaced as it is still under warranty.

3. You are requested to kindly arrange to replace the same as soon as possible as per terms and conditions. If you cannot replace then i want a written statement by kent ro ltd so that i am free to approach consumer court against the same.

4. I hope you will replace the same to keep the reputation of company.
