I would like to inform that i am regular subscriber with id mu[protected] and i have not been receiving the news paper copies for the last 10 days. I have informed vendor several times for the same telephony but they are not responsive and denied to supply the copies arrogantly. Present vendor told that he was not going to supply the copies anymore and change the vendor. Therefore i request you kindly change the vendor and supply the news paper regularly at the earliest please. Thanks and regards

I have subscribed for 6 month daily newspaper. It was scheduled from 01.09.19 but not yet started. I repeatedly complain their email id and customer care help line but not got any positive feed back. Only sorry mail was send on dt 04.09.19. Details given below-

Last year in aug, i was given an offer of coupans of one year after submitting an id along with the cheque of 637 rs. More than one year is passed, nor i was given the coupons, nor money refunded. The employee am it mishra from toi lucknow does not pick the phone. I have enquired several times but no answer

Subscribe news papers for 2 years. Shifted at above mentioned address from last year. Till today facing problem of irregularly delivery of newspaper also never delivered newspaper before 9:00 am. Being such a big brand please resolve this at the earliest.

I am from bangalore. My vendor d. N. K. R. Enterprises, kaggadasapura is asking me to pay ₹5/- instead of ₹4.50 even for mondays n tuesdays. He says that you are charging them ₹5/- instead of ₹4.50.
Is it true.

One more thing i want to say here that whenever you are increasing your rates, please announce the same in your paper so that we don't have to fight with the vendors on account of rates variations.

Some employee of yours came and took two cheques worth 699 and 499 for times of india and mumbai mirror subscriptions... Only gave me one receipt for 699 as the reciept book for mumbai mirror was exhausted.. They said i will receive coupons soon... Been 3 months never, he doesn't recieve calls., your helpline is always busy.. And needles to say the coupons never came

I have subscribed to the et + toi newspaper in april
But form the day one even after chasing the delivery boy m not able to get the delivery on time before 8 am.
Even delivery boy and his boss is claiming they can't make it delivered before 8 am
Request you to kindly assist what the alternate way to get the paper on time or help in the cancellation process as because of his delay m getting newspaper end of the day which doesn't make sense.

I have made the payments of rs. 2570 /- for the 2 year subscription of the newspapers of the times of india & economic times on 18.8.19, as per the commitments of your representative the newspapers delivery was supposed to commence by 1.8.19. Now even after calling him there is no response. Also have sent a mail on crm but no response.

I have made online payment for subscription of toi daily newspaper vide order no #ts0003132 placed on 27 august 2019, however newspaper delivery has not started so far. I do not see any contact number for toi chennai office. I request the concerned department to do the needful asap.
In case of any difficulty in processing my request i wish to get back the subscription amount.

I subscribed for times of india with order number 76638 on[protected]. Its been one month 4 days as of now since i have been subsribed. They just delivered once through out this month. When i tried calling to the executives they are not responding. I called 10 days continously to the office number[protected], they also not resolving the complaint regarding delivery issue. Pathetic customer support from the reputed organisation.

I did subscribe to TOI half yearly newspaper by using https://subscribe.timesgroup.com/subscription, paid Rs. 858, but I haven't received any call or confirmation on the date of starting of newspaper delivery. Also I am not able to contact TOI, there is no such customer care number provided. Can you please help me, the amount 858 to be refunded back to my account now.

My subscription started on 16-5-19. From 18-6-19 delivery has stopped. Mails and complaints to their CRM helpline in Chennai has not helped. Everytime I talk to them they give a fresh problem number. Talking to the concerned Area Manager has not helped. I want my subscription money to be returned in full since the service provided is defective. My customer Id is [protected], Chennai edition

Though i was informed in the first week of july 2019 that my refund cheque is under preparation by the concerned team and will reach me within 15 days ie by or before 24th. July '19, neither it has reached me nor any any response to my follow up phone calls & emails to the concerned crm ms. Diksha chaugule for the last one month.

Request your intervention to resolve the matter once for all.

Me being a sr. Citizen of 69+ years & a cancer patient undergoing treatment presently at hyderabad is no longer able to bear this agony for such a paltry refund.

I subscribed to times of india (Toi) newspaer and paid an amount of rs.399/- (Paid by my wife through her sb account with sbi, sector 15, panchkula) for one year on 18 june 2019 but even after lapse of more than 2 months i have not yet received the coupons. I tried all the telephone nos. Viz. [protected], 5124100, toi naveen bansal at no.[protected] as advised by vendor repeatedly but no response. I also sent the sms and whatsapp message to shri naveen bansal on his above contact number but no response. I also tried to contact the das name: dhairya pathak, dsa code: 39, dsa mobile [protected] but in vain.

I have renewed the subcription of the economic times for one yr (Mon_fri) from[protected] on 20.5.2019 by cheq. No 376107 drawn over indian overseas bank. The amount was debited from my account of the said bank in your favour. Since i have not receieved the coupon of the same deal i contacted your help line for last two months. I have been told every time that the coupon will reach timely. Now they are saying that the coupon has delivered to me. I have informed them that the coupon has not been reached to me in vain. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send coupon so that the double payment is avoided. Vender is claming the paymennt of the news paper already delivered. My id is k[protected]

I have subscribed times of india newspaper online for 6 months on july 2019. But till today no news paper been given. If i call the person, he said he did bot get the amount where as the amount been deducted by my bank account. If i mail regarding the same i did not get response.. Are you people frauds? I want to cancel my subscription n want refund... Ts0001413 is the subscription number.

I have subscribed for toi, et and mumbai mirror and have paid rs. 1462/- for a year and the commencement of the service was from 01 june 2019. We have been using the same scheme for about 10-12 years now. This time the vendor did not deliver the newspapers regularly. Since 1st august 2019, the vendor has stopped delivering the newspaper and is out of reach.

2. For many years we have being complaining our vendor to change our subscriber name from the given address, as that is our old owner's name but he has never taken any action to help us.

3. Now we have again shifted our school from the old premise to the new premise and we would like our newspaper to be delivered there.
New address: morning star english school, sion bandra link road, kalakilla, dharavi, mumbai - 400017.

So, kindly look in to this matter and do the needful. I'll be grateful if i can get my subscription date extended by one month in place of the lost one month service.

I have Paid 650 rupees on 30 july -2019 for times of India News Paper Subscription . Till now paper no one is delivery the paper . If am continuously complaining on the Ahmedhabad times of India still no response .If we call to the team, they were offering another number to call, in which the other number personal not lifting the phone.

I would like to cancel the subscription, please let me know the procedure .

I have subscribed for online 12 months economic times news paper on dated 30th july 2019 but after one months of subscription till today i. E. 26-aug-2019 neither any coupon nor newspaper received. I have already tried to reach by telephone but no feed back received.

Please note rs. 1820 /- already paid by me as subscription charge and order no. #ts0001899 issued on same.
