I paid rs.720.00 and rs. 499.00 for yearly subscription of the times of india and the economics time on last[protected] through net banking. But no coupon received yet. My vendor asked for the coupon, i could not give him the coupons.
I have no any evidence except bank transaction. A representative used to come at my home and he collected the cheque and gave me the receipt. Now i became a fool.

. Really pathetic service and response from you and your team. It has been since 20 days my subscription got active of times of india news paper but i have not received newspaper till date. It has been around 7 days i gave mail but still no response from your team neither your customer service number is working.in this case what to do. Just by luck, only one time it was answered on last monday and your team has assured that newspaper delivery will start in next 2 days but still no update from your side.in addition your vendors mobile number is not working neither you are providing any details

From 15/04/2019 i am getting toi from one mr. Yuvaraj. Past 3 months the supply of newspaper is erratic. Totally i have not received paper more than 25 days. Please take action to supply toi daily news paper regularly.

I had been using toi news paper for several years & i wanted to pursue so, for which i request you to arrange to deliver the same to my new residential address given below & do the needful at the very earliest.

i have changed my residence from dombivli to kalyan.Since 12th may2019

all the necessary details have been given to the crm div and to crm helpline executives.

I have sent atleast 7/8 mails and telephoned 10 times .

The only reply i get is that the matter is under process.

Last week some helpline executive called and informed me that the supply will start from 15th july, 109.

However the newpaper supply has not started.

I have registered for a yearly subscription dated on 16.05.2019 till 15.05.2020. Paper was distributed from 07.06.2019, that too after so many follow ups, calls which was initiated everyday as a routine job to rajarajan and suresh. Paper is not distributed on all the sundays. If inquired, these two persons are switching off their phones. And also if asked about the refund of the money and cancellation of yearly subscription, both rajarajan and suresh are replying bad about the times group (Your company) and shamelessly saying that they won't take the complaint henceforth no initiative measures can be taken.
We didn't receive paper for the past three days. I am also complaining to the times group's customer care number[protected] from past three days. A lady attended and introduced herself as priya and asked me to contact mr. Keshavan ([protected]). I'm constantly calling to this number and also getting reply which read "i'm in a meeting, will call you back", but he didn't respond back till this second. Got the same reply even today.
Finally i got fed up and called back to the times group's customer care number[protected], for which she irresponsibly replied by asking me to mail the complaint. She replied this after three days of struggle which i went through in registering the complaint.
I want my money back hence i want that authority who is in charge, to cancel my yearly subscription because i don't have time to struggle with these agents and the delivery person who are bad at communication and least bothered about the paper delivery or the complaints which is raised by his customers.

Being a yearly subscriber, we are not receiving paper regularly. Have complained many times to customer care and sent several mails, but, no response. Pls. Cancel my subscription and return my money back. Memebers involved : delivery agents (Rajarajan, suresh), customer care (Priya[protected] / keshavan mob. No. ([protected])

We have subscribed for toi newspaper this year april 2019 by paying the 599/- inr annual subscription however the vendor who drop the daily new paper hardly drop paper once a week and now almost stopped from last 3 months.
When i reached to the your distributer mr. Pachaiappan (Toi) who picked the cheque he also not responding to my query and not responding to our phone calls. Seems like very irresponsible response for their (Toi) services. Also contacted your toi helplines chennai office but no response.

I would like to ask my money back as they have failed to honour their commitment or should i lodge police complaint. Can you please look into it and escalate it.

So i need your support either for supply of newspaper daily or refund of my subscribtion. But not satisfied with you customer care followup.

We are (nearly 30 building 400 to500 owners) staying in HDIL paradise city Palghar from four days we have no electricity power no water HDIL not paying the dues of MSED but HDIL is collecting maintenance from us in our agreement they mentioned that you can get a separate meter but completing two year they are not putting the separate meter nor they are ready to go to pay the dues. But collecting Rs 1165 every month. We are so many times complained In HDIL main office in Bandra But no proper response from there in Palghar maintenance office is closed Mr shailesh head of the maintenance department is not responding our call now give us a suggestion or send your Palghar reporter to our society to see the matter

I draw your attention, i have paid rs, 599/- for annual subscription and i got message that from[protected], newspaper will be delivered. But till now nothing has been delivered. It is really pathetic that no body is attending the call, simply ringing only, am trying for the last one week on that number 45457979 / and also the guy who has collected the cheque from me.
This irresponsible action is severly condemnable. I request to refund my money. I would like to inform you i have been your loyal reader since your inception in chennai, but the pathetic service is un tolerable

Subscribed for renewal but for the last 45 days, there is no response-customer care numbers are always busy and can't be reached. No idea of the status of coupon-but for getting the payment the customer service called me every single day. An excellent way to deal with old/existing customers. Pathetic customer service.! Your newspaper subscription service is the worst. I am subscribing to your yearly subscription since this facility was started at kolkata. Sadly the experience with your method of handling the subscription coupons have been beyond describable - each and every year. This year too renewal notice was received by me on 1st of may and i did the payment on the same day (My subscription was valid till 15th june). I got a confirmation mail (Order # ekt0483317) on that day itself and a sms on 12th may.

However, sms for renewal kept on coming everyday and i even got a call from your office sometime in early june for renewal and then upon furnishing details i was confirmed that i will be getting the coupons soon. My subscription has supposedly started from 16th june but i am yet to get the coupons! Not new experience but more frustrating is that i have this time tried atleast 20 times to speak to your subscription helpline[protected]. Not once a single executive was available even after long waits and after choosing/confirming the call back option no call has come. I had to pay the newspaper vendor full price for a month inspite of paying you the yearly subscription well in advance.

Very unprofessional and very shameful way to treat your readers considering a brand like you. I am not the only one, speak to any of your subscriber or newspaper vendor, you’ll hear the same story which has become a laughable stock among them. Please do invest on hiring some good professionals to handle business. Sometime benchmarking and self introspection with similar services like the ones from telegraph (I am an active subscriber to their service too) helps a lot.

I dont feel like greeting you guys. One of the worst customer service i have ever had. Am a sr manager and i know customer are utmost important stakeholder for any business. But i wonder how toi is not understanding that. Let me come to the issue. Toi subscribtion renewal was done on 22nd june and post payment, got a confirmation that i will receive paper from 23rd june. Till date i have not got my paper. Also i was promised of a compliment that will be sent via courier post payment. No trace of any such courier.
Called up customer care around 50 times and got connected for 3 times in past 15 days. All 3 times i ended up talking to different individuals and had to explain my issues all over. Everytime all of them confirmed that i will be receiving my paper from very next day which never happened. Am wonder in what kind of importance you have for customer complaint. I dont remember the name of the first person i spoke to but the rest two are parthiban and nithya. Its becoming a waste of time following up with you. Please confirm if i will never be getting my paper so that i will forget this and carry on with my work.

Am surprised to see that none of you even bother to address the concerns of an impacted customer. Wonderful service. If you cannot supply papers and handover the compliment within this weekend, please refund my money and i don't want to have any relationship with such irresponsible company.

Following up on the same. Is it that difficult for an newspaper agency to deliver newspaper to a customer who had paid the subscription fee before 3 weeks? Identifying my address should not be a challenge for you as i was in relation with you for more than two rears now...

Is there someone looking into these mails at all, or were these mail ids maintained for name sake. I will be sharing these trail of emails where toi don't give a damn to a customer who had paid his annual fee but no trace of paper and no reply on complaint emails with my company's social media wing and will strongly recommend peers to stay away from such irresponsible organization. What the hell are you guys thinking in your mind? You were following up with me via 100 phone calls requesting me to renew my membership and the moment the payment is made you are behaving so differently and no one ever contacted me back despite me calling you 100 times. Can your service be any worse?

Times of India representative collect the cheque and confirmed the newspaper will be deliver from[protected]..i didn't received the newspaper.. Then I called several times to your office and agent and received the newspaper on[protected].. After that no delivery as of now.. Then I called all.. Nothing is happened.. I am getting very upset and tired.. Hence I don't want newspaper delivery.. So please refund my money to me close the issue of my tension.. Please don't convince me at any cost.. Thanks a lot for your understanding and action..

I have taken a subscription for Rs.1462 of times of india and economic times from 1st July, 2019 but still I have not received news paper as well the booklet.
When I contacted to vendor he got the message to start paper from 1st July but he told me that he will not put the paper to you because he got 2 subscription on my name and for papers instead of economics time he got for maharashtra times. This is every time happen when new customer added.
And when I contacted the executive he say their is a issue with vendor and we will pay back your money.
These people are not bothered about customer they just fool the customers and make money by selling the papers to raddi wala.
I request to take action against such vendor and executives

I took the annual subscription for The Times of India & Navbharat Times and have paid the amount of Rs. 895 and Rs. 495 respectively. The amount was deducted on July 1, 2019 but till date the subscription hasn't started and we have no intimation w.r.t the vendor and whom to connect.

Your article in toi sunday newspaper on july 7th 2019, in sports page dedicated to icc world cup cricket 2019 on page 22, shows a column with most wickets in this world cup till july 6th 2019.
It states jasprit bumrah has taken 5wickets once.
It's an incorrect fact. Jasprit bumrah has not taken a 5 wicket haul in this world cup.
Being a leading newspaper, i expect correct facts presentation from toi

I had requested for the 15 month subscription scheme with toi in the month of jul 2018. After protracted communications on telephone the cheque for rs 950 was collected in the month of oct 2018. Again after speaking on telephone with one mr manish of the times of india in manesar the paper delivery was started in jan 2019. The coupons for the subscription have yet not been received. A no of complaints have been posted on the complaint page of times of india and also spoken to the customer care times of india news paper division. Mr manish does not attend the calls.
Request resolve the issue.
