I took the annual subscription for The Times of India & Navbharat Times and have paid the amount of Rs. 895 and Rs. 495 respectively. The amount was deducted on July 1, 2019 but till date the subscription hasn't started and we have no intimation w.r.t the vendor and whom to connect.

Your article in toi sunday newspaper on july 7th 2019, in sports page dedicated to icc world cup cricket 2019 on page 22, shows a column with most wickets in this world cup till july 6th 2019.
It states jasprit bumrah has taken 5wickets once.
It's an incorrect fact. Jasprit bumrah has not taken a 5 wicket haul in this world cup.
Being a leading newspaper, i expect correct facts presentation from toi

I had requested for the 15 month subscription scheme with toi in the month of jul 2018. After protracted communications on telephone the cheque for rs 950 was collected in the month of oct 2018. Again after speaking on telephone with one mr manish of the times of india in manesar the paper delivery was started in jan 2019. The coupons for the subscription have yet not been received. A no of complaints have been posted on the complaint page of times of india and also spoken to the customer care times of india news paper division. Mr manish does not attend the calls.
Request resolve the issue.

I have book the copy of newspaper of toi at special subscription at price 399 for 12 months. Newspaper was tend to start from 1-july but till date i have not receive the single copy of newspaper.
I have also contacted dsa susheel rgec01 he has assured me to resolve the issue but issue is still attended.
Now he also not picking my phones.
Also have not receive the coupons.
I have made payment in advance.
So pls look in to the matter and resolve at earliest.

I have already made payment of 1year in advance and not yet receiving News paper, My subscription will get over by end of this year . But for the months I haven't received Newspaper which comes to around 4months . Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis.

Hello,

This is in regards to the times of india newspaper subscription opted by us on 12 june 2019 at our residence in officer's colony, a. S. Rao nagar. I wish to inform you that the agent mr. Ravi kumar (Dsa code: ro2261), who had fulfilled all the formalities and had collected the payment from us on the same day informed that the subscription will start effective 16 june 2019 positively.

On 18th june, he was duly informed that we have not started receiving the newspapers yet. He informed me that he will check and get back to us soon. He never called back and neither the service got started.

On 19th june 2019, i get a message from the times of india group that the subscription has started and the delivery of the newspaper will start from 19th june 2019 and continue till 18th june 2020 but we didn't receive any delivery on that day as well.

Since then, i made complaints on 21, 22 and 23 june 2019 and each day i was promised that the delivery will start the next day after speaking to few people at the contact center and then i was shared numbers of different people to whom i had to speak to get the delivery of the newspaper which got started only on 24th june 2019.

I am really disappointed with the kind of services provided by the brand like "times of india". After numerous follow ups with the executives, my subscription got started only from 02nd july 2019.

I would request the team to get the details checked on my case at the earliest and help updating the date of the subscription on the system as per newspaper delivery date.

I would like to let you know that air india personnel dept. Has not yet released me after 45 days of resignation and and six months o[censored]npaid leave. Air india ltd personnel dept has not given me correct salary slips for last six months including the month after my resignation. Although my salary is rs
42000 in hand the finance dept is sending me fraudulent salary slips in which there is no account for rs 14000. I have called miss. Anita rajan from ops dept only to find that she is receiving my call and disconnecting rudely.

I am connected with other people with no response regarding resignation, including hrd, personnel, gmops, and admin.

I have worked with air india for two years meritoriously and was about to take a loan for further training when the finance department started spoiling my salary slip and extorting money. There after i have no interest in working with air india although i had taken good ownership responsibility in my job duties. I earnestly appeal to you to kindly urge the dept. Concern to release me after clearing all dues.

I subscribed to your yearly offer of Newspaper which included Times of India, The Sunday Times of India and Ahmedabad Mirror for Rs. 1175/- per year.

I gave cheque to Miss Kenisha who came to my home and collected the same. I gave cheque for Rs. 1175/- but surprisingly amount from bank got debited for Rs. 699/- only against cheque of Rs. 1175/-.

Newspaper have not started yet and I dont know why cheque amount got wrongly debited. Please resolve my issue. There is no communication from company's end which is sad on part of such reputed company.

Either refund my amount or start newspaper as promised.

Do not keep such yearly offers if you cannot fulfil your promise.

I had called you helpline on 7th june for collection of the subscription commencement coupon received from your office on the same day by post. However your help desk was not able to disclose the name of the rre and his mobile number. I have waited for a long time but still there no one has come for collection. Today 2nd july i have not received the newspaper as the vendor mr prabhakar said it was not possible because of heavy rains. However many have received today's edition. I wish to also chane the vendor and would prefer vendor who is prompt in service and delivers the paper by 7am because i always receive the paper after 730am. Is this your customer service provided for d customers by your telephone staff...

I am a college student currently pursuing my undergraduate studies in the us.
Being back home for summer i subscribed to the times of india, mumbai edition. Its just a thing that i prefer the mumbai one over ahemdabad one.
Now, on the very newspaper it is said that the newspaper comes complementary with either the mumbai mirror or the economic times. I have told him several times to bring in the complementary newspaper, because he charges me more than the mrp of the paper (Which is supposed to come with a complementary paper). I have been paying more which is illegal (I am aware), but he thinks of this as a monopoly since he is the only newspaper supplier in my area. The newspaper gets home everyday by earnest 1pm or by 3pm which is a # up time for one to get news in a day. Regardless, he claims that the complementary paper is only meant for mumbai and not surat.

I honestly have no idea as to how to go about this, and i hope you can do something about this, i am writing with a lot of hope.

The scam:

He buys the newspaper in bulk for prolly way cheaper than (Mrp), gets it delivered by midday by which time half the news is irrelevant or already conveyed through other ways of media. Then he comes and takes the whole month's money which if you combine is way more than the mrp combined of individual days. I can bear the illegal mrp scam but its # absurd that he refuses to give me the "economic times" with it.

This is to bring to the notification of municipal health officers in mumbai / thane and and all over india as many restaurants/cafeterias and street side food hawkers delivering ready to eat foods in news paper packing where food is directly in contact with printing inks and contaminated papers seriously hazardous to consumers health.
It should be first wrapped in butter paper as minimum than into any other packs.

I have subscribed for economic times and done full year payment on 01.05.2019.

They confirmed that i will get the paper by 16th may but i have not received the same. On 18th i again connected them and they said they forgot to send your paper and now will start from 1st june, then again 10th june, 15th june, 20th june and it is still continue...

Till date my newspaper has not reached me even after numerous follow ups and reminders. Nobody is responding and everytime they are seeing we are checking your case

I was getting my times daily since 35 years at my residence and i was regular payer of subscriptions. But since i paid my last suscription to your mr. Santosh sakpal of my area (Ceaque paid & passed) 3.5month back, i have to pay cash to my vendor mr. Vinod (Moblie:[protected]), i have already paid rs.769/- for 2.5 months till april 2019 (See photo of paid bill) i was assured that this 2.5 months paid will be compansated to me by extending my subscription by 2.5 months & now when once again mr. Vinod approached me for payment of his bill (Copy enclosed) for may 2019, i was s h o c k e d! What am i dealing for? My subscriptions gone in vain? I immediately called your mr. Sakpal and he said he has forgotton to give paper slipe intimation to the vendor!!! What a s e r v i c e to your loyal client! I have not paid this time to vendor mr. Vinod & please note... He has stopped my paper!! Today (Sunday 23rd june 2019) i have to get down and buy my times from local vendor. Now please solve this problem or g i v e m y m o n e y b a c k.
