I was getting my times daily since 35 years at my residence and i was regular payer of subscriptions. But since i paid my last suscription to your mr. Santosh sakpal of my area (Ceaque paid & passed) 3.5month back, i have to pay cash to my vendor mr. Vinod (Moblie:[protected]), i have already paid rs.769/- for 2.5 months till april 2019 (See photo of paid bill) i was assured that this 2.5 months paid will be compansated to me by extending my subscription by 2.5 months & now when once again mr. Vinod approached me for payment of his bill (Copy enclosed) for may 2019, i was s h o c k e d! What am i dealing for? My subscriptions gone in vain? I immediately called your mr. Sakpal and he said he has forgotton to give paper slipe intimation to the vendor!!! What a s e r v i c e to your loyal client! I have not paid this time to vendor mr. Vinod & please note... He has stopped my paper!! Today (Sunday 23rd june 2019) i have to get down and buy my times from local vendor. Now please solve this problem or g i v e m y m o n e y b a c k. (I am fedupp with your cercuation network, thank you).

We have changed address and post the address change we never recieved paper. Complaints never resolved and have been getting mail resolution. Pathetic service and getting reminder call for renewal and asked for what happen to the old subscription nobody answers. One year subscription drained and have donated money to time of india. The complaint launched reference no as follows

We are not receiving the newspaper daily...though we have the contacted the provider...he is careless and not picking up the phone...pls do this...or else I will not buy this News paper either I will suggest my neighbors to buy...I am an army person...I will be suggesting everyone not to buy this newspaper at any cost...this is gonna happen... thanks.

Has been renewed TOI annual subscription during May'19 and has confirmed the address of delivery through the link received through message. Also got a confirmation about address registered and the news paper will be delivered from 1st June'19, but till date I am not receiving any paper.
I have tried the customer care number at chennai[protected] but no response. Even I have tried Mumbai no and complained, your representative of customer care Mumbai has taken details and told issue will be resolved quickly.
But no resolution.

I am Tamilselvi and I am residing at Ponmar, Chennai. This year I renewed my subscription recently. But vendor is not delivering the paper properly. They are demanding more service charge. We are getting the paper only in 2 days a week. Please make arrangements to deliver the paper or return the subscription amount.

I am resident of R.R. Nagar Bangalore. I have paid for one year prepaid subscription through on line payment. My Area Manager for News paper delivery is Mr.Achinthya from Times of Group. I am not receiving my newspaper for last two weeks. I have lodged complaint with TOI bearing complaint number 00066709. I had spoken to Ms.Pavitra for the same.She has promised me to start the service again but as of today no one is delivering the newspaper. Now they have stopped taking our calls. I had sent messages as well as calls but he is not bothered to respond me.

When i spoke with my vendor he is telling to talk to TOI. Inspite of talking to customer care and lodging the complaint, still services not started. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

Informed so many times to the delivery boy of TOI Paper in tadepalli, poojitha waterfront appartment to deliver the paper in time before 7am, but not delivering paper even before 8:30 AM.

I have subscribed for 1 year package.
For getting my 1st day paper also I strugelled for 1week.

Kindly instruct the paper boys/ contractors to deliver the TOI Paper in time i.e before 7:00 AM or else I will book the complaint in other mode.

I have subscribed times of India newspaper for one year. I was getting the newspaper till 11th May 2018. however thereafter vendor is asking for 20 Rs. Delivery charges p.m.
Concern is even if Any Delivery charges is to be paid it is to be paid by Times of India group. Why the consumer need to pay anything when he has already paid the amount for annual subcsription.
Issue raised with times of India one month back but so far no response received.
Anticipating help from your side.

2019-20 annual subscribe

I have approached Times of India Kochi, office in Kerala for putting a matrimony advertisement and given the matter. The lady, Ms. Mary Mathew has shown a totally irresponsible and casual approach and ultimately the advertisement was put on wrong location and could not meett it very purpose. Initially she had made mistakes in phone number etc which we corrected immediately. Afterwards she put the adverisement under 'Hindu' whereas she was told to put the same under 'Malayali'. She even did not take our final confirmation before publishing it I have neither received any mail form her nor the receipt for amount given by me till date. As the advertisement was put in the wrong place without my confirmation It did not yield any proper response and ultimately my hard earned money was wasted.
The times of India Charges heavily compared to other National Dailies and is putting a very casual and irresponsible approach. My experience with Hindu was excellent as they have spent considerable time with me before finalising the advt even though their charges are one third only.

Hi, Day before yesterday I called to know about annual subscription pack your team on a number which I found on Google. Call receiver gave me another number for an annual subscription of the paper related query. Few minutes back I called on that number([protected]). The lady who picked the phone(Yashika) said that Ma'am its the number of Maharashtra circle and gave me another number([protected]) for Karnataka circle. I tried twice on this number. But it is showing me a wrong number. After that I called 4 times on [protected] number. But everytime my call disconnected after transferring to customer care team. Is this the way of TOI group to handle customer's issue? Please reply

Subscriber ID- CH[protected], renewed well in advance in April itself. Where as the subscription starts from June 16th 2019.
Where as in the last year subscription I haven't been receiving the news paper from 11th may 2019, when asked to vendor he said that he got instructions from office to stop delivery of news paper.
This year subscription starts from June 16th 2019, the news paper isn't been delivered today also.
I have already give complaints from may, no action has been taken.

My subscription ID is CH[protected] i have subscribed for one year but till now i have not received my receipt by post. Delivery man of paper wants paper receipt to confirm subscription. Please send my receipt by post to my below address immediately.

I have resubscribe the news paper with payment of 599 and got the acknowledgement. I was been promised to receive the paper from 01st Jan 19 however today is 13th Jun 19. I have written so many emails and calls however there is no response.

today it was limit of my patient testing, they receive the call took my registered mobile no and laugh and hung up the call. Have never see such customer care center who make fun of their customer. Kindly do then needful.

Have been subscribing TOI for years and the subscription stopped suddenly. Have followed up with the CRM team and raised multiple complaints, however have been unable to solve this.

Contacted CRM team through emails and calls, they were just creating new req numbers everytime. A few of them includes : 00065659, 00065278, 00064258, 00063250, 00061917, 00060171, 00058365, 00057673

I have been a customer of TOI, Since 14 april 2019subscribe my paper not delivery yet June . My subscription ID valid till April 2020. The subscription paid online by office staff called me, staff has promised to bring the new paper vendor and get the paper delivered. He has not kept his word nor has given any alternate arrangement.

When I asked the person in the CRM Team for an email, I have not got any reply.
Only reapeated as we will resloved soon but no strictly action against vendor or supply, compensation should provided .
The restoration of delivery is highly appreciated.

I have been into Subscription for the last 2 years...Since May 2019 i have not received News paper when checked with the vendor he asks me to show the Coupon... I buy 2 year subscription from the group but they promise gift voucher of amounting to 2000 with paper coupons but they dint give anything after clearing my cheque . the agent dint response and times group dint give me any answer, i think they are making fun of people with mental harassment . i need my money back and some notable punishment to the group so that they dint to this type of work with another civilian .
