Sir i like to bring to your notice that i am not receiving your news paper since may 11th, i have given complaint also, but there is no response for that also.Complaint no, ooo49553, ooo51809.

Where as i have subscription till june 15., and i have renewed this year's subscription also i'd ch[protected].
When my subscription is walid till june 15th.
I have sent registered letter also it was returned as the office is shiftted.
Nearly a month is passing with out the news paper.
Take action and start me delivering my news paper.

I am a student from drs international school and our school is reopening on june 6 which is tomorrow but the government has declared that all school should reopen from june 12 due to the heatwave in hyderabad so we should also have holiday till june 12.
And our school does not follow the government's declaration on holidays for the students.

I am located in Vadodara, Gujarat state.Your executive came to my office and ask me to subscribe for the TOI, which i said yes.He took money from me and said thet the paper will start from the 16th may 2019, but till today's date have not received any copy from you guys.I think you guys are running a fraud like promising this things.My receipt number is BTOID12075 DATED 9TH MAY 2019.I speicfically asked him about the vendor but he said that the office has the list.I received two time calls from your office regarding the vendor, but how do i know, Now no one is picking up the phone, nor your executive neither your customer care.This is not a service we expect from TOI.

Please resolve this at the earliest.

As i have been reiterating over last 5 months, your executie - mr. Chandrapandi has collected a checque (No. 606777 - pnb bank) of inr 449 on 12 dec 2018 morning. However you have been saying that you have not received the cheque. I checked with the bank and the cheque has been deposited and the money has been debited from my account. The chechqe was a/c payee and in the name of bennett coleman group. If you have not received the checque, how can it be encashed. It is a clear case of fraud.

This is the last time i am requesting you to check again, next time i am going to escalate it to you higher authorities that you have been doing frauds by using consumers money and denying it.

I hope you will quickly resolve this issue.

The paper vendor is not providing service for distribution of paper regularly. Maximum days i am not getting my toi copy at my home. Sometimes they are delivering to others. Please take necessary action so that i can get my toi supply regularly at my home address.

I mail for change of address they said for my residential area no service. So i mail my office address its located at redhills. There also the newspaper copy not come till date. I have sent several emails& contacted over phone many times.in my last mail i even said i may have go to consumer court. There is no response. I am from chennai. My mobile number is [protected]. I am yet to receive the excess money. My subscription number is 20836632. My credit card was charged rs.599/ twice on 19 th march 2019. I am following this double payment issue right from that day. Chennai complaint section wanted copy of my credit card statement which was also forwarded. No response. No one picks up the phone also. Hence i am making this complaint. I had given classified to be released in the toi & mirror for ahmedabad edition. They didn't release the advt. On questioning them i have received below response from releasemyad customer care

"this is an update regarding your ad (Ad id: 1479471)
We understand the importance of your advertisement. But this is an error which happens very often. We apologised for the inconvenience.
This could happen with anyone with any publication house. We request you to provide a new date so that we can able to give the proper service this time."

Dear sir. From the last 3 month i am following up for renewal 9f my toi subscription 24 months. After regular followup after approx 55 days my cheque was collected around 1 month back but still no update. Today when i again checked i was told that the cheque has been submitted and it will further take 3 months. This is pathetic that after more than 3 months followup the subscription has not been started. I need to escalate the issue an request tlyou to start my paper from 01 june. Being a national leader in media it is shocking to face such delays

We haves ent email to times group on feb 24, 2019 for change of address, on that times group reverted that they will update the address and newspaper at our new residential address will start from april 1, 2019. After that we followed up for more than 6 times but no revert is received from their team. We are following up on daily basis, but team is least bother to revert for customer queries and provide services.

I have recently moved to gurgaon sector 82 and asked the local newspaper paper delivery person (From yadav newspaper agency) to deliver toi. After about a month and half, he handed me the bill with 35 rs charged extra as delivery charges plus taking advance for next month. This is very illegal practice asking customer to pay for newspaper delivery when its clear that agency cant charge more than mrp mentioned on newspaper. On confronting them, they said this is how it is everywhere and have discontinued paper delivery here.
It seems agencies are governed by mafias these days and inspite of such several complaints which i see online, newspapers are not highlighting these illegal practices; and neither taking any action against such mafias.
Let us know if toi has taken any concrete actions in this direction.

As i am a existing customer of times of india paper since 2014. During 14th april 2019 onwards paper vendor has stopped the delivery of paper to the door steps without notice. My actual expiry period of time is till 31st may 2019. My customer id is 36511983. Order form no. Ndj 007298.

I had given several complaints to your times of india office mail. But they will send a message that your complaint is accepted and they sent several complaint nos. But there is no action from the concern.

Therefore, i want return reply from your end regarding for what reason they have stopped the paper to my door steps.
