It is utterly disgustful to experience non receipt of times of india newspaper for the last 15odd days. I have sent 38 mails regarding g change of address and called up customer care 50times. On 14th may 2019 i recd a mail stating that the newspaper will be delivered from. 16/05/19. But i am yet to receive the same.

The staff at toi are required to expedite the matter.

When I subscribed to time of India news paper scheme, they said I will get a clock when I reach 6 months of subscription and after that I will get a dinner set when I reach 1 year of subscription. But I didn't get any of this items. What should I do?

I subscribed for times of india summer special offer 2018-19 on 31/01/2019 and at that time i was asked by your salesman that i would receive my subscription coupons within two weeks through courier but till now even after almost four months i didn't recieve any courier or by any other means my subscription coupons for which i paid.
I contacted the manager of your ludhiana office but he's not at all paying any attention to my case, everytime i try to contact him he just says that today by evening i'll send you the coupons but that time hasn't arrived yet when he successfully provide me the service for which i chose the times of india.
I am attaching a copy of subscriber's slip which was provided to me by your staff as a proof of subscription.
I request you to kindly provide me with your service or instead return me my money back because i'm really disappointed by this kind of thing as soon as possible.

I am a subscriber for Times of India for more than eight years and my subscription id is 25907907. My present subscription expires on 31st August, 2019. For the past four to five months I am not getting my newspaper on a regular basis and the vendor fails to deliver the newspaper at one day per week and during the months of May, 2019, I have not received the newspaper for the following days: 01st May 209 to 04th May, 2019 and 13th May, 2019 to 19th May, 2019. I had sent several emails to Times of India and I get acknowledgement for having registered my complaint; however, the customer relationship management section is not making any arrangement to deliver the newspaper at my house. My neighbours are getting the newspaper regularly through some other vendors. I find that the management is found to be inattentive and indifferent. I request your good offices to restore delivery of the newspaper at my home on a regular basis

Simce two years i am taking times of india news paper.. I send reminder mail also but no response am very disappointed. Hope through this i will help or other wise i am going to put a case in consumer court.

I called local news agency as well but they are also clueless, its really pathetic service provided by toi.

I had taken yearly subscription of toi & et having my cust id [protected]. Earlier i used to stay at b-404, mahudi darshan, dattani park, kandivli east, mumbai 400101 now i have shifted to my new address viz. 402, radha krishna, radha residency chsl., siddharth nagar, borivali east, mumbai 400 066. I had requested my existing paper vendor mr. Rajendra shinde to make the necessary correction in toi and get the papers delivered at my new address. After doing follow ups with him for more than one month, he is saying the company is not responding to his calls. I could manage to get no. Of one of your executive mr. Sagar ([protected]) and asked him to do the needful but he is also not replying to my calls.

I have renewed my subscription on 15th april 2019, order no. Ekt0475324 through online. The amount have been debited and i have only recived a confirmation mail about the subscription. I have not received any coupon till now a month have already past.
I have call the given customer care no. So many times.. But with no help.
It seems there is no customer care executive for attending our call.
Everytime its busy. There is no call back also. The service is pathetic.in today fast generation how can such a big company have no proper care for its customers. Very sad and frustrated with this kind of service.
Kindly take necessary action for my complaint.

I have sent two request for address change and they said they will be delivering the newspaper from 14th april, but till now i haven't received the newspaper.

Subscriber id 36340223, order no zct0121243.

First complaint (#[protected] raised on 24th april and got the confirmation mail but no action.

Second complaint (#[protected] raiseed on 8th may still there is no response.

It would be great if the complaint is resolved at the earliest.

It's very very very sad they hv not dedicated any photos or details about the final match played between supernovas and velocity... It's a, great insult to the women's cricket by toi but u dedicate unwanted space to men's cricket. Kindly from nowonwrds dedicate more space to give details about women's cricket also also post photos of women cricket players. Thank you

PL resolve the complaint as soon as possible, otherwise refund my money back.

I have paid an yearly subscription on the 17th of january, 2019, but till date i have not recd. The coupons. The vendor is chasing us for the money. The payment was done by cheque on the 17th of january, 2019. I have been repeatedly calling the person who had collected the cheque - mr. Bapi mondal. But now he has stopped taking the calls. My vendor is demanding money from me, as because i am unable to give the coupons. As we have not recd. The coupons, we have been regularly complaining but with no response.

But till now even after repeated reminder to their local t nagar office on[protected] which is mentioned in. The message send by them to confirm the subscription is not responding properly. So i am requesting everybody to take care before opting the times of india subscription.

The crm numbers provided by them is also not responding.

Times of India not subscribe the paper properly. Before they getting a customer they promised to offer a bag but after paid the amount they won't respond properly. Totally worst fellow Chennai people don't buy this useless paper. Don't believe if they provide offer. MyMail:[protected]@gmail.com.

While reading a news paper online, page doesn't load properly.. It displays only blank pages. When i click on a particular subject in the news paper, it displays respective information for a while (Not more than 2 seconds) and immediately blank page displays. We (Readers) cannot go to the news in depth and even not getting the what the problem is. Please suggest some solution or alternate way to read newspaper.

I) i am not received the any news paper (Times of india & ei samay) from 15/03/2019 to till date.

Ii) from september 18 onwords your paper received after 9.40 am and sunday paper received after 10.30 am. Several time i requested to mr. Keshab chakraborty (My contact person mobile no [protected]) for proper service but no changes in timing.

Iii) some time i received anther news paper (Like ananda bazaar and others) inform him to change the paper but no response from his end.

This issue inform to times of india group by mail id crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com on 23/03/2019, 25/03/2019 & 01/04/2019 and also my telephone complaint no 00027571.

Still today 04/05/2019 not resolve my issue, in this regards please look into this matter as earliest.

I have paid annual subscription fees thro net banking on 29th April 2019 tbrough City Union bank and the amount is debited from my account. But when I called up your office to confirm this I was told that this transaction was rejected in your system without giving reasons. Pls check and let me know.

Such a pathetic bus driver.

I boarded the bus no 469 mh01 la 5664 from kanjurmarg at 8.30 pm and reached hindustan naka at 11.30 pm.

When i asked bus conductor that does driver drives in such a way always then he replied i am a conductor just ask to him. It's none of my business. When i asked to him what's the driver name then he said complaint karoge jao karo koi nahi sunega. Humare baap ka kya jata hai.

I went to the driver and ask him why he driving so slow den he replied me it's none of your business and telling me meri marzi tum kaun hote ho and used very abusive language.

I shall be grateful if you all take the necessary action against them
