I have renewed my subscription on 15th april 2019, order no. Ekt0475324 through online. The amount have been debited and i have only recived a confirmation mail about the subscription. I have not received any coupon till now a month have already past.
I have call the given customer care no. So many times.. But with no help.
It seems there is no customer care executive for attending our call.br...

I have sent two request for address change and they said they will be delivering the newspaper from 14th april, but till now i haven't received the newspaper.

On sunday may 12th 2019 toi sports women's t20 cup final details and about women's cricket very very very less it's least information is given... It's very very very sad they hv not dedicated any photos or details about the final match played between supernovas and velocity... It's a, great insult to the women's cricket by toi but u dedicate unwanted space to men's cricket. Kindly from nowonwrds dedicate more space to give details about women's...

Non receipt of coupons for which amount was paid in 21January 19. I paid the amount 1540 for hindi as well as english paper both, but till date no coupons and so no paper. The amount was paid vide cheque no 785889, SBI Timarpur Delhi. I am staying in sector 15, Rohini, Delhi. The subscription was supposed to start in the month of March April 19. PL resolve the complaint as soon as possible, otherwise refund my money back....

I have paid an yearly subscription on the 17th of january, 2019, but till date i have not recd. The coupons. The vendor is chasing us for the money. The payment was done by cheque on the 17th of january, 2019. I have been repeatedly calling the person who had collected the cheque - mr. Bapi mondal. But now he has stopped taking the calls. My vendor is demanding money from me, as because i am unable to give the coupons. As we have not recd....

The company representative has collected the payment and the supply of the paper to be started by 1/5/2019. But till now even after repeated reminder to their local t nagar office on[protected] which is mentioned in. The message send by them to confirm the subscription is not responding properly. So i am requesting everybody to take care before opting the times of india subscription.

While reading a news paper online, page doesn't load properly.. It displays only blank pages. When i click on a particular subject in the news paper, it displays respective information for a while (Not more than 2 seconds) and immediately blank page displays. We (Readers) cannot go to the news in depth and even not getting the what the problem is. Please suggest some solution or alternate way to read newspaper....

I boarded the bus no 469 mh01 la 5664 from kanjurmarg at 8.30 pm and reached hindustan naka at 11.30 pm.

Hi team, i have subscribed for times of india newspaper and i am not receiving it from last three months... I called to customer care, vendor, local area manager everyone but of no use... Please do the needful before it's too late.. Also the local newspaper supplier is so rude that he doesn't respond when asked about times of india newspaper... I hope you take it as a serious feedback as its reputation of your brand...

My account has been debited with an amount of rs.895/- (Cheque no:000035 hdfc) for yearly subscription coupon on 19.12.2018 and i have not been issued any subscription id nor any coupon.
This is a serious issue with regard to service provided by such an esteemed company. Moreover the hawker is saying that he will stop the paper.
Almost 4 months have gone, no redressal, no feedback. Sent so many emails, but no reply. Kindly...

I am a regular reader of 'Times of India' residing in Omicron-2, Greater Noida (Delhi NCR). I paid for annual subscription of 'Times of India' and 'Nav Bharat Times'. The delivery man is charging Rs. 40/- per month extra. I paid for the first year of my moving to above address, but later stopped. The delivery man discontinued the supply of newspaper since then (almost last three months). You are requested to kindly look into the matter and...

My lead # [protected] and id: 28207626 have subscribed through vendor: 21487504 name - vichare h m for 3 years starting from 1-2-19 to 30-1-21 but have not been receiving the newspaper on a regular basis. Inspite of requesting the vendor many times he does not seem to deliver. Everytime he is giving health concerning issues.

Requesting intervention from the concerned authority....

I have subscribed for the times of india yearly subsrciption from our vendor pramod pattade. We have been trying to regularly reach the vendor & toi but have not received any response thus far from both.
The vendor provided the paper according to his convenience. Sometimes he doesnt deliver the paper, sometimes its the wrong paper.
Its really strange to see such service from such a reputed newspaper company,

I paid online and got error while making payment however strangely when i finally managed to pay i found out there are 4 charges by them for 1398 (Two year subscription) i tried to dispute with my credit card company but they are of no help at all, they closed my dispute and i cant find any details on how to contact them online or send them proof from my bank statement to show the duplicate billing. Please help....

My uncle has been hospitalised, im the attendant for him, so i went to park the bike in the cellar, the yashoda hospital, secunderabad, management asked me to pay the entry fee of rs.10/- by bike, where i insisted they must not be any parking fee as per ghmc rule but they demanded me to pay it.
So uploading the parking slip, please publish this in newspaper. So the ghmc would take serious action against hospital...
