I had been reading times of India for few years now.
I just wanted to intimate change of address in order
to enjoy reading the same.

I am a regular reader of 'Times of India' residing in Omicron-2, Greater Noida (Delhi NCR). I paid for annual subscription of 'Times of India' and 'Nav Bharat Times'. The delivery man is charging Rs. 40/- per month extra. I paid for the first year of my moving to above address, but later stopped. The delivery man discontinued the supply of newspaper since then (almost last three months). You are requested to kindly look into the matter and restore the supply of newspaper as early as possible.

My lead # [protected] and id: 28207626 have subscribed through vendor: 21487504 name - vichare h m for 3 years starting from 1-2-19 to 30-1-21 but have not been receiving the newspaper on a regular basis. Inspite of requesting the vendor many times he does not seem to deliver. Everytime he is giving health concerning issues.

Requesting intervention from the concerned authority.

I have subscribed for the times of india yearly subsrciption from our vendor pramod pattade. We have been trying to regularly reach the vendor & toi but have not received any response thus far from both.
The vendor provided the paper according to his convenience. Sometimes he doesnt deliver the paper, sometimes its the wrong paper.
Its really strange to see such service from such a reputed newspaper company,
I request you to kindly look into the matter on priority and resolve the issue or refund the money back.
A quick response would be appreciated

For over a month not receiving times of india paper and i have paid for the next year too in advance. Multiple times contacted crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com /[protected] who has no intention to solve the case. Their primary duty is to say /reply that your issue will be resolved in 3 working days robotically and raise a new case each time. Pathetic service from times now. Please help to get my money back or the delivery of the paper including the additional one month service which has been lost due to their lack of responsibility on the crm chennai part

I paid online and got error while making payment however strangely when i finally managed to pay i found out there are 4 charges by them for 1398 (Two year subscription) i tried to dispute with my credit card company but they are of no help at all, they closed my dispute and i cant find any details on how to contact them online or send them proof from my bank statement to show the duplicate billing. Please help.

My uncle has been hospitalised, im the attendant for him, so i went to park the bike in the cellar, the yashoda hospital, secunderabad, management asked me to pay the entry fee of rs.10/- by bike, where i insisted they must not be any parking fee as per ghmc rule but they demanded me to pay it.
So uploading the parking slip, please publish this in newspaper. So the ghmc would take serious action against hospital

I have paid for times of india for thier yearly subsription after confirming that the same would delivered. I subscribed them during jan and the amount has been paid through cheque and got cleared. As i havent recieved any notificatiob till feb.. I called to the customer care number of trichy... First they told the paper is getting delivered regularly. After insisiting they told that it has been a miss from thier end and ensured will be delivered from mar.. Post march 1st week once again i called them they told they will check and get back. And provided me the manager number who is in charge of this place. He picked up the call and he told as he is out of station and will solve the issue and post that he never picked the call by the way march have crossed. During april once again i called trichy customer care they redirected to madurai number. They ensured that this will be done within a week. It was almost 3 weeks gone. Nothing has done.. This is the service do we want to expect from from a leading magazine... Too pathetic

March 25h th i have paid for the times of india paper yearly distrubution for the amount of 849, sill not yet delivered the paper, it almost 1 month, make a call multiple times, but no reply from them.

I have paid 1349 on 13/02/2019 to your agent muskan but i have not received monthly coupon till date.

Even i have communicated this to mr. Anant but he is very good in telling different story every time but not giving coupon.

Vendor pooja is constantly telling me for coupon without that your company is not releasing her payment.

As i have gone through many complain of same thing like even after subscription also paper is not reaching to them means this is part of your business practice.

With ref. above subject my Appln. no: 17473 & payment made through cheque bearing no.: 000095 for Rs 799/- credited on 16th of March & till date i have not received one single VK News paper.

There is no proper response from the TOI/VK team when communicated past 2 day's...Nothing is set right

Complaint from subscriber ID MU[protected] for newspaper from times of India. They have registered my Email ID as [protected]@gmail.com. It is not my Email ID and from where they got it I cannot understand. So I do not get any correspondence . Talked to Shivani on 4.4.2019. She agreed to correct my email ID as [protected]@yahoo.co.in but has not corrected it till now. Talked to Snehal today (23.4.2019) in customer care. Told her that I am going to lodge a complaint in case she does not correct my email ID. She agreed to correct it, but has not done the work again. Most inefficient staff why they are continuing them I cannot understand

I stay at marina enclave malad w.. From 4 months.. I'm not getting toi, on time.. Invariably 5 - 6 times a month.. The delivery is not done and the newspaper guy. I don't know name.. No. Is [protected].. Does not bother. He says the delivery boys r not good.. Wat can i do.. Please look into the matter.. As i have never had such issues anywhere else..in mumbai

I have sent mail from april 9th regarding the above subject to the crm chennai but til date i have not received any response from them on the complaint.

On 21st, your representative mohandas came to our residence and collected the renewal for next year subscription and he also informed me as the paper will be supplied from 22nd. But today i have not received the paper as per his commitment. When i contacted him, there is not proper response from his side.

I request you to take necessary action in this regard and provide a feedback to me as i m not happy in getting the service from times of india.

Vendor not supply daily times of india news paper since march 2019. I already have one year subscription since july 2018. Moreover my vendor not supplying times of india new paper regularly and making holidays more often

I have renewed my order vide mcr1330617/msr3329610 for one year in last august 2018. The agent had visited my residence twice and unfortunately since i was not at home could not give the coupon. However i have mailed the coupon subsequently. Home delivery of paper was stopped arbtarily even though toi has debited one year subscription.

I have been writing to crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com and rajesh. [protected]@times.com and they have been assuring that things will be sorted out. I have received such mails for teh last four months and it seems to be more of a joke.

I have been a subscriber of toi last 25 years. I feel cheated by teh whole treatment.

I request toi to urgently refund my subscription amount.

This is regarding non delivery of the economic times. It is an annual subscription in the name - sanjay biswas. Subscriber id[protected], vendor id[protected], name - mandar gawade, depot code - m0021, andheri west.

I tried to contact the customer care number[protected], at least 5 times, but not getting through. Then called mr. Suresh, who collected the annual subscription cheque, but no response. Then i called mr. Sachin gadhave on his mobile, he also not picked up the call.

I have paid money for annual subscription for the eco times, but not getting the service.

Request me to help me out to address this issue.
