I have paid for times of india for thier yearly subsription after confirming that the same would delivered. I subscribed them during jan and the amount has been paid through cheque and got cleared. Vendor not supply daily times of india news paper since march 2019. I already have one year subscription since july 2018. Moreover my vendor not supplying times of india new paper regularly and making holidays more often

I had applied for toi 15 months subscription and paid for the same in feb beginning. I have been issued subscription id no.[protected] on 22.02.2019 via sms.
Till today on 12.04.2019, i have not received any coupon (Despite having called the customer care twice). More than 2 months have gone since i had applied.

I had started the subscription of times of india from 4th march and until today (4th april), not one edition had reached my doorstep.in spite of bringing it to their notice, and regular complaints and follow up, they have not done anything apart from sending an email that the complaint has been registered. This is a new scam by times of india where their sales people go door to door pushing people...
