Recetly, my dad paid the yearly subscription amount.

This is regarding non delivery of the economic times. It is an annual subscription in the name - sanjay biswas. Subscriber id[protected], vendor id[protected], name - mandar gawade, depot code - m0021, andheri west.

I tried to contact the customer care number[protected], at least 5 times, but not getting through. Then called mr. Suresh, who collected the annual subscription cheque, but no response. Then i called mr. Sachin gadhave on his mobile, he also not picked up the call.

I have paid money for annual subscription for the eco times, but not getting the service.

Request me to help me out to address this issue.

I had applied for toi 15 months subscription and paid for the same in feb beginning. I have been issued subscription id no.[protected] on 22.02.2019 via sms.
Till today on 12.04.2019, i have not received any coupon (Despite having called the customer care twice). More than 2 months have gone since i had applied.
Kindly take necessary action for earliest disposal of my complaint.

Complaints lodged from day 1 till date with details as below in yr. Chennai office - 01 apr 2019 complaint no.00030699, on 02.04.2019 no.00031320, on 03.04.2019 no.00031777, on 04.04.2019 no.00032507, on 05.04.2019 no.00032945, on 06.04.2019 no.00033297, on 08.04.2019 no.00033760. Till now the above complaints have not been redressed. None from toi chennai office bother to initiate any action. My subscription valid till oct 2019. Will you inform when i will get toi? If not, pl refund my subscription amount by bank draft to my address

This is regarding customer id[protected]. I had started the subscription of times of india from 4th march and until today (4th april), not one edition had reached my doorstep.in spite of bringing it to their notice, and regular complaints and follow up, they have not done anything apart from sending an email that the complaint has been registered. This is a new scam by times of india where their sales people go door to door pushing people...

With reference to the above subject, i have already been paid through agent (Sales men) an amount of rs 849.00 for annual subscription of the times of india on 23d march 2019. One of your salesman had met with me in vinayaka park at vijayanagar, bangalore and had given a bag as a gift for subscription. After that he had given a receipt but unfortunately i lost my receipt and without agency phone number i have not able contact him. I have received a message from your times group that my invoice no 791 and form no. Bpc0056868. I have tried through your phone number [protected] but nobody is responded. We paid 12 month payment in advance on 07/01/2019 through time of india through cheque bennett coleman, on dated 30/12/2018, che no[protected].. Hdfcbank. Amount 699/-yearly payment
The cheque submit to times of india member ajay bhai.
The amount already debit my account on 11/01/2019.
Till date the payment coupen not received.
Our dealer also not received any information from times group.
Please provide the payment coupen as soon as possible in my address.

The newspaper uses pictures that objectify women or use pictures of women showing skin. Women and men wearing less clothes as though they wear in their bathroom are not proper and are not meant for others to watch as free. Press have freedom but not the freedom to show other's bodies to public even if the models don't have shame. We live in a world that should give importance to culture and wearing proper clothes. Otherwise there is no difference between humans and animals, but even animals are better as they have fur to protect themselves.

I s. S. Rajasekar, am one of the subscribers of times of india newspaper. My toi subscriptio no. Is [protected] and my mobile no. Is [protected]. Toi newspaper was not delivered to me on 25.03.2019 and 28.03.2019. The agent, m/s tirupathi news agencies, is not responding to my phone call, whenever i am calling him for not delivering the newspaper. Please change the agent to mr gurusamy, mobile no. [protected].

I have paid subscription for times of india id no. 35524249 from 16/12/2018 till 15/12/2019. I was getting my news paper from my vendor r p yadav from whom i am purchasing since last five years. All of a sudden on 6th march onwards he stopped giving me copy of the daily because as per the new receipt his name was not registered.
I talked to your custome care number mumbai[protected] who gave me the number of nagesh [protected]. When i talked to him with great diffuclty to get his number, he mentioned he is aware of the issue and will get resolved within 15 days and u will be intimated accordingly. Your period of subscription will get extended accordingly. I am trying to find out the status of the complain but again i am not able to reach mr. Hi,

I had paid full amount ( 650 INR ) for the 6 months subscription of THE TIMES OF INDIA, GOA EDITION on 24/03/2019 via UPI payment transfer, from the following link: https://subscribe.timesgroup.com/subscription.

However after the payment, i did not get any confirmation email from the Times Groups. Also in the subscription portal dashboard (https://subscribe.timesgroup.com/front/csite/home/#) it is still showing as "You have not placed any order yet."

I have attached all the required screenshots.

please look into this matter and take the action to get start my subscription on the given address address.

We have paid yearly subscription. Since you have not provided the vendor copy to our agent, we got the newspaper today by paying to him.

Why do we need to pay twice (Yearly subscription and today)?
Also called twice today to describe the situation, but nobody picked up.
Couple of months back had a discussion with the chennai office person and they told that will give the vendor copy to the agent.

But still not given... Why customer has to suffer due to lack of coordination between office and vendor???

Do we need to pay daily (After paying yearly subscription) to get the newspaper???

Can anyone look into this issue asap or route to the concerned person for solution???

This complaint is in reference to the article published in the times of india, dated 24th march, 2019. What disappointed me the most about the article is the misleading headline, directly aimed at an individual who can no more defend himself against the slanderous articles and biased reports about him. The article i'm talking about is about michael jackson who's being mercilessly slandered by the mainstream media without even presenting the other side of the story or use the word 'alleged'. This is not fair journalism, this is propaganda which promotes defamation of a deceased individual. When are we going to read the other side of the story?
Michael jackson was vindicated and exonerated by a court of law, was investigated by the fbi for years and they found absolutely nothing against this man that he ever harmed anyone, let alone children.
These two men, wade robson and jimmy safechuck had previously defended michael jackson under oath only to make a 180 degree turn around to sue the estate of mj for millions of dollars. They've been caught lying several times, changing their versions and making up false molestation stories that have been proven to be false with impossible timelines.
The documentary now features these two proven perjurers who are on their umpteenth version of their story of alleged abuse after their lawsuits were thrown out of court for obvious lies. The times of india article has failed to mention the significant facts about the background and motives of the two accusers, which is not only misleading for the readers but outright defamation of the dead.in a free society where presumption of innocence is a basic human right, this is not tolerable. We're in the metoo era where accusations of sexual abuse are taken at face value, which is not only wrong but dangerous. False accusations and false accusers do exist and we've to acknowledge this serious issue at this crucial period of time. But, times of india promoting such biased articles presenting just one side of the story without even mentioning the basic facts doesn't promote this idea at all but only to encourage its readers to join the bandwagon of lynch mob against michael jackson. This is not acceptable and i strongly condemn it. I support survivors but i also believe in due process. The lynch mob mentality is what inspires false accusers and innocent lives are destroyed by false accusations. Michael jackson was proven innocent during his lifetime and was maliciously prosecuted after being accused falsely of abuse. So, rather than joining the lynchmob i would like to request the times of india to be fair while covering details regarding sensitive issues like these and provides its readers with facts and proven details, not biased propaganda pieces or proven false allegations as facts.

I'm a TOI reader since 20 yrs but of late this paper has become antinationalist and biased towards Muslim community. Instead of condemning Sam pitroda 's yesterday remark on air strike your paper is targeting honourable PM .In page no 4 of today's edition, half page is dedicated to one Muslim family which was attacked on Holi but you never mentioned a word about BJP workers being beaten black and blue by Bengal police in broad day light last week during a bike rally. Same way instead of condemning Terrorists who used 12 yrs old boy as shield your paper is sounding as if our army killed him ( in page no.1). What kind of news reporting is that where what terrorists are doing is acceptable and our army is projected as killers. Shame on you because it's for our defense forces that you are safe in this country. I hope you will take note of this and refrain from such antinationalist and biased news reporting.
