I am sundararajan, with receipt of message on my mobile no [protected] for renewal of my subscirption, i made payment through my sbi credit card on 9th march 2019 for sum of rs.599/- as my subscription id ch[protected] still now i yet to receipt of confirmation message and receipt for that amount please respond and issue receipt for renewal of my subscription during 2019 -20...

Hey, i have made a payment towards the renewal of my subscription online.. And i've got a deduction of the said amount as well i want to know the status of the same from your end. I have made the payment as well got the deduction... But didn't get any notification of the coupouns on the registered mobile number. Tried calling the help desk but it's very busy...

I have been experiencing mental trauma of late regarding the delivery of the material in a timely manner or, even on some days, nondelivery of the material for which i have a yearly subscription. I have brought this matter to toi and they had issued me a complaint number (Xxxx) stating that action would be taken against the vendor but as of this date it seems that no action has been taken and i continue to be sufferer. I have purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 07.03.2019 at 8:14 pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

I had made a payment of Rs 895 on 14/12/2018 through cheque for yearly subscription of TOI Newspaper, however till date I haven't received the coupon yet and had my subscription started yet. Even I had complain in the regard but no action till now. It seems that the concerns are not taking seriously. Almost 3 month has passed but no action. I went to HP fuel station to refuel my bike and shocked to see the riped condition of the fire extinguisher, it was in terrible condition and canot be used. The employees were so irresponsible and lazy to replace the extinguisher, and i wonder what the employees do in case of emergency.
