I'm a TOI reader since 20 yrs but of late this paper has become antinationalist and biased towards Muslim community. Instead of condemning Sam pitroda 's yesterday remark on air strike your paper is targeting honourable PM .In page no 4 of today's edition, half page is dedicated to one Muslim family which was attacked on Holi but you never mentioned a word about BJP workers being beaten black and blue by Bengal police in broad day light last week during a bike rally. Same way instead of condemning Terrorists who used 12 yrs old boy as shield your paper is sounding as if our army killed him ( in page no.1). What kind of news reporting is that where what terrorists are doing is acceptable and our army is projected as killers. Shame on you because it's for our defense forces that you are safe in this country. I hope you will take note of this and refrain from such antinationalist and biased news reporting.

I had requested on 6th of march to deliver toi papers at my new address. No progress have been noticed. Being repeated the matter again.

I tried to buy uc for three times but my money was deducted but the uc wasnt purchased for three times. At last server timeout pop out and got nothing. Really poor service. Refund it as soon as possible. My money deducted for three times and when will i get my refund??? Really poor service for their customer. I am too much disappointed by it. I have purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 17.03.2019 at 10:27 pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

I had handed over the cheque in 1st week of nov18 of 449 rs for annual subscription of the economic times.
The cheque was cleared in 30-nov.

It was supposed to start of newspaper delivery by 01dec18 but it hasnt started till date inspsite of repeated complaints.

We are residing in area o[censored]rapakkam (603210), chennai. We had opted for yearly subscription for the second time.

I think we have done a great mistake by doing this.

Our home is located in the first floor of the apartment we are residing in. Paper delivery is really very very poor and we are very much disappointed with it.

Delivery man is not delivering to our doorstep and we have given complaint several times. But no proper action was taken.

He is delivering in the apartment gate where we are not finding paper sometimes as someone is taking it away and we cant go and tell that in each flat not to take our paper.

This can be avoided only if the delivery man is responsible and delivering the paper to our flat. He should do his job properly.

Hence treat this as an escalation to take proper actions.

#mtc bus #chennaies

Even though frequent transportation facility are available from one area to other area in chennai, still buses are overcrowded and flooded with people. I wonder how people can tolerate this much and commute daily to college or work. It is really hard to survive our life in such huge crowded city. There will not be even space to stand, people squeezes each other. Finally its leads to mental pressure and people fight each other for their own space. Especially when a guy falls on girl and that girl try to protect her from him. If this is the case, why cant government step in and change the rule and format the arrangements like splitting the bus into half of the portion according to gender wise instead of seating one side ladies and other side gents.

I believe so many problems can be avoided if the seating arrangement is changed and also it leads to reduce the traveler stress.

I am a regular subscriber of toi i paid my 2019 full payment also but from january 1st to till date i have not received any of newspaper even single day delivery also not received. I already made many complaints but you are not resolved to deliver my daily paper. I am requesting you please cancel my subscription id: 35554328 and repay my amount

I have regitered form 6 for inclusion of my name in the electrol roll on january 16 2019. My verification id : old[protected]. From monday (11/03/2019) ihave been trying to call the above no. Upteem times.1950 gets disconnected immidiately & [protected] gets diconnected after 5 minutes. Whom should we contact for not receiving the confirmation of application (Accepted / rejected). This is a very serious matter when the media & eci is campaining that the citizens should vote.

I have been experiencing mental trauma of late regarding the delivery of the material in a timely manner or, even on some days, nondelivery of the material for which i have a yearly subscription. I have brought this matter to toi and they had issued me a complaint number (Xxxx) stating that action would be taken against the vendor but as of this date it seems that no action has been taken and i continue to be sufferer. As of the time of writing this mail (11:31 a. M.), i have not received the newspaper today despite repeated calls to my vendor. This is not the one-off instance as i have received a complaint number from toi on 1 march and this is only 10 march. This has been an ongoing issue for at least twice a week where i have to call my vendor repeatedly. I have every right to hold toi liable for causing mental agony to its customer and for not letting them enjoy the service for which they have subscribed. I am seeking compensation that would serve as a deterrent to the erring vendors.

I will be shifting from my current location to another address on 29-march-2019. I would like to continue my subscription to times of india. I have already paid the amount required till 31-jan-2020.
