I have subscribed for newspaper of 15 months under times mega plus offer on 3rd june 2018 with the assurance that newspaper will be supplied from january 2019.

I have not yet received any copy of newspaper till date, moreover their special courier number is out of service for so long. Hence no idea if this offer would work further or not??

In the given situation, i would prefer to move back to hindustan times whom i found better in terms of feedback & delivery.

Kindly assist to recover my payment from them or start supplying newspaper copies.

Dear sir,

I have subscribed the times of india news paper and gave cheque of rs. 631/- (Cheque no.-199825 of pnb) on[protected]. To mr. Ram prakash yadav mob no.[protected]. I was assured that the coupon for the news paper will be delivered to in in two week and paper will be started from 01 of march 2019.

However neither the coupon have come to me, nor the news paper started. On calling to mr. Ram prakash, he is making excuses and telling that it will be started from 5th which is also not sure, later mr. Vikram from times of india office called and misbehaved.

May i request you to resolve the matter urgently and ensure that the news paper reaches to me at the earliest on regular basis.

I had made a payment of Rs 895 on 14/12/2018 through cheque for yearly subscription of TOI Newspaper, however till date I haven't received the coupon yet and had my subscription started yet. Even I had complain in the regard but no action till now. It seems that the concerns are not taking seriously. Almost 3 month has passed but no action. Therefore, requesting the management to kindly take up this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

I have already made the payment for annual subscription and several follow ups done, but still the subscription coupons have not been received. The cheque got cleared a long back.

My toi subscription no. Is [protected] which i had received over sms. The subscription has already started on 15th december 2018,.

Unable yo contact customer care as the phone line always remains busy. Please expedite and send the coupons at the earliest.

From feb '19 since last month i didn't get your newspapers (Since i had already paid the money annually)
In week i receive newspapers only 2 or 3days. May i know why?
I don't have vendor number also.
Can you guys pls help out where is the problem.

Today there was an article in the chennai times about full sleeve bikinis. This article was copied word from word from the uk mirror with the cheap addition of the word chennai. Such blatant plagiarism is unethical and unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company as a whole. This is not the first time. There have been several acts of plagiarism done by times of india journalists purely to push forward their career at the expense of their readers. Serious action needs to be taken to ensure the originality of our content and to make sure we are not fools taking in whatever garbage they throw our way.

I live in pantagar ghatkopar building 101 next to dominic savio school. I have raised a complaint on bmc website 15 to 20 days back on 11th feb and no action taken yet. The complaint number is [protected]. This is regarding open drainage near apartment and schools. The drainage is not cleaned and foul smell emanates. Most importantly there are a lit of mosquitoes which pose a health issue to residents and school going children. Thete have been cases of dengue and chikungunya reported. Zthere have been 3 cases of dengue in my family itself. The drainage has become a breeding ground for not only mosquitoes but a lot of rodents and rats too. God forbid plague does not resurface as there are so many rodents in the area

With reference to the above customer id and lead number, the newspapers are not being delivered by the newspaper delivery agent/supplier since past about 18 days for reasons not known to us. We have bought the annual subscriptions of times of india and maharashtra times.

It is hereby requested that this matter may be enquired into to find out why the newspaper delivery agent/supplier is not providing us the daily editions of these two papers as per our subscription.

Two acknowledgment copies as the reference for our subscription are attached herewith.

Kindly ensure that we receive the newspapers on daily basis as per the subscription purchased by us.

We've been noticing how you are reporting anti-india style in recent times. You may have political alignment with any party but you seem to have lost the basic ethics of a newspaper.
I just wanted to tell you that we've stopped subscription of times of india and bangalore mirror. I hope every nationalist indian will stop your paper so you get the message.

I went to HP fuel station to refuel my bike and shocked to see the riped condition of the fire extinguisher, it was in terrible condition and canot be used. The employees were so irresponsible and lazy to replace the extinguisher, and i wonder what the employees do in case of emergency. Please try to hilight this so that the every employee will get to know their minimum responsibility.

I have subscribed to the mega plus offer with subscription id 34790855 and was supposed to receive times of india news paper effective nov 2018.
I have moved to gurgaon and have sent multiple emails to crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com and also called their helpline number [protected] and never heard back from them. I fail to understand how such a big organization do not pay heed to their consumer and why do they have helpline phone number and email which do not work.?
Finally after 3 months i got a phone call from mr rathi with phone number [protected] stating that i will start receiving the newspaper from tomorrow which turned out to be untrue. I have followed with this person multiple times and nothing has been sorted out.
It is sad to know that such a big organization do not care for their customers.

I am posting this on social media and consumer forum as i have not received any update.

How can you publish such sensitive information...

We are in a hour where tensions between india and pakistan have been escalated in past 24 hours and we need to make sure we do not slip any such info.

So far no receipt has been received either by mail or message.
No response to numerous phone calls made to chennai office. Please check this and send me the receipt.

I have taken fresh subscription in april /may month. My subscription mobile is [protected] and was confirmed to deliver the gift bag in two months time. However i have been following for past ten months through phone calls but no actions taken. I didn't expect such a worst service and not keeping up the words from such a reputed leading newspaper.

Kindly check and get the issue resolved at the earliest.

I dr harsh vikram singh meet with an accident on 25 of february in lucknow, where a car i20 no. Up 51 ab 2551 with drunken people in it, banged my car
Up 32 ke 5445. Even after calling dial 100 that is u. P. Government police help line official number police dint help us even after arriving at that spot.
Interestingly a person appears named madhur mishra ex sho of gomtinagar police station, who came at the spot on call from the people who were drunk, stating these people are coming from a wedding and mistakenly they hit your car.
We politely asked them to come to gomtinagar police station in prescence of dial 100 police officials but they all dint turned up, neither dial 100 officials nor madhur mishra nor those people who were drunk and involved.
All videos from the incident have been taken as evidence, were they are threatening that no one can do anything, do whatever you can.

Recently one executive came to our home and told himself as repersentative of times of india. His mobile number is [protected]. He took chec of rs 720 bennett coleman co limited. I got sms after some that your sbscription got confirmed. Subscription number is [protected]. Also has assistance number [protected].

But i didn't get my news paper event after 15 days and both numbers are not reachable.

On feb 3rd, i provided my check for times of india yearly subscription to toi vendor. He assured me that the newspaper will be delivered effective from february 15. On 19th february, i did received the coupon with confirmation subscription id#[protected].

On the past days, i would have called 20+ times to all the chennai toll free subscription numbers. Often i get a single response as the complaint is lodged and area supervisor mr. Sivaraj will take care. Even i called him thrice but in vain he doesn't even pick the calls.

I was really happy with the service of toi for my previous subscriptions, now i have relocated my house in manapakkam, chennai. I am unaware whom to contact.

I have complained here one month ago with no response from you. I am not receiving my newspaper regulatly from the agent. Whenever he feels he gives. Mostly on sunday when we aree agerly waiting for the paper we wait and wait and left with dissappointment. He doesnot pick my calls. Am frustrated. I dont know where to complaint about this matter as the customer care of times of india have no proper numbers. Am complaining here and hoping for a solution. Thanq

Dear sir/ madam,

I have been a loyal customer of toi and have read toi throughout my life.

I would like to bring to your notice that the newspaper vendor in ardee city, sector 52, gurgaon is "raj singh newspaper agencies". Please register the below complains and provide a resolution to this. Also suggest where can i file a legal complaint against this vendor.

First of all, he charges a flat rate of 180 for newspaper delivery per month which includes the delivery charges of rs. 30. He refuses to provide an itemized bill as there are different rates for different days.

Secondly, he issues an advance bill for every month.

Thirdly, we are unaware of any toi annual schemes which are run in other localities.

Fourthly, he refuses to reduce bill for days for which paper is not delivered.
