Dear concern

As my subscription was about to due in april mr surender had collected the cheque of rs.795 on dated 16.02.18 and the same evening he called me up and said that the cheque should be of rs. 895 and will be collected by tomorrow but till date tomorrow never came for mr surender after saying so many times that he is coming today evening or tomorrow morning but he never appear here.

So please provide me senior number for that and return my cheque of ₹ 795. As soon as possible.

I was asking him about the advertisement procedure for my sister's marriage instead of providing any contact no. Of toi marriage section, he just told me the address and said 'isey zada kuch nhi bta paunga mai apko' poor behaviour of that person towards customer, let me tell u times of india cell phones are invented so that without going anywhere we can get whole information over phone... Plz make your employees literate about this fact... Ty

I am a subscriber of times of india, kolkata edition with subscription no. [protected]. Subscription was paid through a/c payee cheque of sbi dt. 05/11/2017, which was duly cashed from my account. (Order no. Rtoy/[protected], but i have not yet received any subscription coupon to give it to my news paper vendor. Please do the needful for its delivery at your earliest.

I have been made to make a payment of rs. 180/- for the month of february to your agent, ved news paper for sector 9, gurgaon. The vendor failed to give the breakup and said that he charges for 30 days @ rs.6/- per day even for february having 28 days. He further stated that rs.20/- per month are being charged towards delivery charges. He offered to refund rs 20 with a condition to discontinue delivery tomorrow onwards. Kindly confirm
1. Are your vendors authorised to collect delivery charges @ rs 20/- per month.
2. Are they being authorised by the company to charge for a minimum of 30 days @ rs.6/- per day.
3. Are they under instructions by the company not to provide contact number of the local area manager.
4. Are they authorised by the company to threaten the subscriber to discontinue the service if their terms n conditions are not agreed.

The times of india business awards is a very prestigious award. I would like to bring to your kind notice that this yeats grooming and lifestyle award recipient deepali ahalani in no way deserves to be felicitated with this prestigious award. She has no professional degree or certifications. She is s self proclaimed life coach with no certification. Why is she being featured in magazines like femina and cosmopolition regularly. I humbly request you to kindly look into her credentials and award someone more deserving and who has contributed towards the society. She is just a small salon owner who has no idea about grooming or lifestyle. The times group is one of the most respected and prestigious groups in india and they should properly verify the credentials of their nominated candidates before conferring an award to them. I believe in no way it is justified and morally and ethically correct to favour someone with this prestigious award she is just a small salon owner like the hundreds of salon owners we have in kolkata. Bridgette jones or june tomkins as examples are much more certified and veterans in this field and more deserving for this kind of an award. Thnks & regard

I have been an ardent fan of your newspaper n refuse to read any other news paper except yours. I have applied for a yearly subscription of your newspaper vide order #MTR5068333 and vendor code 21502339. My grievance is that i DO NOT get regular delivery of it. In fact to be precise its just 4 days a week. Constant calls to your representative n newspaper vendor have gone unheard. It's come to a state that my newspaper vendor mocks me albeit indirectly that this is how it would be for me. I'm sure TOI does not encourage such high handed behavior n monopoly dadagiri. I have subscribed femina magazine on 27/12/2017 for 3 years, to be delivered at ratnagiri as gift. I paid rs.2775/- and thru the temporary collection receipt no.2187 dtd.27/12/2017. But till today no issue has been delivered and ever since, i have been inquiring on phone no.39898090 and the same reply is given that "will deliver in couple of days". Persons contacted are sabiya/surendra/sidhhi.

Mudra yoga ke bare mai pata kiya ki kisne or kisko kitna loan mila... Aplog jhuti information logo tak pocha rahe hai... Haj without mehram ke sath.. Modi jinhe haj subsidy band ki hai jo.. Uske bare mai apko nhi pata kya. Beti bachao beti padhao ki.. Situation hum sab log jan rahe hai. Ki haryana mai abi kis tarha rape hua hai dalit ldki ka.. Or up mai 15 lakh something bachi ne exam nhi dia.. Drop out kia hai... Please jhuti information logo ka nah de.

We students of shivaji university studying engineering have applied for photocopies of our respective subjects its been 2 months we have recieved nothing till date. Nd now the next exam schedule has been put up we are helpless due to mischieveness of the university. Due to irresopnsibility of these people students have to suffer a lot. Many of them have left education due to this

I had renewed toi subscription for one year on october 2017. Till date they have not been able to send me the coupons. This shows the company is least interested in customer service and is more into looting the customer. I have been reaching out to them but all this while they have not yet been able to resolve the issue. They promise call back everytime but doesn't call back ever since. Pathetic customer service.

I have been reugular subscriber of the news paper (Times of india) for past 4 years, many times the news paper is not delivered to my home and in a week 2 or 3 days it is not supplied. More over for the past ten (10) days news paper not supplied at all and i do not have the agent contact details of this area.

I have been purchasing morning new paper daily from the news paper mart

Please look into my grievance and resolve the same at the earliest.

I would like to inform you that we are having issues with the daily paper delivery we previously complained and requested that you kindly change the delivery vendor. But to no avail, our complains have been falling on deaf ears. Hence with i would like you to return my subscription money as i'm planning to cut my subscription from your news outlet.

I have subscribing your paper from march 1st 2018, at the time of subscribing your executive told he will deliver b 5:30 am, but every day they are delivering after 8:45 am, i move to office by 7:30 am, what is use of the paper, i don't get time in evening.
When i contacted your office and representatives, they told it will be done.
On 3rd and 4th i didn't get paper, after several calls they delivered paper.
On sunday paper boy dropped paper and went, i took it and tored and called him to cancel my subscription, note that i have tored in my house, one of your rep came to my house and started abusing and got ready to fight, what's this nuisance.
Is it a way to behave, useless people.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the potable water supply is no more potable in our street of dlf phase 3 u block. It is reportedly contaminated elsewhere in all the dlf phase 3. The quality of water is equal to sewage water if not the sewage itself. All my family members are sick with water ailments. On my complaint to the dlf official they sent a crew of sweepers.

I have subscribed for the times of india newspaper for rs.500 to one vendor. But haven't received any coupons till date. We faced the same issue last year and after we complained we get to deliver the newspapers. Some vendors used our coupons to other clients and charged money for over a month. I don't know why your company not looking at such kind of issues properly for customers. Please do look at this issue.

My vendor (Shakshi news paper agency), charging more money. He is charging 170 rs. Monthly/from monday to friday 4.5 rs. + satuday/sunday - 6 rs. I am taking 10 news paper on daily basis for our hospital patient. Due to audit objection with his bill, i told not to charge more than printed rate then he refused to deliver. So i finalised other vendor but after 2 days other vendor told me that shakshi news paper threated me as i am delivering you paper so i will not able to deliver further. I have not received any coupons even after 45 days of subscription. False promises made over phone that coupons are sent will receive in 2 - 3 days but nothing yet. Very bad telecaller and customer service. I have no idea if i will be receiving the news paper or refund.

They did not provide any tracking number if they have sent it by post or courier.

Please be aware of this scam bennett coleman or times group. I have been waiting for so long to receive newspapers. I should have opted hindustan times instead. Stay away from times of india news paper subscription scam

I have had subscribed and use your company's newspaper for past 8 years but this year it disappointed me for not getting newspaper regularly. For past 7 year you provided good service and suddenly @ 2017 and 2018 your service going bad. It happened more than 10 times for me and i hope you will render good service for what you get from subscribe amount. I respect your company and with do respect requesting to solve this issue as soon as possible
