Hi team,

I am trying to subscribe for toi newspapers from last three days and there is no proper response at all...

I have contacted[protected] and the person who has spoken to me gave contact number of mr. Mohan reddy [protected] and he has never lifted my call..

When i called back to[protected], the lady who has spoken to me promised me that she will help me with it but there is no response till date..

This is really a poor service and while am trying to call today as well, there is no response at all...

Please help me resolve this issue

Recently u had published 'comman man visiting sachivalaya in mumbai with their grivence with the hope of resolving the long pending grivence at sachivalaya, but not getting positive result/assurence, loosing confidence in the govt. Administration, jump from top floor and end their life. Govt. Instead of giving attention to solve the problems by positive steps, providing grills in varanda, wirenet on top of ground floor to stop such deths. There are about thousand persons visiting sachivalaya from different towns, villages to see the elected representatives, /highrank govt. Officers. But no one has to listen the grivence of ordinary man. There is electronic device, why govt. My thinking to monitor all such cases, directing local office office to settle the issues at taluka, dist. Level.. And take action against guily officers, for neglect, delay or any reason, delaying/not disposing the complaint in positive way. There can delay for money also. Allsuch things can be exposed provided proper follow-up/monitering at this highest office. I am one such comman man 'senior citizen of 81 age struggling for the last twenty years. For justice (I am awustle blower) exposed the irregularities inco. Operation dept. Visited all highest officers. But they are non cooperative i had also contacted your representative mr. Praderp gupta, kalyan. And mr. Chittaranjan of mumbai. I had also sent number authentic documents copy by e. Mail to their address. Issue is very ginuene and many many societies suffering because of dept. Not caring and given proper attention. I am a regular reader of times of india for the last sixty years. It was only two annas atbthat time. Now i am a annual subscriber. I like this paper, many sensitive issues are being published in your paper on time. I have correspondence with this co. Op dept. With valid points officers are caught for negligence but not punished and the issue is involving manipulation of lakhs of rupees. If you takeup this matter, hundreds of societies will come up and the dept. Will have to answer your paper, if published. Pl send your representative to collect detail information and copy of letters. My e. Mail and mobile no is given above. I have spent nearly sevnty five to eighty thousand rupees for visit, fone calls, letter type, fax etc. Media is the only way to expose and question, focus public attention. Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that eagle infra india ltd., the toll operator on the nehru outer ring road in hyderabad, telangana has increased the toll fee by a whopping 33.33% as of today as against 5% to 7% increment as was announced in the news papers. A scanned copy of the toll charge receipt is attached for your reference. Please note that earlier the toll fee charged by them for the same distance was rs.30/- and now taking undue advantage of the announcement of they have increased it by rs.10/- and so are charging rs.40/- from today. Clearly they are fleecing the general public now by taking undue advantage of the increment.

This is clearly complete violation of the govt. Order and i ask the concerned authorities to take note of this violation and ask eagle infra india ltd to toe the govt guideline against toll fee charges and also penalize them for this violation so that they do not take the advantage of such situation to fleece the public.

I wish to receive a positive response from the authorities against this email i am sending. I will also send a copy of this email to news papers so that the general public is kept aware of what such operators are doing.

For payment last see this text ("• last date of online payment - march 31, 2018") due to which many candidiates must have refer wrong date whereas the correct date for online payment is 30 mar 2018 time is 23:59.

The difference is for span of 24 hours.

Due to this wrong notification even i missed the date for making the payment. Tell me who is responsible? How can you resolve and assist to which i cant apply for rrb exam.

We're attached with the times of india kolkata edition for more than 43 years my husband late. Sanatkumar ghosh used to transport your renowned and esteemed newspaper in the route howrah - amta till his death on 09.09.2008 and after that i used to transport the newspaper packets till date but from 23.03.2018 without giving any prior notice or intimation the newspaper packets transportation work has been given to somebody named mr. Bapi debnath who is the trinamool congress hawker leader of howrah station jn. As far as i know we've direct contacts with the times of india as because we raise bills in the name of times of india/bennett coleman and co. Ltd. But for some months we came to know as said by times of india employees that mr. Adhir giri is the contractor and we do not have any direct relationship with the times of india. But i've documents to support that we've direct relationship with your company. The payment was made in cash upon production of valid receipt in favour of bennett coleman and co. Ltd. Many of your officers namely anupam malakar, arvind chaubey, amitabh, om prakash have been intimated and requested by us to not terminate our transportation services still they were adamant to kick off our services and give it to mr. Bapi debnath why i don't know. Why are these officers forcing adhir giri to give the transportation services to bapi debnath. I think they're taking some personal favours from bapi debnath as because being in the business for more than 43 years is not a joke and the dealers whom we supply the newspapers too do not have any issue against us. I've requested your officers vide 2 letters to not stop our services but still it was unanswered we're not even allowed to enter your office in kolkata are we street beggars why this kind of attitude? An officer of yours in 13/1 government place east, kolkata 700069 named mr. Amitabh even forced our agents to sign a paper which stated that receive the times of india newspaper packets are 10 am in the morning but actually we send these by 5:15 in the morning. Isn't it partiality. I even requested to give me the packets to me for transportation to me on 23.03.2018 but they refused to supply it as i cannot see myself and my children to die because of starvation i decided to request them for giving the packets to me and i was holding the packets near to my heart as because i and my family are emotionally attached with times group for more than 43 years. Still they supplied fresh newspaper to mr. Bapi debnath for the route. I've spend a huge amount of money to transport the packets by a separate car and still times officers as named above have restricted the dealers not to accept the packets supplied by us and said those packets are to be fined by us. I'm not that financially strong, is being a widow and poor a sin? I request you to kindly go through the matter i don't have enough favours to please your officers but does that means that i've to starve to death. Being a widow, i'm being seen as a soft target by your company officers i've a son who is unemployed and a daughter who is unmarried.
Hope you can understand my situation and give me justice otherwise there will be no option by me because of acute financial shortages and starvation than to commit suicide in front of your office either by self immolation or by starving to death.
Please help us and give justice.

I am tarun kumar srivastava s/o lt mahadev prasad srivastava, 647b/d13, jankipuram garden lucknow, here i want to complain you that till dated 29 mar 2018, i am not found my coupan under toi yearly newspaper delivery scheme, whenever toi agent mr ravi shankar pandey had collected the cheque of rs 621 and rs 4 in cash and nagar nigam registraion paper (For new changed address) from my home as above said address on dated 15 november 2017. Meanwhile regarding this matter i had contacted many times to toi lko office, unfortunately till dated they are not able to solve my problem also not behaved in proper and professional manner with me, so i am frustrated with your lko office official's attitude. So solve my problem and provide me soon the yearly delivery scheme coupan on my above said address.
Hope that you will cooperate with me and will do needful action for solve my problem without any reminder.

The vendor who contacted me to take the subscription of Times of India is now mis-behaving with me. Her contact number is [protected]. My subscription number is [protected]. A help will be much appreciated.

I had given registration certificate of my car reg no dl10ca 0602 to raja garden rto vide receipt no dl10r[protected]/dl[protected] for updation of owners detail. Later i received a message from rto that my rc has been dispatched vide speed post ref no ed[protected] in. Dt 9/3/18 and can be tracked online. However till today no information is available on speed post tracking site. Several similar complaints are found on rto website. On personal enquiry i learnt that rc has not yet been dispatched by rto office but anticipatory speed post dispatch nos have been obtained from post office.. There is no further informatiom from rto and status is same till today the 27th.. It is sad that a govt organisation is engaged in such malpractices and giving fake messages.
Also for incorporating change of address in rc they are demanding proof of date from which such change took place it is difficult to provide such documentry proof and there is no such requirement in form 33 (Rule 59) of rto for chane of address in rc. Only documentry proiof of new address is required but rto is arbitrarily charging penality of rs 200 pm of delay which is not admissible.
Driving without rc is an offence so i why it is lying with rto office unnecessarily when it is no more required by them. Kindly look in to it.

There was no supply of paper from nov 2017 to dec 2017. After repeated complaints, toi agent promised that the issue will not repeat. Alas, promises are meant to be broken and again for the past one month, the agent has not delivered the paper. I have called and registered a complaint multiple times (Complaint no [protected]) and have also sent email thrice. The issue is still not resolved and neither is there any refund to my money. My subscription i'd is 33615113

I am murali m. I have taken a yearly subscription of times of india new paper. I am supposed to receive subscription from 15 january 2018 but till now i have not received single news paper.

I feel very bad after paying full subscription your response is not as expected. I have good option on time of india but it looks like you are not up to the mark.

Please let know when this issue would be resolved?

I have issue a cheque fr yearly subscription in favour of times od india and they vendor saying your cheque is not accepted as already you are having a scheme going on, i am nachiket to know this because i font have active subscription. Please look info the matter and great it most urgently.

I subscribed times of india with bag offer. Salesman told me that you will receive a bag. But i didn't received the bag. I called customer care and complained but no use. Please check and send the bag. I am following up from last 8 months. This is the worst experiance in my life. If i didn't get the bag i never subscribe in future

I have booked my toi newspaper subscription in november 2017 for the year 2018. The cheque was issued on11/11/2017 in favour of toi delhi. Although cheque was encashed, but even after 04 months, i haven't received subscription coupons.
The above-mentioned issue was raised several times on your contact no.[protected], but nothing has been done.
It seems to be forgery/ cheating by times group.
Try to sort it out or should i file a legal complaint.?

On 20th March The Times Of India Chennai edition on page 5- BOY 14 News ... 3rd para first line its self is wrong, it should be while removing the kite.
TOI is a renowned newspaper and these type of mistakes are really not acceptable. Please look into the matter..I dought what the editors are doing before sending news it to press for printing.
TOI you are loosing your name. No one will except these type of mistake from a national newspaper.
Its a Shame... Mind it.

I opted for a et+toi combo plan in april 2017. Assuming that the coupons will come, the newspaper vendor started delivering the papers each month. It's been 9 months, and the coupons have still not come. We learned that the cheque has also not been deposited by toi. Now, the newspaper vendor is asking us to pay the full amount. We are being charged for negligence on the part of the toi sales executive. My number is [protected].

I refferred the net and found out agarwal packers and movers chembur to send household articles from govandi to barrackpore west bengal. They gave me quotation for 40000 but i negotiated on that and made it 30000 and owner mr. Kaushik mahendra also agreed. Based on his statement we send the household items through him paying 30000 full in cash. When i contacted them as to when he is going to deliver he household items, he asked us to remit another 10000 then only they will release the items. I did that also but again when i asked for my items he said i have to pay another 7700 as gst then only he will release the goods. I am a senior citizen aged 85 years old. Please help me to get my household items i am stranded on road.

Kindly refer news article with title “why malviya nagar is finding it tough to breathe for a year” on page 7.
We are concerned at the level of reporting done by your reporter and article published in your esteemed publication, without verification of facts. Neither this problem persists only for last one year but the source of information was utmost corrupt and politically motivated. Your reporter has not shown any keen interest to dig the facts out and acted simply as an agent for paid media.
We, from saksham welfare association platform, request you to kindly rectify the mistake immediately and either arrange to send the same reporter back in our colony for fact finding or arrange to send another with unbiased nature.
Just for your information, sewerage issues are long pending and are been neglected only because of arrogance and ego problems between the so call self-nominated president and the concerned authorities. As my subscription was about to due in april mr surender had collected the cheque of rs.795 on dated 16.02.18 and the same evening he called me up and said that the cheque should be of rs. 895 and will be collected by tomorrow but till date tomorrow never came for mr surender after saying so many times that he is coming today evening or tomorrow morning but he never appear here.

So please provide me senior number for that and return my cheque of ₹ 795. As soon as possible.
