Dear Sir,

I am very sorry to wright that, The representative ( Mr Sukhbinder)from your Chandigarh office visited to my house in the month of November 2017 & requested to take annual subscription of Times of India Newspaper which i have taken & Vendor started giving the Newspaper from 15th Nov 2017 onwards, but suddenly from 24th of Jan 2018 the vendor stopped the newspaper.
When i called your representative for above said matter, his reply was very surprising for me that sir your news paper was stopped because you have not given the delivery charges to vendor, which was not conveyed to me at the time of annual subscription .

When I called at your local office chandigarh the Assistant Manager Mr Ankur Khanna also told me same thing & asked me to give 30 rupees per Month Delivery charges to vendor than only I will get My newspaper .
Moreover none of Coupons was given to me.

I request please solve the issue at the earliest .

I had paid my cheque towards bennett, coleman & co. Ltd for subscription of 1 year. I was receiving the newspaper regularly. But for the past 1 week, i am not getting newspaper. I do not have the contact details for the vendor or the delivery boy. Please help.

With reference to above, pl note that i have been getting toi news paper and bangalore mirror since[protected]. As per the order information, i am supposed to get bangalore mirror along with toi news paper for 3 month's ie. Till[protected]. But the bangalore mirror us stopped from[protected]. I have been told by the vendor mr heremutt that you are not supplying the bangalore mirror in sufficient quantity and hence the vendor is not supplying the bangalore mirror to me. Being a standard publisher, i feel that toi shall honour the commitments as per the subscription order. Hence pl look into the matter and clarify urgently. I am more interested to know why the system has failed in toi as an organization.

We've been experiencing this problem for quite some time now the problem is that the newspaper doesn't always come on time or doesn't even come at all. We don't receive the newspaper for at least 2 days every week this is just not acceptable and your way of resolving customer complaints is also very poor. Please look into this matter and change the vendor or else refund the amount because we would surely like to discontinue subscribing to your newspaper. Please take action immediately

I have sent number of e-mails to your crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com for correction in my residential address which has been wrongly recorded in your office since 30.11.2015 but to no avail. There is no response to my e-mails so far although couple of people have spoken to me. I wonder why it is so difficult to correct the address so that the subscription vouchers are sent to whom it belong. Having failed in my efforts i am left with no option but to lodge a complain. I paid yearly subscription for times of india and mata from 16th of december i am not getting my paper l try to contact person to whom i paid for subscription but no response from him and also from complaint no. Given by times group suddenly from 1st feb again my news paper subscription started but not regularly 4to5days a week i am just fed up of all this please just stop my subscription i am ready to forgot paid amount for yearly subscription

I am 62 by age retired from a senior post and residing in this colony new krishna park vikas puri near janak puri metro west since 1995. Many hawkers have changed in my time.

This hawker name as mentioned on the bill is soni news agency having mobile no on the bill [protected] has started overcharging in the bill of news paper on the ground that we have to hire delivery boys to deliver the paper. Now he has threaten that he will not deliver as i have paid him 630.00 as against his overcharged to rs.665.00. He admitted mistake for overcharge of rs.25.00 in magazines but not agreed to news paper overcharge. He is asking for rs.640.00 which is wrong.

I submit my bill s under. This is in excel. I find no way how to attach that is why pasted in mail text.

I can't understand how the newspaper vendors do this with media and that is times group. How can a newspaper vendor threats readers by making cartel and overcharge readers of times of india and navbharat times.

If this privilege of reading of news paper on the mercy of vendor it makes me worried how retired resident will get their citizen right to lead a limited left life peacefully.

This i had complaint to your chennai office vide phone number[protected] several times but in vain. After making the complaint i will receive an sms from that office stating that they have informed the concerned person to start the issue immediately. The latest complaint number is [protected]. I renewed my subscription of toi newspaper in nov 2017 and gave the cheque to my newspaper vendor. The cheque was credited to toi account on 6th dec 2017 but till date i have not received my coupons and for this i am following up with the toi customer care since mid jan-18 and every time i am assured that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. This time after lot of insistence i am given a complaint number 1511408 by customer care. I even asked for escalation point but same was not given by customer care.

The same paper boy is providing the hindu news paper to neighbour but he is not providing the toi new paper to me. Kindly expedite the same at the earliest and resume the service at the earliest.

Pune times supplement in toi has become nothing but a porn magazine. How can they print such explicit adult pics in a newspaper which can be read by any age group. Feb 1 2018 issue has such vulgur images of kim kardeshian and this is not the 1st instance when these guys have printed such photos. Is this a porn supplement rather than news paper? They should show some intelligence as expected from a reputed news paper and apply basic screening before printing photos!

G yohannan, one of the legal heir along with my mother and sister are in use occupation and possession of the premises having address as 4, jose nagar, sakinaka, mumbai 400 072 for more than 30 years. On the instructions of the partners of m/s aria infra, local goons of the area and their agents have used their high handed approach by using their muscle power to deprive us of our rights to our structure by forcibly changing the electricity bills coming in our name to some other people’s names, without our knowledge and locking our premises this morning ie. 26th january 2018.

We are running coaching classes wherein more than 150 students come
For coaching, and exams of these students are coming near. We are unable to conduct classes and they have also locked their study material in the premises. As the area is a declared slum, all powers to deprive any slum dweller of possession to his structure is clear sign of taking law in their hands.

We being ladies are harassed by the partner of m/s aria infra, henry fredick fernandes, shah alam sadre alam ansari, felix monterio by taking the law in their hands. I hereby request you to kindly take strict action against mr. Sancheti partner of m/s aria infra and/or henry fredick fernandes and/or shah alam sadre alam ansari and/or felix monterio. These local goons/thugs/criminals and or their agents are claiming the property and have already displayed their capability by unlawfully dispossessing us from the first floor of our premises and now the ground floor which is again an illegal act.

I have paid yearly subscription for toi paper in the month of december 2017. It was said that the paper will b given from 15th of december. Despite many complaints, the service of paper is not started. Now its almost 2 months i have not got any newspaper. So i request you to please refund of my subscription money. I cannot wait further. My subscription code is 14401498. Need my refund.

Ne lady in the name of mellisa williams, o[censored]nited kingdom an account officer in jmc company, birmingham, has joined as face book friend. She wants good friendship of trustworthy and wants to invest 5, 00, 000pounds in chennai either in real estate or in hospital. I told to come and do. All of a sudden on 11.12.2017 (Monday) she told she arrived in new delhi airport and was held by customs because of huge foreign currency and other valuables. She also send the copy of the tierney by jet airways with flight particulars. I thought she actually arrived at delhi. Then she told one customs officer will speak with me the actual problem i have faced. Then another lady told by name sageetha chowtry had spoken in cell no. [protected] and [protected] and informed that she has to pay rs.76, 000/- as customs duty. I told to adjust with her money. The lady mellisa williams also has frequently requested through one cell number [protected] like anything and told to repay at chennai. Then with motive of helping i asked her how to pay.
The so called customs senior officer has sent one account number with particulars:- sbi current sanky jaiswal, a/c no.[protected], ifsc-sbin0004810, pan-bfipj 1076b new delhi branch. (But as per ifsc code the original place is jhungla, gorakpur. Pin-273001.) i deposited
Then the next day morning again that lady told that she has to get anti-terrorist certificate from united nation and has to pay rs.1, 81, 000/- then i blandly refused. But she begged like anything and the same so called customs lady sent second account numbers as below:- sbi current ajith kumar, a. C no. [protected] ifsc sbin0005608, pan evcpk8939p new delhi branch. Rs.1.81.000/-but the original place is mohaddipur, gorakhpur, pin-273001 again i deposited.
Then she send two bogus letters of reserve bank of india, with ordering to transfer the foreign currency of 5, 00, 000pounds converting into rupees of 4.3 crores.in my account and asked to sent currency conversion charges of 5, 10, 000/- i find that letter was a bogus one then i refused to send more money. Then that customs lady told to send rs.12, 800/- as refordable fees so that she will send the entire amount to my account within 24 hours. With the intention of getting the money i send this amount in the fourth account no. Ranjeet pnb current [protected] ifsc punb0995300, pan cgrpr7924k, new delhi branch. But the priginal place is taramanadal, shiddarth enclave, gorakhpur-273017 but after that no money was received and all the cell numbers mentioned above had been swiched off. But no money received till date. The important point is that these kinds of frauds are done in city like gorakhpur which is national political important place which should be dealt with iron hand to curtail such activities.

My yearly subscription has ended on 14th jan, 2018 but inspite of repeated requests to the local agent for renewing the services, there was no response from the same!
So i request a fair solution from your end as i am eager to continue the yearly scheme for the daily toi edition. Please do suggest me a alternative way to renew my yearly subscription. I am also ready to make online payments if necessary.

Coupon was book done 30/12/2016 byd cheq no 117955 date 30/12/2016 fev m/s bennet and coleman company ltd. It was cash on 12/01/2017 from allahabad bank. But till date coupon was not received by me.
Kindly look into and take nesseceri action.
