The vendor in our area is arrogant n clearity is never given. Can i not talk to somebody direct. Mail me seq. I live in South City 2, Block A, Second floor. The distributor here doesn't provide the newspaper atleast for 10 days in a month. Its very annoying. He doesn't even pick up the calls. Is there any solution to it. Sometimes he throws wrongly at balcony, sometimes he dsnt deliver at all.
