Times Of India — non receipt of new paper after subscription | |||
Dear sir, I have subscribed the times of india news paper and gave cheque of rs. 631/- (Cheque no.-199825 of pnb) on[protected]. To mr. Ram prakash yadav mob no.[protected]. I was assured that the coupon for the news paper will be delivered to in in two week and paper will be started from 01 of march 2019. However neither the coupon have come to me, nor the news paper started. On calling to mr. Ram prakash, he is making excuses and telling that it will be started from 5th which is also not sure, later mr. Vikram from times of india office called and misbehaved. May i request you to resolve the matter urgently and ensure that the news paper reaches to me at the earliest on regular basis.
