I renewed my subscription, paid by cheque (Chq. No: 18429 on axis bank, inr 579/-, chq no: 18430 of inr 20/- and paid cash inr 50 to the executive as he said to pay on july. On 14th august, 2017, the cheques were debited. Till date i have not received my coupons. Every month i am paying by cash to my news paper vendor. I called up several times to toi office, kolkata. Now a days, nobody is there to answer my call. When i called them up, they said, the coupons will reach shortly. Twice i received call from toi office, kolkata asking whether i have received my coupon. When i said i have not received, it was said that i shall receive shortly. But till date nothing has come. Times of India is not available at karaikal ammaiar koil tank near permal koil. This is a walking place for karaikal people.All papers are available except times of India. Take immediate step to get the paper.

I am resident of 32/56 IInd floor, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi and I have paid advance subscription to the authorized person of the TOI in the month of October, 2017 and cheque bearing an amount of Rs. 795/- drawn in favour of TOI was debited in my SBI Savings A/c No. 16.11.2017 and till date I am waiting for the Coupons.
