I have done payment and amount is debited for udemy course on 13th June 2020 by internet banking (SBI)

Amount debited Rs. 399 /- + Rs. 399/- (Two times)

I have received the information from State Bank of India regarding the details of the payment done.

But I have not received requisite Udemy course. Bank reference is [protected] - Rs. 399/- Times of Money Limited Completed Successfullybr...

I had purchased pubg rename card where my amount of rupees 249 has been deducted from my SBI account and didn't get rename card as it showed me ur order has been cancelled where as my money is deducted....

Why i purchased the amount of two hundred that is one lakh coins
And 25 rupees
That is deducted from my account i don't get coins why
Refund my money...

I recharged pubg uc 799 rs through sbi online baking debited my amount but still i dont got uc amount in pubg. I want to refund my amount. Money transfer to inb times of money limited. My bank statement shown transfer to[protected] inb times of money limited - [protected] igaixuzmx3. Ref. No: igaixuzmx3 i typed and also i attached my screen shots. Please refund my money and take action as soon as possible...

My transaction id is [protected]. Check and refund the amount deducted....
