i purchased uc from my account bt didn't received

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 18july at 11:22
Pm via internet banking. Costing rs.759 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

I haven't received my purchase item

I have purchased 600 UC (unknown cash) from am online game PUBG, which is worth of 799INR on 16 July 2020, and i haven't received my UC although waiting for 24 hours. So, please review and resolve this issue or i want a refund from the company. I have also attached a screen shot of my net banking statement of my purchase....
