I had try to purchase UC cash in pubg mobile on 14th July internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

from my account same money had been deducted but no UC cash was credited.then i was searched from my sbi netbanking.it was shown that the money was credited to times of money limited.

i was not able to reach the Customer care
please refund my amount or give the UC cash.its my savings money.

      My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
      Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

              I tried to by royal pass from pubg so i dont have an paytm account so i added my credit card number and proceed further my money was deducted from my account but i didn't get the uc l.

                    I used my state bank account to purchase 600 uc in pubg using my sbi netbanking account from my mobile. The amount got deducted from the bank account but i didn't receive any in-game cash or any message related to this. I didn't receive any mail thought my gmail account. I have zero information regarding this transfer. My google play store activity shows no recent purchases. I expect a refund or the 600 uc that i purchased in the game.

                                      I had been purchasing in-game packages and had no issues before, however the last two purchased made did not get the packages paid on.
                                      [protected], payment made no result.
                                      (Thought purchased made will be refunded or will get the packages, in 24 hrs but no)

                                      (Problem persist amount debited without getting any results)

                                      * i want the money refunded for 11th and 12th
