The order was placed on 19th june 12 & its almost 2 months that i had not received the order. I 'm calling the customer care daily & it’s terrible talking with them. The response given by the customer care representative is that the complaint has been escalated & backend department will follow up. But the backend deppt. Is making fool of the customers. They are neither following up nor coordinating with the customer. I don't know how this site has been rated no. 01 for user experience as my experience is really bad & getting worst day by day. It should be rated no. 01 for bad user experience.

Kindly help in getting my order delivered as early as possible.

I have ordered mobile through Timtara website. it's been more than a month but timtara did not turned up. i was charged 16,000 .i did not know that timtara is fake website. I am requesting you to kindly suggest me on this. I am ready to come to court also. i need some help from you in this regard.

Hi,

I have ordered HTC One X on July 30th 2012, Order ID: 10286398 at Timtara.com. Till Today i have not received my product. Even after my repeated requests over mail and call, they are not even cancelling my order and arranging for refund.

I have made the payment of 32000.00 through credit card. I suggest people to not to make any transaction on the said website as I am feeling this could be a fake shopping portal.

If someone knows how to proceed legally on this, pls suggest.

I have made so many online purchases with TRADUS, EBAY etc which are genuine. Sometime past in[protected] I ordered for citizen blood pressure monitor with TIMTARA. They did not send the product as well they did not refunded my money back till now 8-8-2012. I have made that many calls to TIMTARA, but nothing happend. So hereby this forum I am warning my fellow citizens as not to do any shopping with TIMTARA. I hope to lodge a police complain against them.

I am in fear of loosing my money and this have caused severe mental disturbance to me. Kindly provide solution of my complaint

They promised to deliver the product within 3 weeks, however till date i.e. 03/08/2012 my product hasn't been delivered to me and at their website the status of the same is marked as AWAITING SHIPMENT. When I tried to get in touch with them through mail and telephone I wasn't answered satisfactorily and when I asked the attendant to byepass my call to his supervisor he answered in negative. I am in fear of my money being mishandled and the case have caused severe mental disturbance to me. Kindly provide redressal of my complaint with compensation if any.

Timtara has been pathetic in its response for my refund of payments made for a product which was not delivered to me within a stipulated time. There has been no response from them reagrding when i will get my money back inspite of calling them every day since last 40 days. please be aware prospective buyers, dont use this cheat organization. The founder is a senoir ex-executive of Videocon but he is using this online platform to dupe customers of their money. Shame on him.

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my friend Ravi Malik who placed an Order # 10271848 of Rs 13600 /- on 14th June 2012 for Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.4D Lens from www.timtara.com

He was promised that the product would be dlivered within 15-20 working days but its been almost 2 months and the status of this product is still showing as - 'Awaiting Shipment' on Timtara's website. The product has not been delivered yet and everytime when we make a call to Timtara's Customer care , they talk very rudely and does not provide us a solid date for the delivery of the product.
We wrote numerous e-mails to those guys but of no use.
We are feeling cheated as we did not get what we were promised and our hard earned money is at stake.

Kindly treat this on utmost priority and help us to resolve this ASAP.

I ordered a product worth Rs 2700 at timtara.com almost a month ago and I still havnt received it yet. I've already paid for this, which was probably a mistake. After repeated calls, customer service still don't have a clue what's going on and their standard response is to tell me a senior manager will call back, which as you guessed it never calls.

I had placed an order no 10281238 for 1 x sony cybershot dsc-w610 14mp digital camera (Silver) on timtara.com dt 30 june 2012. I cancelled that order on 2nd july 2012 and since 4th july its status is coming payment refund pending on timtara portel.

Timtara should have refunded me my amount ie 5300 in 7 working days but even after so many days being over, they r not refunding my amount.

Its a big online fraud and scam.

Refund my money asap or else will go to police, media and also indian govt against cheaters.

This is a case of cheating and harassment of innocent customers!!

I call timtara customer executives daily and also sent them many emails but they never respond!!

Please help me in getting refund from these cheaters!!

I ordered a Sony camcorder with order no. 10289422 on 15th July, and then next day, i asked them to cancel the order as i have selected
another product. After frequent follow up and call the status of order has changed to "Payment refund Pending" on 19th July, 2012.
But even if i am calling i am not getting proper response from them that when i will receive payment. It is maintained in the website that
i should get my refund in maximum 7 days. But this time line also crossed 3 days earlier. A complain # 31866 is registered related to the same order; I have not received any reply, any email any call from Timtara even after frequent follow up.

No listener of customer pain.

I had ordered on this site on the 16/07/2012 for a Samsung Galaxy S2-I9100. I paid for the amount in advance of Rs.24400.00.
Even after 10 days my product has not been dispatched. When I searched about this e-commerce site they seem to be doing this to a lot of customers. When I contact their customer care center for cancelling my order they disconnect the phone without any response and this has happened quite a few times.Any number of mails to the persons mentioned in the site, there is no response. Kindly help me in getting the product or the amount. Further more I request everybody to never buy from this site as they have one of the worst response center and their attitude towards people is very bad.
