Dear Sir / Madam,

I placed one order (Order #10259504 dated 22-May-2012) on Timtara.com. The order was for Milagrow TabTop MGPT02-8GB Tablet(Pink) and I paid Rs. 8490/- for this through netbanking (Bank - State Bank of India, Hadapsar Branch, Transaction Reference[protected]IGA7774875 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA A/ Dated 22-May-2012). Since then I am regularly contacting timtara team to check the order / refund status. I raised so many complains and I didn’t get answer to even single complain. I called 15-20 times to trace it and every time I was told that they are initiating the action and I will receive e-mail about it. But neither any action was initiated nor I received any e-mail or any type o[censored]pdate. Each time I call their customer care, I felt that they even don’t know what happened after my last call and customer care representative promising to initiate the action freshly. Due to all this, I decided to cancel the order. I sent many e-mails, made phone calls raised complains. But same story continued again. Every time I made I call, I was told that they are freshly initiating the cancellation request.

Suddenly one day I checked the status of my order on internet, and it was changed to “Payment refund pending”. I was relived a bit. But after 45 days from the status change also, I have still not received the refund. Again I made calls, raised complains, but same story…………….

I am a regular buyer from other online sites. But I never faced any such issue. This is my worst experience. I am very much frustrated with Timtara.com. They are very un-professional and un-coperative people and doesn't care about their customer problems.

Please help me in getting my money back.

I purchased an i-ball floater on 15 june 2012 on timtara.Com order no 10272356
making a payment through State bank of india cheque , the transaction no 10120557.
The payment was shown waiting from timtara so we sended the cheque details to them that we have made the payment and then they made reorder of the phone on 5th july 2012.And told that they will be delivered to me in 15-20 working days, however I didn't receive my product. Despite calling them a number of times , speaking to their customer care representatives , but I have not received it, now when on calling them again the acknowledged that they have received a number of complaints from me but without giving a proper answer they make excuses. And there is no email from regarding my complaint, timtara appears to be a fraud website, luring customers by advertising big discounts/ Gift coupons , charging full payment from them and then not delivering the product.

I ordered a Samsung C460 5.1 Channel DVD Player With USB Function(C460)
on 07-05-12 on timtara.com ecommerce website and made payment through Net Banking via ICICI Bank.

Anyways I decided to cancel the order and mailed them on 14-06-12 to [protected]@timtara.com and also raised a complaint "21776" on wesbite for tracking.

However the website is not ready to refung my money. I call them 10-20 times a month but they do not right reply.

The response to email is also very slow and not as per their policies. They usually respond after 2-3 days and even after that they put unreasonable mails like

"Update them the reason for cancellation"

"We can provide exchange"

"Your order is in process"

And now whenever I call and tell my complaint number the lady disconnects the phone immediately. timtara is an online fraud website and are taking orders by providing lucrative discounts. PLEASE GET MY MONEY BACK FROM SUCH FRAUDULENCE.



The terms and conditions say "I[censored]nfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within the above shipment time. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within the shortest possible time.

I ordered for the above product on Timtara on 16.06.2012. The website promises to deliver the product within 15 days. I am still waiting for the product to be delivered. I have called the call center 4 times and have been assured that the product will be delivered within 3 days on the first occasions and within this week as of today. Prior to that, I have raised complaint # 29920 dtd 02.07.2012 on their website. Received a response stating that the product would be delivered within 7-8 working days on 03.07.2012. There after, I have made 5 other attempts to get a response through the above ticket no. But have no success to date (Screen Shots Attached).

To add insult to injury the call center representatives are extremely rude. When asked for a supervisor, they response is " They do not speak to customers". On a lot of insistence, if they do agree to transfer the call, it would get disconnected/ be disconnected within a minute after being placed on hold.

Neither the call center nor the website has the number for the corporate office. A back office number was given - [protected]. But this number seems to be switched off eternally.

Further, the web site still shows this product as available with the commitment of delivering it within 10-15 days... How can the company deliver today within 10-15 days a product while it can't meet the scheduled delivery dates of products ordered and pending delivery for over a month? The web site is displaying false information and in turn misinforming their customers.

I have also written to Mr. A Bose on 16.07.2012. But no response on that front too.

Timtara does provide the best discounts.. But I think collecting the money upfront and not delivering the product for more than a month is a business model to make use of the consumers funds. I just wish I had gone though these complaints earlier and not committed this mistake.

Request this forum to look into this matter sternly and have Timtara toe the line and not take customers for a ride. Also prevent them from displaying false information on their site.

I had purchased above said product from timtara.Com and have not received the product yet. Whenever I call their customer care they say we are sending your complaint to back end office and nothing happens afterwards. I had sent mail to refund my money but there is no response to my email. Neither they are sending product to me nor do they intend to refund.

Beware of purchasing any product on Timtara.com. Its a Fake website provinding great discounts to Customer But once you place your order,you will never get the product nor your Money

I had place order for 2 mobile (Motorola Defy XT, Nokia C1-01) @ 27 June 2012 09:48:12 and at that time timtara.com committed to deliver with in 10 - 15 days.
After order they commit to deliver product in 3 week (21 day). Now 3 weeks has been completed and they are not yet dispatch the product yet.
Whenever I call to your customer care they always told me, after completion of 3 weeks they will take any complain before that no complain will be entertained and on mail no body reply me on time and nobody give the satisfactory answer....

Based on their one email Request after 15 Working days I Understand That I Need to Waite for 7 more working days this is already 34 Days over Still Product is not Delivered,

Though I communicate several times Through E-Mails / SMS Phone Requests / Customer Support Phone calls, No E-mail replies / No SMS Reply Details about the delivery schedules / Irresponsible Phone Call reply’s from the Customer Support I faced

Then I submitted my online Complaint to legal Consumer forms (around 7 Sites )

(31st. Day Excluding Sat & Sunday) Finally I opened the Parcel Then I understand I have received wrong Product,

Finally I decided to Complaint once again on the timtara.com staff Irresponsibility & Irrespective of Product Delivery,

A) If you Place an Order you need to Prepare for minimum 20 +days (sat & Sunday they will not conceder)
B) Though 15 Working days over the may ask you 5-7 Working days after that also ask you 3-4 Working days
It depends on their conditions Only (they least bother your conditions)

C) Please don't expect any reply’s / communications from the Staff of timtara during above your Order Period by E-mails ([protected]@timtara.com / [protected]@timtara.com / [protected]@timtara.com / [protected]@timtara.com)

D) with this kind of Nonsense If you Complaint through Consumer forms Some time they may, may not reply also,
Even they Reply you by Simple E-Mail they will Still Expect more time to delivery your Product,
Saying that product out of Stock or Hugh Demand, I you don’t Waite then we will refund the Money, Witch is Again 2 to 5 Weeks Time taking thing

E) Some time they may delivery the Product witch is readily / cheaply available in the market They least bother What customer actually Ordered for

F) by the time the Product reaches your Place
You louse almost everything of your Interest of buying new Product / your Valuable Time lose /you may un happy of receiving Wrong Product

It have been almost 6 weeks since we have placed the order. However, we have neither received the goods nor any concrete reply from them informing us about the item delivery dates. Inspite of 6-8 emails reminders and 4-5 phone calls, they haven't responded. They don't reply back to emails and everytime when I call they tell me that someone from backoffice will get back to you. But no one has ever contacted us yet !!

I am Dillip das from Berhampur [Orissa]. I have ordered a Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman phone on dated[protected]. My order id is 10272410. When i am booking this phone the delivery time was 10 to 15 working days. After 15 days when i call to the customer care and ask them why you are not dispatched my product they will tell me on your product we take a time for 3 weeks which means 21 working days. Then after i will wait till 21 working days but till now 28 working days are over but my product was not dispatched. Then after i will mail to the company but they did not response. The customer care was not give me a proper reason and they didn't response properly.
So i think is a big fraud and cheater company. They are unable to send product or unable to send money back. So i request you to please solve my problem immediately.

I've ordered a Fastrack Essentials Men Watch 1161SM02 from timtara on March 29th for Rs.1384 (MRP. Rs. 1888 and I've applied a popular coupon)... I was supposed to get the item delivered in about 2 weeks as promised... When I've not received the item after even a month and a half (status - "Awaiting Shipment"), I've decided to call the Customer Support. They promptly acknowledged my mistake and said they'd take care of the order. A week later, there was no progress and I called them again informed that I'm calling for the second time or so... They promptly acknowledged the mistake again and told me that due to unavailability of the said item, they'd refund my money... I had to accept the offer... The status of the order then changed to "Payment Refund Pending" and it stays that way even now... Meanwhile I've called them twice and got the reply that they'd immediately release the refund but I've got none...

It has been around 4 months since I've ordered and all I got is my money with some inefficient shopping portal who couldn't deliver neither refund money... I do a lot of online shopping and this is the only bitter experience I had till date...

Timtara, please do refund my money...
