I have ordered bsnl penta tab form timtara on 7th june 2012

after successful payment I got confirmation mail, which written product deliver within 15-20days,
after that I have called lots of time to customer care, they always said they requesting to senior for the delivery. I also mailed lots of time but not get any reply for my mail.
Now given time period is over .but Its showing awaiting shipment.
Customer care told me product will reach to your door within 15-20 days, but I checked product is not shipped yet.
they told me for the 2nd july 2012 product will reach to my home ,but product not shipped yet and now they told product will reach to me within 5th july , when i again called they told me product will reach to me 7th july . every time they are increasing delivery date...
please help me.........
i want my product in well condition or my money refund with interest

I hope this complaint will see some light..as i am one of the victims who fell a prey to the biggest online looter company,Timtara..They have only a virtual existence..My 2000rs vapourised..I had contacted them multiple times..mailed their head..even the CC Avenues,their payment gateway..no use..Hoping for an early redressal of this grievous issue..Please find the atttached pics stating the details of my purchase..and the customer care wing's reply..

I am request you to please do some needful for retrieve my money from timtara.com.
My case as fallow :
I am making a payment through credit card of amount Rs. 16,300/- for purchasing a "IFB - 6.0 Kg ELENA VX Front Load Washing Machine" from the timtara.com with my id of [protected]@gmail.com. on 28/3/2012 and I was update my order with extra amount paid through net banking transfer through ICICIbank of amount Rs.2450/- on 31/3/2012 for IFB ELENA SX 6KG Washing Machine .
my order for IFB ELENA SX 6KG Washing Machine with order no. 10227752 dt.31/03/2012.

After two week I revived a phone call from the timtara.com in first week of april 2012 that my order 10227752 was cancelled and we will back your payment. Since April2012 i make so many call on timtara coustmar care number and mail for my payment refund or sending wahsing machine but they every time your payment will refund in 4 working days. But till today my payment was not refund from timtara.

Dear sir/ madam please take necessary action and aware to other people from timtara.com.

My Name is Amit Mittal, I purchased one HP Notebook HP 430 (Ci3 with HD Bright View) Laptop , from Timtara.Com ( Online E-Market Store).

My Purchase Order Number is : 10261444
Order Date : 26- May-2012.

At the time of purchase, I received on invoice mentioned my product , amount ,sucessful payment and delivery of time ( 15-20 Days working days).

On May 28, I got the mail that "Your Product is Ready for the Shipment" and in the website the Porduct status shows "Awaiting Shippment"

But the specified delivery time already over and till now my product is not delivered. When I tried to contact the Customer Care they told me that product will be delivered soon.

I am a bit worried about my transaction now as none of the customer care executive was able to answer my queries properly.

On[protected], I ordered a toaster of Rs.2361(MRP 3000) . After numerous reminders received on [protected], a different lower value toaster of Rs. 1395 (MRP). Complaint number given to me is 2361. I need them to take back their wrong product and either give me the product i ordered or give back my money 2361. Please help. Order number is 10149815.

Numerous emails and phone calls to them have not been answered. 6 months now. Thiefs.

I have booked a digital camera of sony cyber shot dsc w 610 (green) dated 23/05/2012, against order no:10260054, worth rs 5150, with timtara.Com, payment through HDFC CREDIT card. On website they have mentioned delivery within 15 to 20 days, but now its more than 4 weeks duration still I have not get the product, even after several e mail I am not getting any response from their customer care team

I have ordered on line Microwave oven (IFB 20PG3S Microwave) worth rupee 5099 from timtara.com , order number 10213396 on 12th March 2012. after one month when the product not delivered , we call to timtara they said product is out of stock we will refund the money.
But still after two months I did not get my money back from timtara. pls help me to get my money back.

I had ordered a mobile with full advance payment made to Timtara.com with order no 10258156 on 19th May 2012, the listing said delivery time 10-15 days. But even after 30 days the company does not respond to my mails, help desk[protected] is so helpless it can not connect you to a senior for the resolution of your issue. Also they do not bother to contact you despite a commitment to arrange a call-back from a senior. I wrote a letter to chief customer officer at [protected]@timtara.com which in auto-reply suggested to write to help desk web-form. On submitting my detail on that web form it said "the complaint is already registered".

I would like to inform my friends and my country men to be careful while making orders on this website as they are highly unreliable, non transparent and a company with non professional approach. IT's YOUR MONEY, BUYER BE-AWARE.

I had placed an order for a Television from timtara.com on 22nd may 2012. I got a mail from timtara on 25th May saying that the product is ready and awaiting shipment.
Later when i called timtara I was informed that the shipment will be reaching me within 15-20 working days.
When i later contacted timtara customer care, I was assured that the product will be put on a fast track and shipped immediately. when i didnt get any shipping information for another week i contacted the timtara customer care. They assured that they do not have information regarding the delay and it was assured that I will be getting a call back from the supervisor with the relevant details.
I didnt get any call back or any mail from timtara regarding any of the details.
Later i spoke to Mr. Prateek at timtara custmoer care who told me that a mail witht he shipping details will be sent in an hour.I didnt get any mail. When i later called timtara customer care I spoke to Mr. Wasim. Mr. Wasim was not ready to forward the call to the supervisor or any one in the office saying that no one was available inspite of being unable to proivide any information himself.
All information he could give me was saying you should wait. He is not ready to provide me a call to the supervisor, or letting me talk to anyone else in the customer support.
No reason has been provided to me why the product is not been shipped as it is internal information.

A complaint id 34840 has been registered but no action is being taken by the timtara team.
Please look into the issue.

I am just elaborating entire incidence happened during my online purchase through TIMTARA.COM.
1. I purchased one Panasonic LCD Model No THL32X24D on dated 29th March 2012. LCD was delivered by Blue Dart service ON 25TH April.
I got the confirmation from company about the same with payment acknowledgement. Unfortunately Timtara.com, the ecommerce site deliberately sent different model no. THL-32X22D without informing me while they have mentioned same model no. THL-32x24D in bill which clearly shows a case of 420 and cheating the customer. Now they are not ready to listen anything.

2. Another case is regarding delay in delivery of purchased product through same site, timtara.com. As per the delivery terms and condition, Shipment has to be delivered within 10-15 days of purchase. I have still not received below mentioned product after no of follow up and reminder.
