I had ordered one Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 Mobile Phone on 30 th May, 2012. Full payment was done by credit card. Even after 45 days they neither shipped the product nor they give my refund. .I had called repeated times to their customer care . They are always telling the same thing that the product will be delivered very soon. Please take immediate steps for this fraud sites.

I placed on 5th june at timtara.Com it's already 39 days passed after placing my order. I needed to present this camera for my close friends birthday, so I ordered here but the birthday date is already passed. I requested to send the item several times through phone[protected] i called more than 50 times) and email ([protected]@timtara.com) & to provide me the shipping details, but till date no one has answered me or sent me the item. Sir its a long time I waited.

I asked them if not this possible to ship then cancel my order and refund the amount which is 14,155/- this is also not done. Sir understand my condition this is my first time I ordered anything on timtara.Com

I am a disabled person (spinal cord injury) and not in a condition to work. this money is from my father & he is shouting at me now. 4 days back a female representative called me ans said i will get the refund within 48 hours, but till not got her number is [protected].


I request you to please refund me as this money is from a bedridden person will not became use for them

Hi,
I placed the order # 10275694 for HTC One V Mobile on 22nd June 2012 and after that till now these people are not even delivering the order nor refunding my payment. Even not responding to my queries.
Initially they told me that it will take 8-10 days to deliver, then they further told over the phone that it will take 10-15 days to deliver.
Till now i sent them the mail to refund and also registered online complaining tickets but they did not bother to response.

Dont't u have any fix days to deliver, as when i placed the order it was mentioned on website to deliver 8-10 Days. After that when i spoke to the customer care they told me to deliver by 13th of the July as 10-15 days to deliver. Now you are informing about 15-20 working days. Such a indefinite and stretching delivery time. I have contacted the customer care the executive replied that amount has been refund and when i asked her for the transaction ID of transfer she said senior management will be view the issue and i also mail on [protected]@timtara.com regarding this issue but did not get any reply from both side.
I even try to contact their payment gateway partner payu.in regarding this issue they are also not helping out. Timtara.com have committed many frauds in past also there several people who are been cheated by them on regular bases.

And till 4 July , 2012 I placed three complained on timtara website for non- delivery .from the 23 june website shows that my order is ready for shipment but on 5th july I got a call from Mr. RAJA from [protected] and he said that we are sorry to serve you that modal which are select by me and he mail me another modal and also give me assurance on mail that another modal is delivered to me till 6th july ,
On 6th july Mr. Raja again assured me to delivered the same on time.
I try more then 50 times to confirm the timing but he didn’t pick phone and also not answer mails.
On 7th I again mail him for confirmation but he didn’t reply me.
According to my experience and information gathered after searching about the company I found that ,this company is a fraud company and want to misuse the customer money ,or cheated the customer
Co. played with the emotion of customer ,and make fool of the customer ,you can check all conversation in trail mail.
Actually I leave out side and I want this refrigerator for my ill father ,daily I gave assurance to father because you know what type of summer in gurgaon .
And I order this after reading the comment which is present on TimTara website that shows customer got there ordered in 3 to 4 days.
Timtara customer care are totally zero, because they don’t want to help the customer ,I think timtara pay for their customer care for making people fool.
Now Please Help me and take a action against timtara.

Dear Sir,

On 14th April 2012 I placed an order on www.timtara.com for the Philips 5.1 Channel Speakers DSP75U product. The Order

No. is 10236908, dtd 14th April, 2012 for which Rs 4713/- were deducted from my bank account. As per agreed terms the item

should have been delivered to me in 10-15 days. Unfortunately, till today they have neither delivered this product, nor they have

refunded my money. I contacted them through phone[protected] and they are repeatedly saying that they need a couple

of days for the delivery. I have been waiting since then, yet no results. I believe they are just making a fool of people. They

appears a big fraud company. Please help me out and take strong actions against Timtara. Their head office is:
