Dear Sir,

I am mohd azhar samiuddin i placed one micromax x222 from timtara.com site.
My order number is 10255864. I placed my order on 14 may 2012 still I did not receive any shipment from timtara side. timtara executive said they do not have micromax x222. I already contacted them over the phone and E.Mail but the response which I received was unacceptable, Its so disgusting, They already deducted the amount from card. NOW I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

I was given a order as on 4th april 2012 through TIMTARA.COM for a Maxima Gents Steel watch-E-PAI-053(G) of price rs.599/-.
The order number is 10230368.
Order date- 4.04.2012.
But still its not yet deliver.After comunicating them throuhg there customer care service,there Comunicating on 15th May'12-"Your Payment has been realizeed in our account & your order # 10230368 Is in processe of shipment will update your AWB No.& Courier details at the earliest."

I booked a digital camera online with Timtara.com on 22nd March 2012 ,they promised to ship with in 7-10 working days .I did not get the product even after one month from booking date so I asked for refund by sending a mail to [protected]@timtara.com.They keep giving me dates for refund but never make the refund.

I had placed an order online for a product on www.timtara.com. Order# 10252224. Order was placed on the website on 08/May/2012, till date order shows pending shipment. Repeated calls and emails sent to their email: [protected]@timtara.com and telephone customer service proved no results.

Original email received shows that the order would be delivered in Delivery in 10-15 Working Days (which they later changed on their website to be 15-20 Working days ). Even after that they have still not delivered. Their customer service sucks as when you call them they say that they have forwarded the details to their backend team and i should get a call in the next 24-48 hrs, when i call them back (as obviously - their back end team has not contacted me or reverted to my email) they say its business hours. I have been struggling to get this resolved, to summarize "I'm super FRUSTRATED with my experience as a customer".

I have ordered a mobile phone-HTC Explorer Order Number[protected], on May 15th 2012. I received a mail from timtara saying that the money has been realized in their accounts on 16th of may. I also have raised a query regarding the delivery date on 18th of May to which their reply was that the product will be delivered in given time frame of 8 to 10 working days. Till date I have not received my product. I have called up the customer care four times till date (on 1st;4th; 5th and 8th of June). I was told that I would be getting a call from the senior member within 24 hrs during my first two phone calls. During my 3rd call on 5th of June, I was told that now that the promised delivery tenure of the 15 days is over, they would now raise a complaint and I would be getting a mail from timtara detailing the particulars of the date of dispatch of the product and the expected delivery date in 24 hours and the mail I get from timtara says "Thanks for shopping with us. Hope your experience was enjoyable!".
I called them up again on 8th of June and again the same story saying that one of the senior official will be contacting me in the next 24 hours.

Despite continuous calls and mails, there is minimal response from the timtara website.

I have purchased Whirlpool Chrome III 1.0 Ton ( 3 Star) Split Air Conditioner (Silver) on dated 02.05.2012 from Timtara.com a online shopping website which is operated by InfoSecure Consulting Pvt Ltd, B-26, Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida-201301, vide transaction id no. 10110560 which is confirm vide order no. 10249182. I have paid Rs. 21149/-(Twenty One Thousand One Hundred Forty Nine) through net banking. They assured me to delivered the said item within 10-15 days means my order should be delivered before 19.05.2012. Then i have made a call daily at their customer care no. [protected] but i have not received any response every time they said your order will be dispatched by today or tomorrow. Then i request to give me in writing and on dated 23.05.2012 i hv received message from [protected]@timtara.com regarding confirmation of my order and assured me that the product(s) is shipped in 5 - 6working days. But on dated 26.05.2012 when i checked my order status its mentioned that this order is marked as Payment refund pending. Then i make a call to customer care, they informed me that the product is out of stock and amount will be refunded in your account within a week time while doing this they did not infrom me. Till date i have not received my amount i am still continuously talking with customer but they did not give me any response every time they said just wait your amount will be refunded but i think it is just wasting my money and time with mental agony. You are requested please do the need full to me and other people’s like me.

After my payment i went through the order tracking everyday in their website(www.timtara.com).My payment was confirmed soon and it was updated that my order is waiting for shipment(on 9/5/2012).I was happy on seeing that update in my order tracking.But after that update there was no further updates from www.timtara.com regarding my order tracking.The last date of DELIVERY of my product was said to be 6th JULY 2012.I waited till JULY but still my order status was found to be shipment awaited.So i decided to call[protected]www.timtara.com) and ask for a solution.When i explained them about this issue they opened a support ticket regarding my issue(35564,25564,36288) but their response was not good.When i asked them to cancel the order they told that "we are not authorised to do that & we are not responsible for it".They also asked me to initiate a REFUND REQUEST which would be processed in 24 hours.Their response was really very poor regarding my issue.When i asked for the responsible person they disconnected my call .I dont know why these people are behaving so cheap.Now it has been more than 2 months (may 8th-july 7th) but still they(www.timtara) are neither ready to send my product nor give my refund.Kindly take necessary steps regarding this issue and help me to get back my refund

hello sir/mam,

i had ordered a external hard disk of Western Digital of 1 TB storage capacity (product code[protected] on 9th January, 2012. But i didn't get my product. When i asked them, i got a reply that they are unable to supply the product as they have the product out of stock. So, i canceled the product and requested to refund my money back to my account. But till now they are replying that we are extremely sorry for what happened and there may be some problem for which you have to wait for some more days. i am completely exhausted as it is going to complete 6 months. please help me regarding this and take a strong action against this online shopping site.

i had ordered a Toshiba 32'' HD LCD TV 32PB21(32PB21) on 3rd may 2012.order number is 10249888.and paid Rs. 18,490.

Till now neither my product has been delivered nor refunded.
i have mailed several time to their CEO also at [protected]@infosecure.co.in & [protected]@timtara.com but no response.

please take action and resolve the issue

My order no. Is 10256776 which was placed on 16.05.2012. I was given a delivery period of 10 to 15 working days. But till the date item is not shipped nor delivered. Their customer care is not responding very well i had contacted them atleast for 10 times but i never got satisfactory answer from them. I never got a call back from them.

I have placed an order# 10208964 dated 6-MAR-12 on
timtara.Com for Sony Camera. I have paid the money
online through my credit card and as per the confirmation message the product has to be delivered in 8-10 working days. But till now timtara
has not delivered the material.

i have asked to cancel my order on 26th APRIL 2012 and got a confirmation mail of cancellation on 30th APRIL 2012 from TIMTARA saying will refund Money back in 8-10 working days.
But I haven't received till now(6-June-2012), almost 1+ month..
I have called the customer care about this, but Their customer care executives rarely pick up the phone and when they do, they provide
information. Several times I have requested (written) them to refund my money but they are least bothered.

These customer care fellows just raise a compliant. The No.of times I called they just raised the new complaint, but never updated me regarding the previous complaint.

i have made a purchase of 4 x 8gb hp pendrive on 8th of april on timtara.com. i paid the amount by net banking after 2- 3 days they called me and asked me change my order because hp pen drive was unavailable. so i agreed and said them to send a new order of 8 x 4gb sandisk pendrive.
but till now after that the order status is still awaiting shipment. and between these two months i have called them about 50 times but there is no response. then on 19th of may isaid them to cancel my order. they said me to send a mail to cancel the order. they didn't replied. again i called them they again says me to send a mail. and always says '' just keep patience''. please tell them cancel my order and refund my money. or tell me a way how to get money from them. i have spent about rs 200 in calling them. but they never give a response. it's the worst shopping site. how do they that they are no. 1 shopping site. yhis site should be closed.

I think , I did a mistake by ordering product on timtara.com, I should have seen this site well before. I had ordered a mobile on timitara.com on 29-May-2012 and paid through net banking. after 4 days I had received a mail saying money got transferred to their account and product ready for shipment but even after that it wasn't happened. When I called them now (6-Jun-12), they are saying the stipulated time for shipping is 15-20 working days. isn't ridiculous in present days of shipping? 15-20 working days means almost a calendar month. This is utterly nonsense and I can't cancel my order now. Need to curse dataquest for giving the timtara as no one site for user experience, did this means no .1 in worst experience? and coming to my order I need to wait till this 20 days to pass and will update once again.

I have placed an order through Debit Card on this shopping site TIMTARA.COM for a LAVA S12 Mobile phone my order number is[protected] ,it was placed on 9th may 2012 but even after the stipulated delivery period, my items have still not been dispatched by them. NOR THE MONEY REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.NOW THEY HAVE STOP RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. Please Help

Sir; i have book one product on timtara.com (order ID 10218642 for 1 x Prestige Oven, Toaster & Grill - POTG 19 PCR of Rs. 2,999) on [protected] .the product was not supplied by the timtara.com for long time. afterwards their representative told that the product is not in stock and your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded with in 10 days. and order status changed to Payment refund pending . after that i have purchased the product from the local market. but more than 45 day passed still the refund is not received by me.

Looking at all the complaints on various website Timtara.com is a fraud company & is still online looking for more victims. I too am a victim. I purchased a HCL Game on 21st April 2012 order# 10240730 and did not recieve any delivery or refund till date after repeatedly calling them. They do not reply properly & I have lost my money. Would be lodging a police complaint. It is high time concerned authorities try & shut down this online fraud company website.

I have paid the amount for seagate Expansion 2.5 external HDD on[protected] @ 5:57 PM. After 1 month also i haven't received the product. I complainted the timtara customer care and finaly cancelled the order. But timtara is not cancelling my oerder I am requesting the customer care agaian and agaian they are asking me to wait 24 working days everytime. This is rediculous. How I will get my money back. Please help.

I have ordered a Laptop Battery with www.timtara.com on 29/04/2012 with the promised delivery date of within 10 - 15 working days and even after that, they didn't inform the status, except Awaiting shipment. I have contacted their tele helpline for more than 15 times, some one will pick and say, that they will call within 24 working hours and no one will call. As attached, I have written as complaint from my login, no one will respond. After I wrote over mail, someone called me and said after 1 month, they were not able to supply and will refund. Still I didn't get my refund. Almost 35 days crossed. Very poor Customer Service. This happens to me second time and I have kept a small item as third order to show that, this website is dangerous and how dataquest has rated no.1. Kindly get my refund and MAKE THE CONSUMER AWARE OF THIS PORTAL.

I have purchased a mobile and a mixer from timtara.com on 25th march 2012. I did not received the product after 1 month and when I logged in to see the status of my order, it displayed that my order is cancelled and payment refund pending although I never cancelled my order. Now it's more than 1 month and the status of my order still shows payment refund pending. I spoke to their customer care but no luck, they keep on saying that your refund will be processed in 8 to 10 days.
