Tanishq not initiate my refund. I am really very worried and fed up of doing mails on daily basis for update but nothing useful... Every time when i call customer care they said your case now handling our corporate department.. I don't understand customer chasing daily and the same answer they have given.

Such a small issue should not dissolve the prestige that tanishq has. Please see if it is resolved else i have to publish my hardships on the follow-ups to the social media as well. That can hinder the company reputation as well.
