My titan.co.in order number is ec00412162. I canceled my order for high price.. I also reject my delivery when courier company out for delivery. Now the packed in rto lock. I contact ecom express they said your item reached back to its origin. But my refund still not initate me. Loudge a complain for this and give my refund its needed to me. Look into my issue and solve it.

    I am really disappointed with the fastrack services.

    I had raised a concern earlier, but they make us run around. Asking me to contact the contact center over the phone. The contact center asked me to contact the service center in mg road.

    When a company manufactures a product they should also have spare parts thats the quality of the product.

      My parents purchased it as a gift for me along with one earings before coming to sydney.. They came to sydney on saturday 3rd november and gifted me the bangle and earrings yesterday on dhanteras.. But after opening the bangle box and trying it for very first time i realised the bangle is broken from one end... Which is definitely not accepted from tanishq jewellery on tbe very first day.

      Now my parents are here for 4-5 months. But luckily my husband is travelling toindia for 2 weeks where he will need to go to chandigarh now for bringing this bangle along woth reciept to you to exchange/repair the piece. He will be kn chandigarh only for two days during his trip... So please if it will be taking any time to get it repaired theni would request you to change the piece with same design. Because he is visiting india for short notice in emergency for his dad's operation.

      Please provide me an email address to adress my concern toand a number where i can talk to manager and even send all the required pictures and details of this purchase.

        I have purchased one watch from titan showroom vadodara (Raopura) on dated 21.02.2016 model no nf9327km02a. This watch was not showing right time every three month. Three to four time watch given for repairing even when it was under warrantee yet giving repeated problem. Now i m fedup from this. After investing more then 6000inr i am not getting right product.           Because of this lapse on your part i have unwillfully defaulted payment. And the responsibility must be borne by you.
          I would like to know the date of the instalment of rs. 5000.00 paid through your app.
          I have furnished proof of payment to tanishq pondicherry but they are simply evasive in their replies.

There's no stock of glass and they say it will take one month to get the glass. That would maen, i have to give my watch to them for one month.               I had recently planned to purchase a diamond bangle from your new jewellery store opend in chandkheda, i was been mentally harassed, as the store manager madhuri’s attitude was not at all professional, i had to go to the store twice just for the billing due to their technical issues and after that she took the payment now and finalised the priority order bt after 5 days she called and again asked for some amount to be paid, and was not at all empethatic this attitude is just not right for customer service the customer has to go through so much of trouble just for the order, rubbish attitude, and i will never ever purchase from tanisq ever again, if this issue is not resolved

                Dear team titan,

                I himanshu parihar had purchased a titan watch worth rs. 6495 for my wife as on 26th aug, 18, from exclusive titan showroom at lg-67 mgf metropolis, mg road, gurugram. Within less than 1 month we observed the color of the watch is faded!!
                We complained same at the same showroom (Mg road). They collected the watch and provided us the receiving as below. They informed us that they will get back to us within 5-6 days with status of our complaint. Since than i am trying to get the progressive update about my watch and complaint by physically reaching thrice at the show-room and by doing multiple calls on the show-room's number i. E [protected] but got no proper/ satisfactory response, also the showroom workers are saying that they also don't know about the current status of our watch and have no idea of tentative time to give our watch back to us.

                Before this socking incident i personally have blind faith on a tata product, but this is a very disappointing and frustrating situation for me. Also i am feeling cheated now.

                  Dear Team

                  I have a Golden Harvest scheme in which I have invested in Gurgaon Gold Souk branch. The sales girl Ms Jyoti made numerous calls (atleast 50) when the scheme got matured this year and I went to buy on 14th Sep'18. When I went there Ms Jyoti was busy with some other customer and asked another sales person to attend to my requirement. The moment I sat down to look at things, he offered me to get the jewellery that I was wearing clean as they were having some free cleaning up camp. After he said so, I gave him my pair of earrings, one bangle and one ring. After almost 1.5 hrs, after when I got through with what I had to purchase, I got my stuff which he had taken to clean. I immediately saw that one of the diamonds from my earring was missing. I got this into their notice and they again took that earring away from me. After another 45 mins, they said that it is taking time to repair and we will get it delivered at your office. After 2-3 hrs, someone from their showroom came to deliver it. I didnt open it then thinking it is fine now. On 16th Sep I took it out to wear it but again that diamond fell down from the earring which means it was never repaired fully. I immediately messaged Ms Jyoti who said it to send it back to the showroom again for repair. I sent it back to their showroom after 2-3 days and since then it has been lying there and I have not been given correct feedback.

                  1) First I was told that we are sending it to our workshop where it be repaired

                  2) Then I was told that the earring has INVISIBLE SETTING because of which there workshop is unable to repair it and it has been sent to their Hosur workshop. She also said that your earring has loose settings. For which I replied that I have been wearing this for last so many years and how come only one earring has loose setting as the 2nd earring was fine.

                  3) Then I was told that even their Hosur Workshop is unable to repair it as they cant make or repair such Invisible setting earring (which I found very strange as the earing is very simple and biggest jewellery giant of India is unable to repair a simple earring).

                  4) Suddenly Ms Jyoti along with Mr Deepak (claiming to be the manager of Gold Souk branch) started enquiring about the bill of the earrings. I told them that I have got this from Dubai and I dont have the bill with me.

                  5) They still insisted on getting a copy of the bill. I confirmed to them that I dont have access to the bill for another 1.5 months as the bill is at my parent's place and they are currently out of station.

                  6) Once I confirmed this, Mr Deepak started asking about the price of the earrings, which sounded little strange. Till then everything was fine. I confirmed that the price was in the range of INR 60, 000-65, 000 and I have purchased it 8-10 years back.

                  7) After this Ms Jyoti started avoiding my calls and messages. Neither did any of them call to confirm the status or inform me when I called. Infact, for the last few days, Ms Jyoti is not evening taking my calls or responding to the messages.

                  8) I had no other option but to warn them that I will be taking a legal action if this issue does not get resolved.

                  9) Once Ms Jyti picked up the call but said she is not aware of the status. She promised to call back but she DIDN'T.

                  10) Today, I had send them warning messages as I was not receiving any revert from them that I will be reporting this to Police.

                  11) I have purchased these earrings with my hard earned money and it costed me INR 60, 000-65, 000 around 8-10 years back.

                  12) Till now they have been claiming that it is not repairable and their Hosur workshop has returned it back confirming this is not repairable.

                  13) After my warning message, I got a call from Ms Jyoti's no but Mr Deepak spoke( who says is the manage of the showroom) that their workshop has asked them to return the earring as they have found a vendor who can repair it. This is quite strange as the workshop which found it irreparable and returned it, has suddenly found a vendor who can repair it. I inquired howcome they have found a vendor who can repair it for which he very rudely replied he does not know about it.

                  14) On asking him, by when it will be repaired, he says he doesnt have any idea. When I insisted that he should send me a mail by marking his senior in copy, he said I cant send you confirmatory mail. On further insistence, he said he will be able to get the status by evening then he will see.

                  15) When I asked why Ms Jyoti is not responding to my calls. For which he said that she was busy handling customers. I infact told him that before she used to make 50 phone calls to invite us to redeem the scheme. But she can not pick up the call to solve customer's grievance. To which again he replied very rudely.

                  16) I also said that I will in any case put the complaint. For which he again replied that "you can complaint wherever you want to, I cant stop you" and again very rudely.

                  My problem is that instead of solving a customer's grievance, they are misbehaving, not replying. This is quite an aberration from Tata Group who believes in customer service at any cost. I have been investing in Tanishq's scheme for long and have been a regular customer of Tanishq Gold souk. I never expected such a behavior and treatment.

                  I request to please intervene and resolve my issue so that I am able to get my repaired earring soon. Also, I would request to please take suitable action against both these people as they have mis guided, mis behaved with me. I am afraid that either they have misplaced my earring or they may even change the diamonds of my earrings. Needless to say that I will never be going back to this showroom again and may not even have the courage to continue with Tanishq any more as both these people have made me loose confidence in Tanishq. I hope that with your suitable action in this case will make me rebuild the confidence.

                  Hello, titan showroom pimple saudagar, Pune. I have given my titan watch for battery change, n to my surprise they have charged 409₹. Here i hv attached photo of bill. Labor charges are too high to be considered for a 50₹ battery. Please respond to this issue and give us a quick update. Can we get refund?

                    I purchased a spectacle from Naktala Titan eye plus outlet one and half years back. Since 6 months some coating problems in both the glasses. Due to work pressure I failed to contact immediately and when visited to the retail shop it was told that the warranty is over and I have to pay 50% of the price of new glasses. I made complaints to customer care over phone and mail but of no solution. I use to wear spectacles since may years but never face coating problem earlier. I think Titan eye plus has the defective glasses that they use to sell.

                      Purchased titan edge watch model nf1044nl01 worth rs9995 from titan dealer popy pendulam alappuzha on 15082017 with much expectation. To my dismay the battery stopped and the strap started splitting in september2018. Given to the dealer on 21092018 and till now they informed that the battery is not supplied on their demand till date. This is not expected from a branded company like titan and to me as a customer who often buy watches from titan.
                      This is not the way to attend a customer. The service centre informed that the supply is from bglore and anything could be couriered in two days, this is serious lack of service from titan.

                        I had purchased 1 watch of titan raga on 5th oct'18 but really feeling very disappointed that within 1 hr it was disengaged from the metallic dial. I being the permanent customer of titan and using it's products from last 10 years and i never expected such worst quality products from titan. I want to replace the
                        Watch (Pics attached for your reference).

                        I had purchased this watch from lifestyle titan shop of inorbit mall in hyderabad. I have given them that watch but till now no updates from them. I even told them that i can ready to give you more money and can buy a reliable titan expensive good watch but still no update.                           Dear titan,
                          I have purchased ladies titan watch (2570kmd) from phenoix alambagh lucknow shop (Wot showroom) on 21st july-18.

                          Since 5th or 6th - august i am facing that time is getting slow, same was reported to mr. Danish and time was set by an mechanic available at store.

                          Again after 15 days facing same issue. Again visited the same show room and met with mr. Danish and commitment was given by them that "they will repair the watch and it will work fine but complete process will take 10 days."

                          So on his words i have submitted the watch and collected on 28th sep.
                          But again on 1-oct-18 same issue occurred again, and spoke with mr. Danish again he is suggesting me to travel to his showroom for serving of watch
                          Failed to understand the response from titan showroom manager and technician.” seems to be they making fool of customer and wasting customer time"
                          .
                          My request to titan is that please return my money and take back my defective watch. Cant run behind titan.

                            I bought a ring in feb, 2018 from one of the store in panipat. It’s been 6 months, i am wearing my engagement ring and i am very much disappointed with the product, i purchased from tanishq. The concern is that one of the diamond from the ring is removed. It is a rose gold ring, 3.10 gm with 30 cents diamond.
                            It is my enegagmen ring, and i am wearing it daily. I mean how is it possible, that within 6 months only, that a diamond is gone from ring, that means the diamond was already loose, not fitted properly, tanishq is a one the top and trustworthy brand, quality issue of a product from such brand is uncommonable.
                            Just to add here, one of my relative faced the same situation, with in 2 weeks of a purchase from panipat tanishq.
                            I need a justifiable answer and a process how the issue can be taken care of?
                            I don’t want to submit my ring for so many days since it is my wedding ring. Looking for a solution asap.

                              I have been in touch with mr rishi prakash in the okhla head office, he ha promised me to get a voucher issued in lieu of the watch, so i could use the same to purchase a fossil watch instead, paying any differential.
                              I was told to go to the mg mega mall store in gurgaon to get the same, was even made to speak to the south ex branch on a conference call, who affirmed the same to me.
                              I went to the store only to be told that the voucher issued was for someone else, very unethical behaviour from a brand like titan.
                              Hoping for someone senior to intervene and resolve my issue going on for more than a year now.

                                I had bought a titan edge watch model no. Nh679sl01 at inorbit mall, hyderabad titan show room in the month of november 2017. Till today i had to give it for repair 3 times at kphb colony titan showroom. Every time they keep the watch for a week or so and then tell me that the problem is resolved. But the same problem (Watch getting slow) keeps coming up after a month or so.
                                Now also i have given it in the same show room on[protected] and as on today they have not called me to take my watch. I had requested them to replace the watch for which they had refused. I have been contacting your customer care on the toll free number[protected], i think i had given more than 3 calls. They say that they are escalating the call, but i have not got any response till now. Kindly arrange for refund

                                The watch had been delivered on[protected] and the same problem of slow running has again cropped up.
                                We were told that the machine has been replaced, if it so why the same problem has cropped again. The watch is running more than 5 minutes slow with in one week

                                    So my family and my in laws decided to go to tanishq andheri west link road branch (Mumbai) to buy jewellery for the big wedding. The date we visited was 19th august 2018. We were 6 family members who were very warmly greeted by anwar qureshi. We started to check the marriage rings and upon learning that our budget for the marriage rings were around 25, 000 for the girl and 35, 000 for the guy, all of a sudden the attitude of mr. Anwar qureshi changed. We felt like he wasn’t interested to cater to us and also made us feel that we can’t afford to buy expensive stuff. This was very very saddening as we had our parents who are very old now. So after seeing a few rings we decided that i will bring my fiancé the next day and finalise. My fiancé and i went to tanishq the next day and when we asked for mr. Anwar qureshi in front o[censored]s he told his junior staff to tell us he’s busy. He was sitting and cracking jokes with some lady staff near the staircase. I was so shocked to see that and i realised that these guys must be having a sales quota which must be giving them better incentives if sale price is more. Makes sense? I think it does. Anyway, so then another staff (Some junior) came to us and showed us the rings and we decided the one we want and finally he said ok they will revert back with the quotation. It’s now been 1.5 months and i have heard no call from this junior staff, inspite of calling him atleast 10 times (Once he even said that he is on vacation) he sometimes just ignored our calls and other times gave lame excuses like i will get back to u asap, but never did. So, we went on the opposite side of tanishq to malabar and bought a jewellery worth 4.8 lakhs. The reason we landed up buying from malabar is because of the professionalism they showed. They even called me the day i got married on 18th september to congratulate me. I hope this complaint somehow manages to really take some strict actions against the unprofessional staff at tanishq andheri west mumbai branch. You guys are terrible. - my

                                      Dear,
                                      I am akshay, i have perched an one of your fastrack watch of price 2250/- Rs. in month of march 2018. Currently machine is in warranty.
                                      After some days i found that it shows lagging of time. So many times I had a visit to Titan service center, Mumbai. They are giving reply that machine is ok.
                                      I have visited same service center 10 to 15 times for same issue. Then also the same issue is going on till today.
                                      Now i want refund of amount.
