I purchased a fastrack watch model no: nk6144sl02
On (15/9/2018) at timebox (483, ac complex, near peruse statue karaikudi-630001) for gifting my daughter as she was not satisfied with the model. We requested your dealer for exchanging the watch. But is response for our consens was very disgusting. He didnot give us valid reason for not exchanging our product. So sir please give me a solution for it. We didn't ask money in return we just want a alternate model of your product. Please help me.
I want it to be exchanged soon sir.

    Hello i am amit chatlani..in my city gandhidham kutch gujarat u ppl have a franchise of tanishq.. I was regular customer of tanishq.. Now i am not as i visited on 11 sep.. And the store manager sandeep sharma behaved so rudely that now i have decided never ever to visit the tanishq.. And my wife birthday was on 12 sep so i went to buy there.. I regualr buy mia product.. But the behaviour of store manager was rude and i left the shop and bought from tha.. Even the same manager has behaved wirh my wife on my birthday 5 july.. That day also my wife compliant her abthis behaviour... Now if same thing happened u must be losing more customer.. Thanks regards amit chatlani..[protected]

      Dear all customer,

      *tanishq is big mnc fraud company*.
      Customers are being looted by company in name of brand. They did not help their customers but they create nonsense problem which no one can think.
      This company only fool people like me and you who earn money hard after sweating 8-10 hrs in any company.

      I urge #rbi and #sebi #ed #irda whoever if this authority to take action on scheme like this. Event chit fund company may have been better of this company. Please stop licencing like this scheme. They fool people by false promise and name of return.

      I have invested in gold harvest scheme for one year. Company make money from my money itself and when i went to reedeem my voucher at #jagdev path, #danapur #patna of rs 1496 at purchase of 13000 approx. They have denied to give my interest in form of voucher.

      Their employees are so rude like currupt officer in govt employee. I demand to give written denial from manager at the store and they responded like i cannot do any thing against him.

      I request every pleople and from sir ratan tata to please stop this scheme and do not fool your own country pleople.

        I ordered titan watch from patmmall. Which show 2year warrty it cone with customor invoice nd warranty card. So it actually aligible for warranty beacuse iits warranty card is blank not fill up or not having any authorised stem mark. And if i got watch and i want to check it is autenic or orignal or not than titan cervice center can give me positive feedback or not? Plz reply sir

          I purchased kenneth cole watch from shoppers stop at tgip mall, noida on[protected]. It's curved glass was broken down just after 1 month of purchasing. I gave it to be repair at world of titan at tgip mall on[protected]. They returned it back after 15 days and charged 790 rs.
          One day i was working and suddenly its glass slipped and shattered and i still didn't know how did it happen. Again i gave my watch to repair at the same place. This time they charged 790 rs and returned same day. Today accidentally i noticed that they have not placed the glass properly, and i think it will be slipped and broken one day without my notice. Please provide me the proper solution this.

          I just want to complain about the service titan is providing at their shop. The person who is repairing should check properly the item after servicing, before handover to the customer.

          Sorry for my late response.

          This Kenneth Cole watch has become the story of my life within 10 months of purchasing it.
          I can really write 5 to 6 pages about how i saved money from my fellowship to buy this watch,
          How i spent hours to read reviews of many watches, how i decided to buy Kenneth Cole watch and last but not least
          the journey to the World of Titan to get repaired my dream watch 5 times in 10 months.

          Recently on 19 Nov. 2018 I got my repaired watch from world of titan which I gave to them on 15 Sept. 2018.
          And you know what yesterday in the evening i was working on my desk and suddenly the glass jumped out from the dial
          and within seconds it was in to the pieces lying on the floor again.

          I don't know how the technical staff at world of titan repair my watch but literally I am now just
          fed up of all this drama of going again and again to the world of titan with the same issue.

          Now I really regret my decision of buying this watch.

          There are only two options left either you replace this watch by new one or refund the amount which i paid to buy this watch.
          Otherwise i will have to take legal actions from my side.

            Today i replaced my titan edge battery at titan showroom @ liberty x roads, hyderabad. The cost of the battery is rs.150 and the labour charges for replacing the battery is rs.150. Don't you think the labour charges too high for such a small work.

            If the service centre guy has told me before, i would have thought of some other alternative. When i called the customer service guys to enquire about the cost of labour charges, they hungup the phone. Now i need to think before purchasing any titan products. Neither the service centres nor the customer service gave me proper response.

              Yesterday i am visited the your shop (Krishnagiri bypass road branch). Iam select the one per earing and exchange the old gold that time your sales person not explain the new product price details and his starting to melting my old gold after melt my gold his check the purity and his told your gold is 91.11% only. Ok then i am asking why your not check the before melting. Nobody not answering to me first explain the new product price details the gohead for next step. Finally i am collect my melted gold and purchased by jewelone. So kindly educate your tanishq showroom staff

                I purchased a diamond pendant earing set on 31august 2018 as a gift for my mother and on 2nd sept the diamonds fell off. While purchasing i receive gold harvest benefit and some diamond sale offer. Wen i went to ask for a fresh piece as the previous one turned out damaged within 2 days of the purchase, the sales person refused to add my gold harvest benefit to final price and even told me that ill have to pay extra as the weight wont be same of the new product. I am very disappointed in tanisq, their quality of product (I know it may happen sometimes) but denying me my gold harvest benefit was the worst. Please help

                  On 4 August 2018, I purchased a watch for ₹1800 from a nearby World Of Titan showroom for gifting it to my Father. After around 8 days i gifted it to my father who found out tht the watch was very heavy to wear. On 14 August, I took the watch to exchange since the company had a 30 days exchange policy. When i went to the showroom they told me that the watch could not be exchanged as it has been used ( it was in a brand new condition with very minimal spots ). The Manager of the Showroom named Jitendra Pandey even misbehaved and was talking very rudely with me. I then took it to another World Of Titan showroom of my city and they said that the watch is in a very good condition and the respected showroom should exchange it. I then lodged a complaint in the Customer Care of the company and they said that the Area Manager will contact me soon. I got a call from the Area Manager named Ankit, from Indore after around 15 days on 29 August 2018, who asked me to send the photos of the watch through whatspp so that his customer service team could check the condition and told that he will revert to me within 1 day. After 1 day when i didnt got any reply then i called that Area Manager who clearly said that the watch could not be exchanged and when i asked for the reason he cut the call and didnt picked up the call again. I then went to the showroom again where again got that misbehaviour from their showroom manager and was told that watch could not be exchanged because its been used. It hasn’t been wore for even 5 minutes. I need help from the Consumer Forum so that i could give a befitting reply to that decieving showroom nd Titan Company.

                    Dear titan team,

                    After several mail and reminder still awaiting permanent resolution from titan team and which is unfortunate. Watch is purchased in aug. 2018 and visited titan showroom almost 4 times for permanent solution.

                    I require refund or replacement of another watch from titan sode otherwise will have to consumer court. If titan doesn't feel important to help customer after several follow up and reminder for permanenet solution then customer will never think to go for any titan product henceforth.

                      Dear team,

                      With reference to complaint no ; ticket id: [protected] received call from wot - thane showroom on 28th aug. 2018 that your new belt is arrived so collect from showroom which i have denied. Because already mentioned in above mail i want alternate solution like replace with another titan - sonata watch because first time as per your policy paid 280 rupees on 24th aug. 2108 due to no warrenty on watch belt. Then same day evening again belt pin removed so visited on 25th aug. 2018 in wot - thane showroom and again one lady executive changed with another pin and assured that if again same problem arise will provide alternate solution via titan. Next day 26th aug. 2018 again found same problem - loose belt pin. So visited on 27th aug. 2018 and clearly mentioned that i want refund my money due to poor quality watch or replacement of another watch for which paid amount.

                      If your product is not up to the mark then how you expect customer should use faulty product? I am titan user from more than 15 yrs. And entirely family are using titan watches but didn't find such type of problem.

                      I request you to replace another watch - same amount or will go for prize watch or refund my money as visited titan showroom almost 4 to 5 times - mulund once where given belt price 600 rupees and in thane showroom 4 times where supported nicely.

                      Expecting positive response asap or will have to approach consumer forum.. Already escalated complaint in titan - consumer complaint site.

                          Dear team,

                          I have purchased titan - sonata watch nk77004pp01 - hsn code 9102 from mulund w wot - jai shiv shakti bulding, nehru road, mulund w showroom. But after 3 to 4 days found watch belt pin removed during watch in hand. So tried to fix by nearest dealer and again next day found belt pin removed. So visited mulund w showroom - wot where showroom manager told that belt is not in warrently so will have to pay 600 rupees approx. So escalated call to titan customer care where guided and helped me to submit watch in another nearest showroom. So went to wot - thane showroom where requested to submit watch and informed me that 280 rupees will have to pay due to respective part is not under warrenty. So submitted watch on 9th aug. 2108. After follow up with titan customer care received call on 23 rd aug. 2018 that watch repair part is available so visited on 24th aug. 2018 afternoon in thane showroom and collected new belt with 280 rupees paid.

                          But on same day belt pin removed from watch so again visited wot - thane showroom on 25th aug. 2018 evening and requested to provide alternate solution or replace with another watch in that same range. That time wot - lady executive informed me that i will change belt pin and in future if found same problem then will try for alternate solution.

                          On 25th aug. 2018 my self found titan - sonata watch belt pin again removed. Now till me how many times i will have to visit titan showroom for my watch to get repair even after escalated to provide alternate solution. I think this watch belt pin is not strong.

                          My humble request to provide solution as i am very old user of titan from 15 yrs but unfortunately will have to say that i am not satisfied with this product.

                          Kindly revt back asap as i have waited almost one 25 days but couldn't use this product properly due to poor quality of this watch.

                            I want to replace strap of my obaku watch but it seems this strap is unavailable. I already tried to search strap at 3 different world of titan in mumbai. I checked for strap for my watch at ghatkopar branch for more than 2 years as use to say we may get that, but could not get strap. Titan world guys says that strap is out of stock and they need to order but it has been 3 years or so i am keep approaching them but not getting any response from them.

                                I bought 4 spaces with frame and lances from titan showroom of rs 90000/00 2 where reading glasses with no and 2 where goggles with no after few days my reading glasses where full of sraches so i went to showroom they told that they will replace it then they replaced one and when i gave them other after few days they refused to replace the lances i am also facing problem in my goggles pls solve my problem or i have to go in consumer foarm...

                                We purchase one diamond item from tanishq dwarka new delhi branch in dec 2014 with total cost of rs 3, 08, 000.00.
                                The sales man told me with 2-3 the valuation will be more than cost and you can return the item to us.
                                Now when we approach to them after more then 3 years to our surprise the valuation is 2, 25, 000.00 only
                                We have sent complaint mail to customer care and one divyang thakur called me and told me that making charges was rs 90, 000.00. No one told us at the time of purchase about this much high making charges and also making charges was also not mentioned in bill, mr. Bhasker bhatt md of company is not approachable. No one is ready to give his contact number i think in india approaching pm of india more easy than taking to md of company.
                                The are cheating the general public.

                                  This company is the biggest liar. My father bought a diamond necklace for my mother. Tanishq promised my father that if he wants he can sell the necklace back to them at a better price. But now the company is paying 90, 000 less and calling them as making charges.

                                  Please save your money and never ever buy from Tanishq. They will make every effort to loot you.

                                  I have buy power glass from Titan within warranty the frame break they don't provide the replacement . We provide replacement on manufacturing defect .
                                  They prepare the frame with recycle plastics material .

                                    I own titan xylys wrist watch which is the most expensive product from titan.

                                    Suddenly my watch stopped working & its assumed that battery not working. Today i visited world of titan @ mgf metropolitan mall gurgaon 100002 - which is owned by pure earth to get the battery & strap replaced.

                                    I was told that battery & strap of the said xylys model is not available in the store. When i requested them to arrange for the battery & strap, they were extremely reluctant to register complaint.
                                    After lot of discussions, when they registered complaint, i was told that it would take 60 days (Sixty days) to arrange battery & strap from other location. (I am attaching scanned copy of acknowledgement form) which clearly states that approx delivery is 15th dec 2018.

                                    My question to head of customer care at titan is... Which world is he living in??
                                    How can they expect a customer to wait for 60 days to get a battery & strap replaced & be without wrist watch??
                                    Do they have a common sense that for such regular consumable items (Battery & strap), they should not have service delivery promise more than 72 hours or 3 working days.

                                    As a consumer, will customer care head of titan would wait for 60 days to get a battery & strap replaced???

                                    All consumer durable companies have a defined tat (Turnaround time for any complaint redressal). Even if spare is not available for any model, it is ordered to central stores at that moment & same gets couriered in next 24 hours.

                                    Practically any spare is made available in 2 to 5 working days where in titan needs 60 days to arrange for a battery & strap which is the most basic consumable for any wrist watch.

                                    Have i made a mistake by spending rs 26000 to buy a xylys from titan??

                                    I am also surprised that there is no e mail id given at titan web site to contact them or send a complaint in writing.

                                    With this complaint i am trying to reach out to titan customer care head to get the battery & strap replaced in 7 days time.

                                      Tanishq stores, shrdhhanandpeth, nagpur.
                                      We went to tanishq store to purchase, 'miya' brand ear rings for gifting it on the occasion of rakhi festival. Last year also we purchased 3 such sets from the same store. The complaint is about attitude of the sales women, who showed complete disrespect as we asked for cheaper option, her facial expression were insulting and indicating as if we are not 'worth', entering the store. She shown us only single tray with 10- 12 sets and informed that it is only thing available. For more than 10 years we have been purchasing jewellery from tanishq with full faith as it is tata's enterprise, but never expected insult from the staff.
