Today I visited Shakti Times in Jayanagar 4th block Bangalore, which is a world of titan servicing centre. I have some watch collection and went for battery replacement. They are collecting battery replacement service charge based upon model. For some of the models RS 50 and for some other models RS 100 + GST + Battery Cost.
May I know the reason why you people are collecting battery replacement service charge based upon model ?
Ideally it should be same service charge for all models for battery replacement right ?
Also what I observed is battery cost will be RS 50 but service charge is RS 50 (or) 100 + GST, which is more than equal (or) double to the Battery Cost.

While replacing one titan zoop watch battery they have broken back case which is madeup of plastic material. While taking back I observed that and asked for explanation for which they told it is already broken. They are telling it is quite common and don't argue with them by showing same model which was brought by another customer and insulted by spitting before me. It is quite horrible experience with this servicing centre. I have complained regarding that service person behaviour to his owner. Don't know he will take action (or) not.

    Dear Titan,

    I would like to bring this issue of imposing a heavy labour charge(triple cost of a battery) for just replacing a battery by your Titan outlets/Repair center.

    Today(06/07/2018) i went to Titan, G1& G2, Pioneer Towers, Shanmugham Road, Marine Drive, Kochi-31, Kerala, to replace my Titan wrist watch battery, but when i received the bill, it was shocked. The cost of the battery is just Rs 48 and the Labour Charge is Rs 118(which was no mention to me before) and another 5 Rs for what nobody knows(118+5 =123). i find this so ridiculous act from Titan towards its customers, for imposing such a great Labour Charges.And when i enquired a local watch repair shop nearby, he used to replace watch batteries only for just Rs40 (including new battery) and Titan is just exploiting their customers which will lead to a very bad impression for Titan Company. Refer attached bill which i paid just for replacing a wrist watch battery.

      I need a new belt since they is no stock in show room, they said that the model is expired so i need a new belt. I bingi rambabu goud from hyderabad. Model number - 1535yl04 titan, "strap replacement only" they said the has become old so they is no stock and the watch is 5 years old so i need some discount coupoun and iam privilage customer of titan both watches are purchased from your company so please replace the strap or give me discount coupoun. The showroom members are not responding so please grant my request. Thank you

        Date of incident: 20.06.2018
        Incident description: i had purchased a titan raga model # 9934ym01 on 1.07.2013 and also a emg which was valid till 01.07.2018. But on 20.06.2018 when my watch was not running properly, visited the wot jadavpur branch (Address : 27a, raja subodh chandra mullick road,, near jadavpur bus stand,, jadavpur, kolkata, west bengal 700032) and presented the emg card. But for some weird reason, they were not ready to accept this emg card which was still valid on that day. They didn't provided the service and was charging me for the battery replacement. Also took my card for 1 day to verify with branch from where i had purchased this watch and next day they communicated with the same argument that this card is not for battery replacement and i need to pay for the battery.
        But with the same card when i visited the wot barasat branch, they replaced it without any cost.
        Jadavpur branch person in charge was mr. Amar das who was misbehaving with me on this. This is ridiculous service provided by titan.

          Titan showroom at as rao nagar, hyderabad has replaced battery in my watch and charged rs 60 for battery and rs 295 as labour charges for replacing the battery. Watch model : xylys 9119sl04. I know labour charges are levied but not to the extent of rs 300 just for changing the battery. On top of this i was not even informed of the labour charges till the last minute and i can to know about the charges only after the bill is being generated. Please address the issue on priority before getting out of hand

          Such a third rated release.. cheating people for money .. This perfume was such a waste of money .. even an ordinary deo would smell better .wasted my money . Pls don't buy titan perfumes!!!

            There is a big scam going on as they declared 916 gold 15 carat. When we complained they say the salesman is new and does not know the procedure. They attempted to demean us publicly saying that we were carrying impure jewellery and we were lucky that it was 15 carat as they would not have accepted below 14 carats. On second time measurement the same jewellery showed 22 carats. The sales staff including the stores manager were incompetent and rude. They also handled my old jewellery ruthlessly and damaged he same. Though we buy your jewellery since last 20 years but our faith is in your integrity is fully shaken now
            You have become a cheat company and trying to fleece your faithful customers. This happened in ahmedabad c g road store.

            Again regarding small nuances the salesman was very rude when I said that the other Tanishq store is offering better deals then he argued with us rudely and the manager intimidated us by quarrelling with other store's salesman over phone and asked him not to entertain us . Jewellery is not a basic need for anybody and Tanishq is not the only shop. I am quite hurt today .

              I purchased a wrist watch from an authorised titan shop in park street, kolkata. Its been one and half year since the date of purchase. It stops working after every 3 or 4 months. I got it fixed from that particular store twice when it was within warranty period. But now again it stopped working. I stay 200 kms away from kolkata. So its not possible for me to go to that particular store every time. My father had a titan watch which worked properly for almost 15 years. Expected 5 years of proper service in my case if not 15. Now i have no idea what to do. Please help me.

              I have purchased a titan watch last year which stops working for every two or more months and also its display glass got cracked automatically on which i have already informed for the near by service center but the response given was very slow and not satisfactory.

                Hello Sir/ Madam,
                Last year I brought your titan octane watch worth rs 8000 over a fossil watch because of two reasons.First and foremost because titan is an Indian luxury goods company ( Made in India). Second reason is reliability and trust on your brand. Once i brought this watch it starts changing its chronograph arrow in wrong direction. Within 3 months it stopped working. After repair also the dials were the same. After few months it stopped working I repair again and it was continue to have moisture in it. Then again stopped and so on. SO i wanted to ask do you really think your watch is worth the price you are selling or I was a wrong to trust your brand. I have used other brands watches they works fine. But why not your watches meets the exceptions of a buyer in this case me. Please dont make me repent buy trusting your brand. I dont know what you will do or change or replace watch or simply do nothing. But surely you are going lose one customer of yours.

                  I have bought below Watch three years back and I tried to change my strap after one year. I went to several Titan authorized show rooms in Hyderabad and I wasted at least one hour every time. They took my contact details and told me that they will get back to me. I didn't get any call till now. Though I bought this for around 8K, I am using this watch as show piece in my home due to useless and worst support from Titan.

                  Buying cheap watches is far better than buying the watches from Titan. Don't sell expensive watches blindly in case if you are not able to provide accessories. Unfortunately I bought this watch and visiting all the useless Titan exclusive showrooms for straps.

                      Dear sir,
                      Please find the attachment of the bill given from your service centre.
                      I had given my titan watch to the service centre for battery replacement today.
                      But they charged bill for rs.350.31 (Inclusive of rs.53.44/- as tax.)!!!
                      I am very much surpriced that to saw the bill, the battery cost is rs.55/-, but labour charges are rs.295/- with out serviceing anything!!!

                      This is just cheating to your valuable customers...

                      I am ver much suprrised like 'titan' is doing like this.???!!! - it's rediculace!!!
                      Kindly look it and instruct the concern service centre to return the excess abnormal charges to me

                        I dheer singh 100% disabled defence person wanted to sold out my gold bangles which were purchased from tanishq gold souk gurgaon, the person at the counter asked my cancelled cheque and aadharcard, i gave the same to rhem, but the person refused to take it as my name in aadharcard dhir and in cheque was dheer, it is slight mismatch in name which is acceptable even in the banks and in govt. Undertaking also they harassed me for this silly thing. I want you to take strict actions against them. Please provide this service to my home as i am 100% disabled person.

                          I bought this titan edge on 2012 at thiruvananthapuram. After one year, one of the number in dial had fell down and soon after the following year another one fell down. I asked to replace the watch but it was just repaired (Stuck the fell down number). This time many of them in the dial fell down without any reason. The numbers are 6, 7, 10 and 11 (Refer attached photos). The don't need this to get fixed and after some years to complaint again. Please take this and provide me alternate one. Such a costly watch disappointing me. Please contact me asap.

                            Money sucking repairing service by titan showroom, chinchwad branch, pune.
                            To change the wrist watch cell which cost 60 rs (As per titan showroom), they charged 200 rs labour charge which hardly took 2 min to change the cell. If you go to local shop you can get the same done with only 20-30 rs as labour charge.

                            For customers, it is recommended not to go to titan showroom repairing service if watch is not falling under warranty period, and small damages need to be fixed. Prefer local watch shop to get it done.

                              Dear Team

                              Please find Order No EC00328471 dated 10.05.2018 and EC00333814 dated 16.05.2018 for your information and necessary action. I just want to know how the Tata team done the such big mistake.

                              On 10.05.2018 i booked a watched ( Stock left 5) as per your website delivery time is 7 days. However i called the customer care.

                              After calling to your customer care executive to Ms. Jaya. She told me your order was cancelled. I told her no body inform the same after seven days. And your company told to the customer we will deliver the product with in seven days.

                              As per your customer care executive All the 5 watches defective. Then why your team promote the product in website. and why the same not communicate the customer after 7 days. If today i dont call i dont know what to do your team.

                              Still the watch is promoted in your website please check and remove the same on priority.

                                Purchased a 8mtr x 5 mtr x 3mtr carport on the 1/2/2018 and it has not been erected as yet.
                                To date it has been 4mths from date of purchase, and 8weeks from date of delivery of the carport.
                                All the necessary payments were made on time and in full.
                                I obtained all the necessary council requirements and provided this to titan.
                                I also have expensive vehicles ($100k) sitting out in the weather.
                                I await your reply.

                                  Hi,

                                  I bought a kenneth cole watch (Ikc8045) for rs. 18995/- on 21st july, 2015 from the helios watch store, saharaganj mall, hazratganj, lucknow. The watch had stopped working and i had given it to the authorized helios store on 26th dec, 2017.

                                  Since then i have not been contacted from the company. Last week when i visited the store i was told that the watch cannot be repaired and i will be getting a refund of rs 8547/- (Around 45%).

                                  I have always valued your company and hence i would like a full refund of my watch as i would like to purchase an alternate watch instead. I will continue to be a customer of the company if the issue is resolved.

                                  Please find attached a copy of my original receipt and complaint receipt.

                                    We have given order for product code 5110982HVAAOO- 7113 on date 04/03/2018 of gold jewelry of 95 gm weight. It estimated value as per order is Rs 371218.43 and the delivery date was given 19/03/2018.

                                    The company called us on 13/4/2018. when we went their our product differ

                                    The company has made jewelry of matte finish, which does not match with the order placed of the order placed. The company Sales manager Mr. Agarwaltook our REORDER but till to date, the company has not given us the product.
                                    The company should compensate the harassment cause and should refund the amount with due interest occurred on it.

                                    Please refund my extra charges which u dedicated 3 times from my bank account but I got orders 2 times so please refund as soon as possible
                                    I have been charged with Rs 3250 per gram, however actual gold rate for today is 2980 per gram. I have contacted the Gomti Nagar Tanisha Store but couldn't get satisfactory answer.

                                    I have called the Store and need proper explanation in case if they are charging more.

                                    Kindly look in to this and get this resolved.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I booked a ring at your tanishq stote karnal (Haryana). I ordered a ring of 19 no size. Delivery date was 20.04.18. I pais rs. 20000 advance. I called tanishq store and tried to confirm whether ring is ready or not till 22.04.18 but ring was not ready. We visited store again on 29.04.18. They tried to give us a ring of 18 no and forced us to accept this but we did not. This is lack of service. Company does not get the item ready on its given date. Secondly it force to accept any other product. Please look into the matter and refund my rs. 20000 and till date interest on it.

                                        But i would like to bring to your notice that on the form filled by me in Tanishq store at Shipra Mall Ghaziabad, my contact no. And addresss has been mentioned which are current and updated one.Whereas in the mail i had received my old contact no which is no longer in use.

                                        So i requested them to update your record's as per the below details and same need to be updated on pass book, when i had visited the tanishq store in shipra mall to receive the GHS passbook only the address was updated not my contact no. When i had informed to the person attending at the store he said after a long conversation that he will get the same updated and asked to submit my id proof again and he cut the previous number in my passbook and wrote the current one.
                                        Later when i tried to register myself to pay the emi then i was unable to do then i contacted customer care she asked me wrote an email again along with id proof.

                                        Again i wrote an email but still my contact number is not updated in tanishq database always i receieve email from titan that details are updated but still not able to register online at tanisqhwebsite.
