golden harvest scheme is a fraud

I have invested rupees 100000 in Tanishq golden harvest scheme. They initiated refund of the money instead of giving the benefit. Even after 40 days of wait I did not get my refund. When ever I cal customer care they gave a vague response that you will get the credit shortly which never happen. It seems Tanishq is a big fraud company. At least people known to me will never trust Tanishq for sure and they have loose potential customer....

Hi team,
I am feeling very dissatiafied as you dont care about customers emotions. I purchased a titan watch to present it as a gift for my father (Who is living in a village 250 km away from delhi) after getting my first job's salary. But within 5 months slowness problem arised and then i took it to world of titan store laxmi nagar, delhi but they said their technician is not available and advised me to come next week. Then again i visited their and they took it for 2 weeks and after that told me their is no problem and everything is fine. But when i again sent this watch back to my father in village it stopped working fully. Then third time my wife visited the store and again they said their technician is on holiday and said come after 20 days. And then after 1 week, 4th time i visited to store and after so many discussions and arguements they took this watch and said if you want to complaint this then go ahead. So, after all these things, how a company can think that its customers would be loyal enough and will do a good word of mouth. You do not care about your customers and their emotions. So, i want my total refund for it or else keep this watch with you. I will buy from any other company for my father.

    I ordered couple ring 15 days back at tanishq, banashankari, bangalore.

    They took both of our ring sizes. When we went to collect them on last sunday, our rings were bit smaller in size. It was not fitting correctly to our ring finger.
    None of the members were looking responsible. Instead they try to hide the mistake.

    I am investing on ghs also. But after this ghs, i will never turn towards tanishq and also inform my friends and family to not visit these show rooms for any good purchase.

    Also, when i ask for looking at options of couple ring, they had no choice and advised to visit mg road branch. This shows that they are least bothered about customers and having good relationship.

    Totally dissatisfied with your service.

      Hi titan customer care team,

      I have been a satisfied titan customer for years now. But the experience i
      Received today is making me re-think on my trust and the faith on customer
      Commitment titan is known for being a tata enterprise.
      I planned to buy a forever kolkata collection of "forever kolkata -
      Inspired by victoria memorial 1740sl01" and visited your website
      Titan.co.in (Pathetic user experience based on response time and password reset speed) on 28/04/2018 where i was shown an offer with offer code "infinity" which was valid till 9:00 pm ist. I checked the offer at around 7:00 pm and it was showing rs.800 discount as the price of the watch is rs.5535 (Rs 800 discount for purchase over 4000). I came back to website at 8:30 pm and tried to use the same (The offer "infinity" was still popping up in the screen). To my surprise the cart started showing only rs. 554 discount which was for the next discount "midnight offer of 10% discount from 9:00 pm ist 28/04 till 9:00 am cst 29/04/2018). Even after applying the discount code the, the correct discount of rs. 800 was not applied. When i contacted customer care, they had no clue about the offers (I can at least expect that customer care would be aware of the offers going on.. At least with my experience with other website customer cares. But it is unfortunately not the case with titan). With all these hassles i decided to back-out from the idea of buying the watch, as when i cannot trust your website or customer care, how can i trust the purchase protection and post purchase experience. This is not a question of rs.250 additional, this is a question of integrity which titan should have to serve it's customer. I expect a resolution of this problem, as i know i may be one person raising the voice while more customers are facing the same.

        I purchased a titan watch at phoenix market city, bangalore on[protected]. Unfortunately my watch lock got dismantled from the strap. When i approached the service center with the valid bill, they are telling this is physical damage and lock replacement will not coming under warranty. I don't know how they are deriving this a physical damage. Actually i would say this as product issue. Why this kind of issues not covered under warranty?
        Another thing is like they ask me to change the entire strap instead of lock and they will charge 1300 for that it seems. After arguing with them they accepted to change the lock, but they want me to pay 500 for that and they will provide only manual bill for that. I just asked them how they are deriving the cost of lock. But the reason what they said is, this lock is not available separately, so if you want only the lock then we will replace it from the new strap and will charge 500 rupees for that. After so many discussion they ask me to check with customer care.
        I called the customer care and they raised a complaint to get a separate lock if it is available in pan india. But why they are not covering this product defect in warranty? If product defect not covered under warranty then why we need to go for titan brand?

          Last year, i started investing rs.5000 every month in tanishq's golden harvest scheme. At the time of purchasing the scheme they told me that if you don't want to buy jewelry after maturity you will get cash. After maturity last sunday i went to buy jewellery from tanishq with the matured amount of rs.50000 + 3750 interest. While inquiring about the scheme again they said the same that if you want you can buy jewelry for any amount and rest you will get cash.
          I selected jewelry for 49000+. But while billing they rejected that you have to purchase jewelry for more than the matured amount and the information you have is false one.
          I invested my money in tanishq only because it is a tata enterprise and did not expect any foul play.
          They are big cheaters.

            Hi tanishq team,

            Myself dolly, mobile no. [protected]/[protected] live at noida. Me and my mother (Belongs at deoghar, jharkhand) have bought set of bangles from tanishq sector 18, noida branch on 01.04.2018. (Invoice copy attached). I have required daily wear bangles for my mother as already communicated to tanishq representative. Bangles have some meena work and it was confirmed from your tanishq team that these are daily use bangles and this work will be very last longing (Pictures of bangles attached). We are regular customer of tanishq so we bought it but now just in 6 days that meena work and some designing work has come out of bangles and it has not shown the quality we usually got from tanishq. My mother has set of bangles and is currently at deoghar, jharkhand and my mother has visited your branch here on 12.04.18, 16.04.18 and they are not ready to replace/exchange. I believe product may be sometime can get some issue but what makes tanishq/tata a very good company is their customer care and services but in this case it’s quite disappointing and never expect this kind of response from tanishq. Also, i have visited tanishq sector 18, noida same branch on 19.04.18. As discussed with noida tanishq team, they confirmed for replace/exchange and suggested that e-mail has sent to customer care from my side for extend time duration as set of bangles is deoghar, jharkhand due to non-availability of train ticket. Could you please register the complaint and permission to replace/exchange the items from deoghar, jharkhand tanishq branch. If it has to replace it from the same branch then it will take some time for us to visit by 31th may 2018 but then why tanishq says that we can replace get repaired at any branch all over india. Please look into this matter and provide some quick solution.

              I had purchased a pair of bangle on akshay tritiya i. E. On 18.4.2018 from south-ex branch. The bangle was in pair but i wanted a single one so tanishq salesman nitin asked from the concerned authority and they decided to give us one bangle. The price quoted to us was 1, 07, 445 where as if we purchase both bangles then the price will be in the range of approx 2, 15, 000 but the salesman when came back with invoice which showed the price of bangles as approx 1, 80, 000 which if split was approx 78, 000 for one bangle and another bangle was costing at 1, 02, 000
              We said kindly give us one bangle which is costing 78, 000 as per invoice for which he had no answer, he called some mr rana for clarification in south extension store but they both had no clarification
              Eventually i was charged 107445 which i think is fraud as invoice price was less still we were charged more.
              Brand like tanishq we can expect some transparency.

                I am the regular customer of titan and their brand watches. Last year i bought fastrack watch.
                Its not even one year old, but found rust on back side and lost the black colour in strap as well.

                Unfortunately i lost my bill, but i have the proof of extended maintenance guarantee card with me.

                While enquiring of duplicate bill with the store, the store refused to give me the duplicate bill or billed history due to the renovation of store.

                So kindly advise to me get the issue resolved.

                I need a duplicate bill or instruct your store to repair my watch.

                  This complaint is regarding Tanishq jwellers bund garden branch pune. Today on the ocassion of Akshay Tritiya. We planned of buying jwellery from tanishq for the first time only. As we were asked about what we need to buy, we answered earrings n they asked us to wait for 5 minutes. Even though waiting for 15 20 minutes, we were not attended properly, not even asked for water. And that branch was not that much crowded because already 4-5 people o[censored]rs were standing n chit chating. Compared to other jwellers in pune we never faced such a bad experience, they provide very good or today i can say excellent customer service, where tanishq is not even in comparison with them. This is so disappointing, while we were leaving no one even asked took efforts to ask why we people are leaving without buying anything, no one showed us anything. This is so ridiculous.
                  Me myself will never visit tanishq again nor will I recommend tanishq henceforth.

                    Sir, i am a tanishq customer, i made a purchase of gold jewelry of amount of approx 51000 at panipat on date 17 oct 2017. Tanishq make a big advertising on news paper that purchasing of more than 35000 rs at tanishq using hdfc credit card eligible for 5% cash back. I avail that offer but no cash back received in my card account. I also called to hdfc customer care they told me that tanishq denise the offer. This is very bad, it's means tanishq is a cheater. I am very disappointed from a big brand of tata.

                      I went to the titan showroom at city centre durgapur on 17th april 2018 to get a band replaced on one of my watches and to get the battery of another repaired. On entering the showroom until the time a handmade bill was being written and i enquired about the same, i was not informed that the system was not working. They charged me gst but did not give a proper invoice. They gave me a handmade bill and charged the full amount in cash. I was not informed until i asked that i was to pay the amount in cash. When i refused to pay in cash and said that i should have been informed on entering the store that i would pay only in card, the sales girl “bijaya yadav” behaved very rudely and threatened to remove the repairs done to my watches. Is this the kind of behaviour to be expected by customers???

On approaching the store for the above mentioned problem, i didn't got any appreciable result... This ha to be my first experience...                           I have purchased a gold chain from your ab road indore workshop on july 25th 2017 and the person who was dealing with me, told me about the pd account opening! First i deny for this but as she said about her targets i just took it! I could not continue it due to some reason, i called to that shop two months ago about to transfer the amount in my given saving account then he said that the amount is rs.5000/-so you have to come to the workshop. I went there 6-7th of this month april 2018 then mr. Vatsalya joshi attend me nd he told me about the formalities and all that as i didnot carry my passbook so it will take time, i have signed all the papers as he instructed me to do, yesterday i sent there one of my staff with original passbook and original pan card then the replied that it will take more 4-5 hours! It’s not a matter about the fund, it’s about how you people are dealing with the customer and killing their time. I am so upset with the person mr. Joshi who misguide me thatmatter will resolve itself when i ll be there. Kindly do the need so that no other customer suffer like this.

                            Sub: titan watch company and its dealers are frauding the customers regarding watch repair & replacement under warranty, lies, unethical behaviour by sales dealer.-reg
                            I am s. Ilaiah (Cell -[protected] &[protected], on (Date of purchase[protected] i have purchased titan gents watch model:1530yea, 30mtr water resistant watch for rs.2800/- from the dealer (Dealer details: murali watch co. Laxminagar, godavarikhani-505209, cell nos-[protected] & [protected]).
                            1) due to date not working in the watch problem, complaint & watch given to the dealer on[protected]About 1 week from the date f purchase). I requested to give my money back he refused and replaced (After rude behaviour with customer) with another water seal failed watch on[protected].
                            2) again the replaced watch also dial jammed, so again on[protected] we have given the watch for replacement & repair with all technical issues including 30 mtr water resistant.
                            3) on[protected] we went to receive the watch, and asked the dealer about all technical issues. He replied with behaviour that"watch is now working but once it send for repair to titan company the water seal will not work, even the titan company is not restore 30meter water resistant property once it sent for repair"
                            Because of watch not completely repaired i refused to take the watch and i am complaining you.
                            So i have not received the watch, asked for replacement and he refused with rude behaviour.
                            4) a) i request you to kindly enquire the matter with titan company and the dealer murali watch co. Laxminagar, godavarikhani-505209, cell nos-[protected] & [protected],
                            B) kindly check watches under warranty period are fully reapaired or not by the titan company.
                            C) under 1year warranty period until now (10 months from the date of purchase) watch is under repair for 3 months.
                            D) i think the dealer is supplying smuggled items why thought son is he is not paying gst in my bill.
                            I finally request you to kindly enquire the dealer and titan company about not fully repairing the product. And give my money back or request with new watch.

                              I have baught mia diamond studded bracelet 4 months back (28/11/2017) within this 4 months 2 diamonds have been detached and lost. whereas, I was assured that Mia is for working ladies who can use the jewellary on a daily basis as the gold is 14 carat and best quality diamond are studded. Being a leading brand of the country this is not expected. It is totally dissapointing. Action must be taken at the earliest....

                              I am a regular user of tanishq diamond but i was really irritated and not satisfied with tanishq asansol.

                              They are misguided me with offers. And the sales team gangs up on customers.

                              Highly unprofessional when asked for offer brochures they deny and asked me to launch a complain on which they promise me to respond.

                                Today i went to buy bangles for my mother on the occasion of akshay thritiya...

                                I opted for tanishq even though the wastage n making charges are high compared to the rest.

                                But what shocked me was the variation in the gold price..
                                Government declared gold price -2921 (1st april 2018)
                                Tanishq declared gold price 2956 or 2961
                                (1st april 2018)

                                There is this whooping difference in gold price... Dude it's like cheating the customer.
                                How can you declare ur own gold price...

                                Upon asking the staff they say purity of tanishq gold is high.. But what i fail to understand is even you mark the gold item's as 22k and even the other gold stores do mark as 22k (Gov approved n marked)

                                Then where is the difference. I[censored]r purity is more then show me the difference as document not verbal.
                                Or do u mark the item as 23k.

                                Is really cheating the customer with this huge difference in gold price...
                                I have made 80% of the payment and now want to withdraw my purchase as i feel cheated... It's only because of my dad's extreme trust towards tata group i usually go to tanishq.

                                Even gold abroad which are of much higher purity follow standard gold rates...

                                This is pure cheating n bluffing in the name or design n purity.

                                  I gave my watch at the service center. I shifted to other city. After few months i went to the service center were i gave my watch but i didn't had the bill. The service center didn't provide me any other details. I requested them to check in their data base, with unique key such as my mobile phone number but they said we keep upgrading our data base, so your number has lost from our side and we can't provide you with any thing.

                                    I got the Titan Edge watch model number 1575QCA31 in 2013 for my marriage at Helios MG Road Branch Bangalore, I had no issues till last year and I had to change only the battery, suddenly the needles was so free that it was movable when tapped on the 🤚. 2 months back I took it to Helios showroom which is in Ashoka Pillar Jaynagar branch to get it checked. The service advisor said there is known issue and will be rectified and took 30 days and it was delivered, again after a week the watch suddenly stopped for no reason and visited back and again they took 15. days and said it’s rectified and issue will not come back and promised me a replacement if repeated. Again from yesterday the watch stopped working and now all the concerned staff doing all the drama now asking for bill, warranty card and saying warrant is only for 2 years, we again need to send for service and will be charged. I just took back the watch and very very much pissed off with the service and reputation of Titan and thinking is that we being customer need to invest 13-14 thousand rupees on a Titan watch and use it only for 2 years and then throw it. I definitely have negative thoughts about the brand and would escalate the same in social media if required and try to change the impression of people on this Particular Brand
