I have a titan obaku watch of serial number 9299sba.

I like the watch and the style very much. The leather strap needs to be replaced. When approached to the service centres of titan at kalyan, maharashtra, they do not have it. They cannot make any commitment whether it will be available from the watch maker.

It is very unfortunate that a watch manufactured by a reputed company of the stature of titan, costing rs 7000/- (Seven thousand rupees) has to be thrown out after three years.

Could you please look into this and arrange to get a black strap. I am also willing to take a suitable stainless steel, if available.

    I want to raise a complaint on a new staff we went to titan showroom which is in prince tower pursaiwalkam opp to abhrami mega mall. Actually we are very used to that showroom we frequently visit already visited that showroom to purchase wallet for my fiance actually. Today that is 10th january 2018 like 1:30 or 2 o'clock we went to the showroom to purchase a sports watch for my fiance there i saw a girl that is the staff she is newly recruited her name is pinky and another girl staff and i don't know her name they both are newly recruited. Pinky is my college met before 4 years and here i think so she said something to her friend and suddenly she came in front o[censored]s and started using the mobile phone in front of my face and continuously seeing me like something and staring at me and i recognise that she was taking some pics of mine and i am sure she was taking some pics of mine and i don't want to interrupt misunderstand anything and continuously she was doing that and i did not do anything after that in the billing section my fiance was standing and putting the bill from the other corner of the glassroom she did the same thing and he recognised it and he complaint to the staff was attending us and she she was like ill checked it and he was like you should check it immediately she went to that glass room inside and she asked her and and nothing was there and i knew something she was doing some illegal activity over there like taking my photo or something with my fiance's in case my photo get misused in anything and i know it because of that pic which was taken in your titan showroom i will really take sivere action and file a case against your company because it's regarding my safety and it is not healthy for your company for having a staff like this and i really felt very embarrassing for what she did and i want the right answer and i'm hundred percent sure they was taking the pic of mine and i know they deleted it immediately and i've already complaint to that stuff and another i want to raise a complaint against those two girls if in case my photo get misused in anything i am damn sure i will raise a police complaint against your showroom and your branch and we're loyal to your brand and always used to get titan wallets and fast track watches titan watches and you better don't spoil your brand image like recruiting these local girls who are there. You couldn't just take these staffs because they speak english fluently there is also another thing which is called as the behaviour and which that is not over there and i want to know what action you took against it for raising a complaint like this and i am reminding you another time it is illegal to take a photograph in your showroom without the knowledge of others and i should i am sure they did that. They deleted it and if i come to know and future if my photo is taken in the titan showroom i will really take action against your showroom and raise a complaint in the police station against your brand and really it's a black mark for your brand and no customer will have a safety inside your showroom and we are forward looking for your reply thank you..

      I have purchased titan watch from amazon.com. I am facing problem of strap and dial colour fade away. it seems product delivered was of poor quality.
      On contacting titan world service centre, they are refusing for replacement. Even though it is already in warranty. so in between amazon and titan i am crushed.
      please help me out to resolve this problem.

        Dear titan world,

        Please find copy of invoice.

        I had visited world of titan showroom to replace the battery of of my titan edge watch. I was very surprised to see the invoice break up. The battery cost is rs. 120; where the labour charges for battery replacement is rs. 88.50/- when i enquired about this abnormal labour cost for the couple of minute job, i got reply the bill is getting generated by titan sap system and he can;t do any thing.

        I am really surprised that titan a tata brand doing such things. It's like looting customers.

        How can you charge such abnormal amount for battery replacement task.

        I am trying to imagine what will be the charges for any unforeseen actual repairing work.

        Kindly look into this and request to stop such malprictice immeadetly return the excess abnormal charges to me.

            Its highly disappointing to see such an unethical behaviour of such highly professional people at kammanhalli tanishq branch-bnaglaore

              I purchased glasses from kalkaji store in delhi. My doctor confirmed that spectacles made are not as per number specifications given by doctor. Titye eye plus store officials refuse to accept this fact and are not refunding amount. We have had to face harassment by being made to visit store several times. Pls take action

                Next day of purchase it stopped working. I went to the showroom again and they told it is battery problem and got it replaced

                After using it for 3 months, it started running slow. I had to adjust the time again and again multiple times every week

                Belt got cut so i cant use it. They replaced it with new belt.

                  We had bought a raga from titan showroom at avani riverside mall, howrah on 10/7/2015. They issued a card but did not give any emg no. We were also ignorant of the importance of such no., and hence did not ask for it. Now earlier this month, we had visited camac street world of titan for some maintainance related job and battery change. We were told that we were eligible to receive the service provided the "emg card no." was given. We called on the showroom at howrah (From where it was bought), initially a bad mouthed employee argued that there is no such no.; when we showed him the card, he said it is bogus, and not required. Fortunately other employee understood the issue and advised us to call the service man on some other day, as the person was absent on that day.
                  Today, i called and spoke to the person. I was told, i have to bring the product to that showroom to receive the service, as that showrrom does not give any emg number.
                  Now we are stuck and will have to wait until we can again someday visit that mall. What an harassment from a company of such proclaimed international service.                   I bought an Obaku series watch and for the last 4 years i have been taking the watch to various titan showrooms. Many managers assured that the strap would be arranged for but in the end i am only being offerered Rs. 500 to return a watch that I bought for more than 10 times this price. Never going to buy a titan watch again.

                    Hello,

                    I have taken the golden harvest scheme of rs. 2000/-. By the time of scheme they were pushing to take the scheme and stating its benefits and all.in their passbook below is mentioned:

                    "in the event the customer fails to pay his/her installment for any 2 months in 10 month period, titan will refund only the principal amount paid." its also mentioned that "customers are allowed to withdraw the money". They are thieves, please don`t invest in their schemes.

                    I went to the store to return back the money and they said that they cannot do that and rules are changed. Even if the rules are changed i will follow the rules by the time i have taken the scheme and which is written in the passbook and not what they are saying.

                    They have taken 16 k and not giving me back. Today one of the person from the kormangala store called and was trying to insist to buy the gold coin for the money which i have submitted. I don`t want to buy anything, why i will spend my 16 k on anything.

                      I have recently bought a raga watch, from panchkula sector-9 titan show room.
                      The lock which is used in this watch is very unsafe, and it get automatically unlock when it get tangled with cloth. I was about to lose this watch because it get automatically unlocked from the hand. Now we are unsatisfied with the type of lock which is used in this watch, and we want either to change the watch chain with different lock, or to replace the watch with some different model which has some safe lock. The watch is under 30 days exchange period and we reported this incident to the titan store from where i have bought this watch. They are not ready to replace it or change the watch chain and lock.

                          I bought titan's watch on 12th jan 2016. But in 6 months the problem started and started. Clock time set button does not work. Second button broken. Still i kept wearing watche. But yesterday watch chain was broken.. This is titan's quality?? My watch is under warranty... Please fix the problem.. Otherwise, i will go to the consumer court i have purchased this 7200 rupees. And the quality of the watch is not even 700 rupees.. Worst product...

                            I had purchased a necklace on 16th november 2017 and before that on 15th november 2017 i had given an order for a necklace via order number 465 at tanishq store cg road ahmedabad.
                            I was assured of delivery by 2nd of december 2017 and also assured of a delivery before that but till date i have not received the same.
                            I am quite surprised by this kind of customer service by tanishq and inspite of me repeatedly following up i am not getting any response from your store team and moreover inspite of getting assured of a call back i dont get any calls and i am forced to follow up.
                            I never accepted this kind of customer service from a brand like tata.

                              I had purchased a titan ceramic watch a year ago. The first clip of the ceramic belt is broken. I visited the authorized service centre in and around andheri, it's very frustrating to get the spare parts, leave alone the cost of it.
                              Firstly none of the service centre have a replacement belt, they will need at least a month to get this.
                              Secondly, the price of the belt is half the price of the watch.
                              This experience with a ceramic watch is very frustrating.

                              Had a chat with the customer service, got a response that it is standard procedure to order a belt from bangalore f one is not available at the store, will take 15 days.
                              1. Customer support does not have the price for the belt
                              2. Need to visit a store to get the belt replaced.
                              3. Cannot order a strap online to get the watch fixed

                              This is terrible given the titan brand name. One should expect the parts and price for the part be available and not to be left at the mercy of retailers, who do not have a time frame for the resolution and neither they have a guarantee for the resolution. This watch is a headache from maintenance view, for any small problem you are left with no option but to run to and fro between customer care and titan dealership.

                              I think throwing away this watch is a really good option !!

                                I had purchased diamond ring (18kt finger ring, variant no. 501050fejnaa02) dated 28 feb 2009. The invoice no. Is tio/cm/7353

                                Just few days back the diamond came off from the ring, and we could not locate it. I did visit the store at borivali west and met nisha, the customer service manager. However they did not take any responsibility of this issue. They claimed that due to usage for so many years, the gold prongs have rusted and hence the diamond have fallen off.

                                  Greetings!

                                  I was having a ghs account of the subject number in my name with tanishq camac street, kolkata branch for an amount of rs. 2, 000/- per month. The scheme must have matured in the month of september, 2017. I was supposed to buy jewellery worth rs. 21, 500/- (My contribution + tanishq return). With the intention of availing of the same, i had visited the store yesterday evening. I was kept waiting for quite sometime when the person who was attending me (Mr. Trivedi) checked the system with my account number. After about 30 minutes mr. Trivedi told me to go and select a jewellery of my choice while he gets the paper work completed so that while waiting, the choice could be made. I went forward and chose a pair of ear ring costing about rs. 27, 300/- and requested for final billing enabling me to pay the extra money incurred over and above the scheme amount.

                                  I was then kept waiting for more 30 minutes and then on my reminding mr. Trivedi to hasten up my billing, he went up to check and then after about 10 – 15 minutes came back to say that my account cannot be settled with a purchase as refund has already been processed and the tanishq contribution amount of rs. 1, 500/- shall be given to me in the form of a voucher and my contribution of rs. 20, 000/- shall be sent back to me by a cheque. I was surprised as no communication to this effect was ever made to me from tanishq informing me about this. I asked mr. Trivedi to which he had no answer.

                                  I wasted my good 1.5 hours time at the store, selected a product and then was given to understand this. I left the store and within a couple of minutes received a call from the store saying that there has been a miscommunication and my account is open and i can come and buy the jewellery.

                                  The above was an example of serious mismanagement & unprofessionalism and at the same time an insult to a customer that even after selecting a product, she was refused to be sold that mentioning my scheme money is in refund process and then after wasting a considerable time, to re-communicate that it was an error hence i should come back to get the product and encash my scheme.

                                  I was very disturbed by the above and demand an explanation to this behaviour.

                                  At the same time, would request you to please refund my money (Along with an interest) asap into my account, details of which are furnished below :

                                    Having titan steel case watch which about 3 years old (Sentimentally it is important for me to retain that watch) it has dial fading / stain issue in recent times. I am shocked to hear that they (Chennai pondy bazaar direct outlet) need 15 days time for the same. Was not able understand whether is was such critical to replace a dial? If so, why they are in watch business? How come they expect the customers to go without watch for 15 days time? Is it fair to say such lethargic reply. They don't have customer friendly service attitude. Beware of buying titan products. It must be use and throw product. Not serviceable

                                      I have given a fastrack watch for glass replacement as it got broken... But they told it is taking time to receive the order made for glass from titan... And service cannot be made as expected... How much time is needed for titan service centers to change a glass stuff... And also they added that for watches that are purchased online doesn't come under warranty... And what kind of policy is this for the titan service center's to do with.??

                                        I bought a diamond nose ring for my mother from tanishq on 12-nov-2017. Within a week its screw broke during night and the nose ring was found luckily on bed next day. I dont understand how can this happen with a brand new product. Now i have given this to the showroom for repairing (Ccaf no. Aga1700974). And it is written that i'll be charged for repairing. First of all you people charge 10% making charges and for the poor making service you are taking repairing charge. Seriously disappointed with tanishq.
