Fir maine repair ke liye diya to unhone 30 days bad repair kr ke diya. Abhi 16 feb ko fir tut gya. Ab jb ma apke kanpur bithana road ke store ma gyi to unhone kha ki ye repair ni hoga ni hoga ap chain change kr lo ye bhot week ha ye kya tarika ha jb vo product itna hi bekar tha to apne ise store ma kyu rakha.

    The staff and manager misbehaved with me my mother was shopping on another floor and they asked me to vacate the chair and keep my purse in their deposit box... It's a bad experience shopping here.

    People who are managing your stores spoke to me in a threatening way insulting me in front of everyone. I very disappointed and will never buy anything from this brand.

      I Have purchased one Spectacle from Titan Showroom at Serampore, Hooghly, WB, India.
      But the Spectacle is defective. I can not see properly. Last Monday (19.02.18) I lodged a complaint and returned my spectacle to Titan showroom.
      They told that they will call within two days, but after 4 days no response from their end.
      Requesting to arrange a spectacle for my with accurate power as I can see properly.

      I purchased watch in July 17 with ICICI credit card nd was suppose to receive Cashback in October17. I logged a complaint regarding same with ICici and Titan but everytime they blame each other and It's been more than 3 months but issue has not been resolved yet.

        Today i replaced a watch battery in your chennai, vadapalani showroom, bangalore. The cost of replacing the battery is inr 390/- (Cost of battery is inr 95/-, service charge is inr 250/- and gst is inr 45/-). Thia is fleecing of a customer. The time taken to replace the battery was less than 60 seconds but the service charge is 4 times of the battery cost!! This is day light robbery. How can you charge 4 times of a product cost, for a mere battery replacement which takes less than a minute as time? What is the logic behind such exorbhitant cost? Can you respond immediately to me. Appreciate your immediate response.

          exorbitant cost for replacing a battery

          Today i replaced battery for. My titan watch. The cost of battery replacement is inr 355/-. The breakup is battery cost 60/-, service charge is inr 250/- and gst is inr 45/-. I'm surprised to see the service charge is more than 4 times of the battery cost. The time taken to replace this battery was less than 60 sec. How do you justify such exorbhitant cost?? Is this fair on titan's part to fleece a customer with such cost? Can i know the...

          Dear sir/mam,
          This is with regards to tanishq store - kormangala - bangalore.
          I made a purchase from tanishq under gold exchange plan on 14th jan 2018. During the purchase they took my old gold chain melted it and the value given for change was rs. 54142/- after assurance and confirmation from there end i deposited the amount (Of old chain) and submitted the melted gold to them and given order for new chain and new design. While taking an order they confirmed that new chain with new design will be delivered on or before 29th jan 2018. On 27th a sales executive called me and mentioned that they cannot create chain with new design. After his confirmation i went for an refund on 28th jan where in at first they resisted to give me refund they were asking to to buy any other product or block the amount and purchase any time later. After too much of arguments they told me that they can try for refund but cannot assure on this. After 1 week i got a call from showroom they the will initiate my refund and for that i need to submit one cancelled cheque, adhaar card copy & a for with my signature i again visited them and submitted all the documents on 13th of feb 2018. They assured me that they will refund my amount in next 2 days. But its already 21st of feb today and i have not yet received my refund. They are playing around by not picking up calls (Mobile) also the landline numbers are not active.
          Please help asap as this is a very big amount also after they only that thy can create a new chain i gave my old gold chain to melt and now we don't have anything and they are giving my refund also.
          Find below the summary of the issue:
          1. After the confirmed about the new design i melted old chain.
          2. Order confirmation and old metled gold was submitted with an assurance of new one. Attached image confirms about modifications.
          3. After 13 days when i called they said they will get back to me about the product status. Then after a day they told it is not possible.
          4. There was no communication from anyone in between i was the one who was calling and asking for an update.
          5. When i asked for refund they created lots of hussle.
          6. Even now my refund is not done and they are not picking up calls.

            Myself disha chauhan bought a ring from mia collection just 5 days back for my very important occasion of wedding anniversary... To my great shock the big stone of the ring came out of it and fell down without any accident on the very next day i wear it...😡😡😡it just ruined my mood and my occasion completely... And the surprising thing is this is the ring which charged more than 5000 for its making charge... Highly disappointed with the quality...

              We had received this order on 2nd jan 2018 from titan estore and requested for item to be returned on jan 3rd 2018, as we were not happy with the item.

              Since then, we have been following up on the pickup status. More than one and half month since then. Every time we call customer care, they have a different reason to tell and a one week later date is given. We have followed at least 20 times and it has been a waste of time, with no proper solution.

                I'm dr sujai from alleppey kerala.
                We have a titan showroom named popy pendulam here at alleppey town.
                The problem is with their after sales service and service charges. I have gave them two watches for service last october and i got them back today only after 5 months. And also about the service charge.. My one watch needs only battery change and it worth only 50rs locally... But it costed around 450 rs... 50 for battery and 392 as service charge... I can share you the bill... Total 1600 for two watch's service... I gave them to you as i bought from you only... If i gave it to a local service man it costs only 200rs and one hour only... 5 months and 1600 rs...:-:-:- (

But till date i have not received the same. I talked many times to HDFC CUSTOMER CARE. They told me to get the propf from tanishq showroom. Please help me on the matter and provide me alternate way.

                    I enrolled to tanishq gold chit scheme on the advice of one of the staff of tanishq outlet at ghod dod road, who apprised me on enrolling that after completion of the 10 month gold chit scheme and if i wait for another 3 months from the completion date, i would be rewarded with handsome bonus amount in addition to the chit amount which i can use for purchase of gold from tanishq.

                    Accordingly, i enrolled for rs.5000.00 a month scheme on 22/02/17 and i completed the scheme in nov.17. As told by them earlier, i waited for another 3 months and on 14/02/18 i visted tanishq for purchase of gold. I was shocked to know that i was given only rs 3600.00 as bonus amount against my gold chit for almost one year. Even other jewellery shops are given atleast one month chit amount as extra on completion of 11 months chit. I really consider the bonus amount offered by tanishq as ridiculous.

                    Luckily there was a scheme of 10% discount offered by amex on tanishq and purchased my jewells through amex for about rs.83000.00 and i got discount of rs.7500.00 on the spot.

                    I really advise consumers who are willing to avail gold chit scheme with tanishq as utter waste of time and money and better to keep away from tanishq as they are charging more on making charges also.

                    I am giving below all the relevant details in support of my complaint for your reference:

                    When Tanishq staff invited me above enrollment, they apprised me that the chit will be for a period of 10 months, however, after completion of 10 months, if I wait for another 3 months, I would be getting a handsome bonus in addition to the eligible bonus applicable for 10 months period.

                    Accordingly, I waited for 3 more months after completion of my 10 months Chit scheme (Chit completed in Nov.2017) and I visited Tanishq, Ghod Dod Branch, Surat, Gujarat in the third week of Feb. 2018) with a expectation to get a handsome bonus amount in addition to my Chit amount. However, I was shocked to note that I was being given a mere Rs.3643.00 for entire period, that is for 1 year. It is really ridiculous that I am not even getting one month chit amount as bonus even after 1 year from Tanishq whereas other jewellers offer 1 month as bonus after completion of 11 months chit.

                    If Tanishq is not giving one month chit amount as bonus, why your staff asked me to wait till completion of 12 months while enrolling my account? I would not have availed your chit if that was the fact!

                    In additon, no kind of discounts (even no discounts on the making charges which is extended to your prevailing customers) discount was offered to me when I purchased jewellery for about Rs.85, 000.00 on 14/02/2018 by your Branch Manager (Ghod Dod Branch, Surat, Gujarat).

                    Please let me know the bonus amount I will be getting for my chit as on today for purchase of jewellery, if your bonus amount is not worthy, then I will request refund of my chit amount.

                    In that case, I will take my grievance to all the relevant forums for keeping aware of these issue to other customer who may be willing to join your Gold Chit.

                      I am a big fan of titan brand, all my watches for me and my family members are from titan. I have obaku, tommy, raga, zoop all in my home. My number one preference is titan.

                      Titan obaku experience is very bad. I had bought this watch in 2012, within a year i had to replace the strap. I have three other watches, use this one or twice a week. Please note this is a rs. 10, 000/-+ watch. The new strap also got spoiled in 2016, since then i have been searching for the same, i have visited more than six titan exclusive showrooms and many other multibrand showrooms to get the strap replaced. Many have attemted to order it and get the strap for me, but all have given same feedback that, model is stopped dont have the strap.

                        I had bought wedding couple (Black colour) watch on 18/6/17 from titan t nagar shoowroom and gifted to my newly wed daughter and son in law. My daughters watch stopped working and handed over to titan serv center at 45, medavakkam main road on 13-1-18.
                        I am using many titan watched for many years. This problem in the watch that too for my newly wed daughter pains me a lot.in addition service person at this center is discourteous which is adding further fuel. As a whole this experience is too bad for me and my wife as parents. Do not know what way this message will help us. But we have done our duty of taking it up with the trusted company. But unfortunate i m that i trust them blindly to the tata group and i ve to miss my bus to another city for work due to delay service...                             It is very displeasure to mention that the working staff showed anger and aggressive mode when i sat near by to repair my titan watch. Such ill manner will not only lose faith on titan but also will not step to purchase titan watch in the future ever. The shop is located in christian basti in guwahati.                               I received a gift from my friend who lives in Kolkata - I opened the box in Bangalore and I see its a Titan Raga watch model number NK9938KM01. It is a bangle watch and my wrist is very thin. the next thing is do is see the warranty card date of purchase is 31 January 2018. I immediately rushed to world of titan only to hear that they do not exchange their products in other stores. Still I pursue and they gave me a help desk email id and I mailed them. Received a similar response and called customer care- [protected]. The customer care suggested that I call the store in Kolkata from where the product has been purchased. I called the Taratala (Kolkata) World of Titan -[protected] and I was amazed and surprised with their behaviour. On the call I was trying to explain the situation to 3 different person that if I could return the product via a good courier and in return I could get a gift card to which they directly said NO, instead I was asked to visit the store. Being in Bangalore either I book a flight ticket just to exchange the product or throw the gift away because of Titan's good support.

Obviously Titian would not be giving me the cost of my flight tickets. Is it too difficult for a big company like Titan? I feel unfortunate for my friend who has spend the amount and gifted me the watch. Titan is probably only concerned about selling and not on customer satisfaction. I want to remind Titan that it is no longer 1980's India has many other brands next time I will myself not enter any World of Titan or suggest any one to buy a Titan

                                I visited world of titan showroom in kalakaar street, kolkata, west bengal.
                                The battery costed 60 rupees and labour charges were 295 rupees. I was charged 350 in total. The labour charge were not informed initially.

                                Also, same battery was replaced (For another watch) at world of titan, b. T road kolkata, west bengal. And i was charged 200 rupees.

                                I would like to understand why there is so much difference in changing the same battery between two showrooms. Also why so much labour charge in replacing a battery worth 60 rupees.

                                I would like to get a possible refund.

                                  I contacted the service center attached to world of titan show room at 1/1c, anusham plaza, by-pass road, udumalpet 6412128, yesterday evening for replacement of the cell for my watch titan 447yab. The service man was not available. The girl at the showroom took the watch. I asked for some slip of identity which was not given. I went back to collect the watch today. Rs 210 was charged. I felt it to be slightly on the higher side. I asked for a receipt for the amount for which the girl said that there is no need for a receipt. I had been using titan service center at db road rs puram, coimbatore for well over 20 years. I had always been given a valid receipt for any transaction. I had always felt that the service center at coimbatore was following all ethical practices.
                                  The way things were done at your udumalaipettai show room is unethical. Kindly look into the same.

                                    Today i went to buy a new strap/belt for my titan watch model no. 924qaa to the authorized service centre of tital at radhabazar in kolkata. They told that the belt for the watch with model no. 924qaa is not available and asked me to buy another steel belt and also the battery needs to be replaced. They told that the new belt will cost rs 540/- and the battery charge will be around rs 90/-. I agreed to that as there was no other option they gave for me. Once they replaced the belt and the battery they charged rs 295 as service charge. Please let me know how can they charge such an exorbitant amount for just replacing the belt and the battery, apart from this they did nothing. Please look into this matter immediately.

                                      gold chain broken issue

                                      A gold chain which is purchased from tanishq pitampura new delhi has been broken two times respectively even without usage. Same has been addressed to showroom. The representative has given the assurance and further repair the same by inhouse team however yesterday it broke again. The total weight of chain is 11 gm (Approx) but it is really not acceptable like tanishq brand.
                                      Please let me know the way forward of the same....
