Well since the first day i have been facing the issue with the titan juxt watch.
I purchased the watch from lifestyle inorbit mall, hyderabad.
Initially the watch had problem with the digital part of it and the battery was not charging. I reached out to the same store and they replaced, then after 10 days o[censored]se (Note: i hardly used that watch for a day or two) i tried charging and surprisingly the same issue came up with more added issue in it well it would stuck at 20 %, also the issue with the connectivity of the watch with the mobile device. (For information i have two device with me an apple iphone 6s and nexus 5x), i'm sure my devices are well updated and are able to be connected to most of wireless/bluetooth devices. I approached again to the same store and they said we are sorry and replaced the watch again, now after 2 to 3 months again the same issues started occuring, and this time i called the customer support.
I really would like to say that titan customer care is one of top worst service in india, my first attempt call went through and disconnected, second attempt call got connected representative said his welcome line and the other second said iam really sorry iam unable to here you clearly and he disconnected the call.
Second day i tried the again to call them this some agent picked up the call and said "i will arrange u a call back within in 24 hours" call ended.
Waited for 72 hours and nothing.
Now tried to take help with email. And the same thing repeated.
Got a reply saying my case is been escalated and will get a call back in 24 hours.
I'm pasting the mail that i got from titan customer care, and what you know got the same mail 3 times, every time i asked for response, here it is please have a look.

I finally lost hope and reached out to titan world gave my watch to them, and was told that it will take 30 days to check the watch and repair, still i gave.
They told me "sir we have completely changed the dial it's a new dial and you will not face any issues, and handed me watch on october 7th, 2017.
And what you know today is 28th november 2017, and the watch is completely dead.
Now the same thing repeats again, called back the customer care, and surprise" i will arrange a call back in 24 hours"this is the response i got.
Warranty on my watch is going to end, and then all i have to do is just throw the watch in trash bin.
I don't understand such a good company has such a poor customer service, well poor is bit good it's pathetic.
Once the warranty on the watch is over, their obvious response will be" sir i'm really sorry we cant help please reach out our out of warranty team they will explain you the charges of the repair, and seriously i cant go through that, cause i waste a lot of buck on this watch and will definitely choose to throw in dustbin rather getting it repaired.
I have already lodged a complain attaching the sr numbers and the copies those mails regarding the issue, to the ministry of electronics and information technology, at least expecting them to help me with the issue.
