This is to bring to your kind notice that your staff - mrs. Sreetama mukherjee of your titan care centre - d. H. Road brach, kolkata has behaved unethically & rudely with me on 16th september '17.
The proceedings which have taken place are:
1. I have changed my watch - (Minute) battery on 20th may'17 - the bill is attached herewith. For this you have confirmed me that 6 month warranty if any problems occurs with the battery.
2. Now today (16th sept'17) when i found that the minute battery is not working i went to the same titan care - d. H. Road branch to check it. They checked it and replaced that battery. During delivery of my watch mrs. Sreetama mukherjee told that i have to pay for it. When i mentioned about 6 month warranty part, she said to me that the last time they have changed the hours battery.
When i objected that it was the minutes battery that have been changed last time, she said that "we do not belief you, we only belief what the engineer says". She argued and behaved very badly during the whole conversation, also when i objected about her behaviour she said "you can complain anywhere you want, i don't care about it, and you have to pay for the battery".
I had to pay for the same battery again, is this the way the brand titan treats their customer. Both the bills are attached below. Waiting for your valuable response.
