I have purchased a sports watch (Model number:77027pp03) from a military cantin store in pune city and since the day i have purchased that watch is not working properly, it usually gets stop after 2 to 3 days. I have also dropped it to the store two times, but they are not doing anything, they kept it for 7 days and did nothing to that, they are not even bothered to repair it. I am very much disappointed by the services that has been given by that titan store. It would have been very good if i would have gone for any other brand. I am regretting my choice of going over a big brand name like a titan.

    I went for battery replacement for my titan watch model no. 1205sda on 14 nov 17 at titan showroom world of titan g5, rg complex, sec-5, dwarka, new delhi-110075, sc code an164, gstin no. 07aaahm2313l17f and was charged rs 355/- for battery change which included rs 60 battery and rs 295 for labour. How can labour charge for battery change be so high. No other service was sought or done except battery change. When questioned on the same, it was told that it was the policy of titan to service the watch along with battery change. Neither did i ask for anything except battery change, nor was anything done by showroom as. I got battery change done in front of me within 5 minutes. The photo of invoice no.       I have purchased a wrist watch from a titan store in db city mall, bhopal, mp, and since the day i have purchased that watch is not working properly, it usually gets stop after every hour or two then starts then stops.         Dear sir,
        Please find the attachment of the bill given from your service centre.
        I had given my titan watch to the indore service centre at orbit mall for battery replacement yesterday
        But they charged me 355 rupees.
        I am very much surpriced that to saw the bill, the battery cost is rs.60/-, but service charges are rs.295/- with out serviceing anything
        Not even the representives are not tell before replcing
        They not even clarifining my doubts regarding this - very worst customer relation in this service centre.

          I am a customer of your jewellery from berhampur, odisha and bhubaneswar also. Now i m residing out of state. Almost each month a get a phone call from your berhampur office over my phone no [protected] for which i get disturbed, each time i request to delete my mobile no so that i do not get disturbed. Today at 03.05 pm i got a call from your mobile no [protected], i requested not to disturbe me. That man attending the mobile ordered me to lodge a complaint which is the only best way according to his suggestion. Please educate your staff attending on said mobile number to behave properly and delete my number from your list so that i do not get disturbed next time.

            I have already logged compliant in this form regarding my watch worst service done by titan company service center and i got call from the service center after again i had handover the watch to titan service center as per their instruction which they had confirmed within 2 days they will find the solution.. But till as of now i didn’t get any solution from them and also they are not picking my phone and not responding my mail.. I have never ever seen this type of worst service from any company …

              I'm a loyal customer of tanishq since long.
              These are a pair of bangles bought from tanishq jodhpur showroom on early november last year... I'm astonished at the making as when i tried today the bangle broke... As seen in picture below.
              I tried it only once and i was really shocked at the poor make of said bangles.
              I would appreciate if you could please suggest an alternative.

                1.in my 2 year old titan wristwatch which started loosing time, for a simple replacement of a button cell costing rs 60/-, i was charged rs 250/- i. E. 416% of the cell cost as labour charge at titan showroom fogla durables ltd, 56 circular road, lalpur, ranchi on 03 november 17.

                2. This 416% as labour charge is unacceptable and tantamounts to unethical trade practice.

                3. No titan authorised service centre in ranchi is replacing the rs 60/- cell without additional rs 250/- labour charge.

                  I have world of titan gift cards worth rs. 5, 000. It's been more 8-10 days i am having it but still its not activated yet. I gone to shop for watch at titan showroom. They said this cards dosent have value until its activated so where my 5, 000 rs. Gone. I tried calling customer care for 100 times but they didn't not have solution. Drooped so mails but don't have any idea to solvey problem. I want to tell everyone, never buy titan gift cards. They are cheaters

                      Hi,

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that your staff - mrs. Sreetama mukherjee of your titan care centre - d. H. Road brach, kolkata has behaved unethically & rudely with me on 16th september '17.

                      The proceedings which have taken place are:

                      1. I have changed my watch - (Minute) battery on 20th may'17 - the bill is attached herewith. For this you have confirmed me that 6 month warranty if any problems occurs with the battery.

                      2. Now today (16th sept'17) when i found that the minute battery is not working i went to the same titan care - d. H. Road branch to check it. They checked it and replaced that battery. During delivery of my watch mrs. Sreetama mukherjee told that i have to pay for it. When i mentioned about 6 month warranty part, she said to me that the last time they have changed the hours battery.

                      When i objected that it was the minutes battery that have been changed last time, she said that "we do not belief you, we only belief what the engineer says". She argued and behaved very badly during the whole conversation, also when i objected about her behaviour she said "you can complain anywhere you want, i don't care about it, and you have to pay for the battery".

                      I had to pay for the same battery again, is this the way the brand titan treats their customer. Both the bills are attached below. Waiting for your valuable response.

                        I have purchased one Swiss Xylys watch from Titan World, M/s Soni power fashion located at Baguiati, Kolkata on 29/10/2017 at around 6:30 PM and on 30/10/17 (Today), I have visited the showroom for exchange the product due to colour of the product. I also want to purchase two other watches against exchange of the same. As per Titan company return and exchange policy, any product can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase and same should not be used.

                        This for your information that I have not used the product till now. But the seller refused to exchange the product . They are showing lots of reason not to exchange.

                          I have purchased sonata watch 13/6/2017 through flip kart and its got anlog machine issue after 3 month, then given the watch for service to the local store at kochi, kerala after they had sent the watch to company.. That service taken around 20 days but now the same problem happens the watch not working yesterday itself.. I am totally disappointed with the service and i need new watch or my money back.. With in 4 month its got problem 2 time and also service taking too much time.. I have raised the compliant before regarding local support is very bad..

                            I had my watch battery changed at park street titan showroom. I was told they would have to service it and it would cost400rs and would take 3 days
                            As i was going out of town i went the next day to get my watch back.
                            They had changed my battery for rs 60 and charged me 239 rs for changing the battery
                            Each time my family members have been there the people there always say that there is some servicing required and make a fat bill. This has happened thrice already. They are fooling the public

                            Today i had purchased titan raga for Rs6996 from Ramanath watches deepa plaza Mangaluru.It informed by the staff there that on purchase above Rs5000 gold coin will be given.but after billing they had not given gold coin as i had made payment through gift vouchers even though my purchase was above Rs.5000.

                              I think titan eye plus have started hiring illiterate and undecent staff.. I just want to tell that eating gutka in front of the customer is very bad thing he was chewing gutka and when i ask any question he goes out and spit and come back and then answers is this way of attending any customers please take strict action against him... Otherwise i will complaint to the ceo... Tata have some standards and these guy named ashish shah (As written on his batch) is making your reputation down... It was the incident of mira road store mumbai...

                              In Vanastalipuram store staff are good they not giving proper response. They taking 6 days for minor repairs. Please rectify problems in that store give good service to customers otherwise close the store.

                                Dear titan,

                                I purchased a watch strap from a titan showroom based in district centre, janakpuri, new delhi. It costed me approx rs 650/-. The watch strap got eroded and lost its radiance very soon as if i had used it for over a year.

                                As per your policies, i am entitled for a exchange within six months of purchase. I approached the showroom regarding the same and showed them the watch strap as well as the online payment transaction in the name of "khyber sales" which they acknowledged to be theirs coz i misplaced the original receipt erroneously. Despite acknowledging their payment receipt dated 24 apr 17, they are refusing the strap exchange.

                                I would request you to look into the matter and my watch strap may please be exchanged at the earliest.

                                  I am a six year old customer with titan. And i have purchased a watch on 1st april 2017 and the glass of the watch is removed automatically (Not broken by my mistake) after five months and i handover the watch in titan watch care centre at pattom, trivandrum and after 40 days it is ready for delivery.

                                  Now they are asking for the cost of the glass, why i should pay? Because the glass is removed automatically (Not broken by us)

                                    Greetings of the day!!!

                                    This is to inform you that, we have purchased titan fragrance - skinn by titan on 11-october-2017 at max stores, dr. A. S. Rao nagar, kapra circle, secunderabad - 500062, telangana.

                                    When we opened the perform, no fragrance was observed. This has been taken to the notice of max stores, to mr. Praveen kumar, who also observed the same. He said he would sort out the issue, but we met him couple of times. Yesterday, i. E. 17-oct-2017 when we met him, he stated that, he had contacted his stores in charge, the vendor who supplied the perform bla bla and will not do anything on the same as per the terms & condition.

                                    Please refer para 1 of terms & condition - which says "merchandise will be ex changed within 30 days from the date of purchase provided the merchandise is unused, intact and in saleable condition and without use of perfumes, with the original product tag and invoice as the proof of purchase."

                                    Refer para above, without opening the seal "how can anyone will come to know about the odor". The rest are adhered to - we tried to reach max for replacement within 30 days of time, we have carried the invoice as proof.

                                    Request you to replace the same and waiting for your early reply.

                                    It is also to inform you that, we are regular customer to max at a. S. Rao nager stores and we are being treated like this.

                                      I am dr satish karoli, i had been purchased one watch in hanuman watch centre, belagavi it's cost around 13000 but they told that offer is 30 %. There in store they displayed for purchase of 4999 rupees 22kt gold coin... I didn't getting which offer. But i didn't received any coin. I asked about coin they told that only 30 % off is there. Thats it. So what was the offer in that show room during that day. And i confirmed through other stores they told that gold offer is there. Custmer care service also a called they ll be telling that offer is for online purchase only. Why like this? Different different offers???

                                        I purchased a titan raga watch just before 2days before 30%off discount offer was made. I had asked him if some offers are there for diwali festival but showroom giys denied. Not got any offer and bought watch without any discount and paid rs7249. Later the same watch is kept for seeling at 30%off as 5249. Im extremely irritated for this kind of customer service. If the showroom would definitely know that tomo there is 30%off offer for all titan watches. Why was it hidden??
