The staff at tanishq jamnagar showroom is irresponsible towards customer care. They just lure the public to join in the monthly schemes, etc. By fooling the public by giving false information of benefits. Later, during the maturity of the schemes, the benefit is almost zero or negligible. Also, after receipt of payments / cheque clearances, they don't even bother to inform the customer to get the material collected.

    I wish to inform that i have approach the thiru associates, world of titan, 12 g kma complex, ram nagar, by pass road, madurai 625016, ph[protected] on 06/08/2017 to replace battery for my watch. They have charged a sum of rs.60 for the cost of battery with relvant tax, in addition to that they raised a sum of rs.250 (With service tax) towards labour charges. I had asked to repalce battery only. They would not told me any thing about this transaction and right rayally claimed a sum of rs.355 towards replacement of battery

    I visited world of Titan in Kalakaar street Kolkata West Bengal, to get my watch battery replaced.
    The battery charge is rupees 60 but the labour charges were 295. Which was not informed initially. I was charged rupees 350 for getting a battery replaced which is just 60 rupees.
    I would like to understand this and a possible refund amount.

        Got 1 pair of spectacles made from Bangalore Whitefield branch last year. Upon receiving them i was not comfortable with the lenses. I informed the guys in the shop about the issue, they asked me to wear it for some weeks and said that "wear it for a few weeks your eyes will adjust". But, this did not happen. Upon checking with my doctor, due to unclear vision, he told me that the centeration is wrong. The glasses were not made correctly. (Note- I have very high power so centeration is very important, you should be knowing this, being a spectacle company)

        Then i went back to the shop, but they told me they cant do anything now as many weeks have passed. Nice trick i must say. So I have been using them only. I got my power checked last month (June 17) and found that my power has increased. This was very surprising as my power has been constant for almost 5 years. (MAYBE DUE TO WEARING WRONG SPECS, I Blame you Titan Eye guys for this)

        Inspite of my bad experience last time, I still went to get Titan Eye Plus store to get a new pair made, this was my mistake.

        I gave my new specs to be made at one of your Mumbai branches. They got it made in 2 days. But there was a unique problem this time. Never in my 20 years of wearing specs has this problem occurred. the lens was sitting outside the frame. The cutting was horrible. This finishing was horrendous. When i informed the lady in the store, she tried to convince me that everything is correct. What gall she had, to tell me that such a badly cut lens was acceptable. But eventually, she admitted the mistake and agreed to get it made once more.

        Now the waiting period begins, it almost took 1 week for them to make my specs ready. This time upon inspection, I find that the shape of the frame is tampered with, there is a very evident gap between the arms of the specs and the frame. I have pics i[censored] want. Then again she tried to give some explanations that it is ok and what not. She says it was there from before, etc etc. Really pathetic service, seriously. The whole look and feel of the frame were destroyed.

        Really dissatisfied with your service. Pathetic.

        2035 moment which is used in fastrack is not good . It is not repairable . Kindly replace the with 2030 moment and 7100 moment .

          Hi Titan Customer Care,
          I had purchased Titan watch 3 years back and recently I went to Titan Store for Cell replacement, I was told that charges will be Rs. 400. I gave permission as I thought that cell cost will be high. When I received itemised bill and saw that cell only costs 90 rupees but Rs Service Charges +Services Tax makes approx 300. I asked by they have not informed me about the high service charges as this is highly unacceptable. They said in a very innocent voice that we just put things into system and system generates the bill. I asked them to remove the new cell and refund my amount and they did the same. Now my question is what should I do with the watch as the cell is not there and it is just a piece of crap.
          Look like Titan Company discourage customer to buy their products by putting unnecessary service charges and all.

            I was loyal customer of titan till i bought a watch at watch square
            Ambattur to my son on 7th may 2017. My son waited almost 2 years to buy a valuable gift from me. But watch stopped working in couple months. Then i gave my watch for service at watch square ambattur on 5th july 2017 job
            Number jo[protected]. They have assured of delivery by 5th august. I
            Have also followed them on 25th july, but brand like titan is taking more
            Than 1 month for service brand new watch...
            Today -8th aug, when i came to inquiry about my watch even titan
            Representative his asking me more time till 14th august...
            After buying a product customer should not be given long waiting period for doing service, which is not acceptable for not taking proper action...
            Really i feel bad for poor response from titan brand...

            In inefficiency of titan team and follow up worst. Even for customer

              This is to bring to your notice that i am a loyal customer of titan watches and have been buying a lot of watches from the titan showroom of shyambazar branch. This year 2017 july... I visited the branch and enquired of any upcoming sale... The sale executive rudely said that she wasn't aware of this. Whereas in 3 days sale was notified. I went to the store again in august and bought a watch while buying i also looked for perfumes. Not only no one wanted to wait on me i was aghast to find out that there was a discount on the second purchase on the same bill which they took out with out informing me of the discount and and i paid full amount for the second purchase. They were rude and behaved in a way that they don't care about the customer satisfaction. Is this happening because now titan is associated with quality and they don't need to treat their customers well?

                I purchased eye spectacles with panorma lenses & silhouette frame vide invoice no bhu0022731 dt 18.12.2015 in which cost of lenses was rs 20095/.in spite of taken all precautions. After one & half yr lenses become damaged with scratches due to poor quality of lenses.
                I am ur valuable customer and always purchase eye spectacles suggested by ur company sales officials while defective of such a costly lenses shows poor quality of lenses.
                It is requested that my old records of purchasing lenses & frames may be checked with mobile no [protected]. And gwalior show room may be advised for replacement with some nominal charges. Thanks

                  I have purchased one fastrack watch on 10/11/2016 from the souvenir india pvt. Ltd (Titan showroom) which is located at mission street, puducherry. Also i have paid the watch cost of rs.2900/-. Further that watch has the stainless steel chain and body. But after the six month o[censored]sage the ss coating at the back side of the body was peeling off. So my skin was getting irritated and there is some infection was occur. So i wet to the titan showroom which i said above and asking them for warranty claim. But after the change of body of the watch they asking to pay for the spare parts cost. I don't know what is point of they thinking and why they refusing to claim warranty for the product even i have extended guarantee card. Kindly help me to resolve this problem and i need to get my product under warranty. As a genuine customer of titan i am really disappointed with this issue. I'm not ready to pay even single rupee. Kindly do the needful. Thanks...!!!

When we saw the product after purchased the manufacturing fault on goggle. When i talk with shopkeeper then he said that this fault is available in all goggle so we can't exchange.                       I am unable to find a replacement strap for this watch as it appears that you have discontinued this product. Pleas help me find a replacement strap, i purchased this watch 2 years ago. The local titan service center people said that they do not have the replacement strap and that they will replace it. I do not want this watch replaced and instead i want a replacement strap, kindly help.

                        I have purchased a titan watch on date 23.11.2016. After a few days, the watch wasn't running properly. Initially, it was running slow, then stop functioning. Also, a color of strap gets damaged. Every weekend i visit the service center and they put me on hold. Sevice provider doesn't even pick-up the call and giving any information properly. Really really bad service and product too. I will never buy again titan brand.

                          I got a scratch in my eyeglasses provided by titan eye plus store indiranagar, but when i asked for the replacement, it was told that it was a physical damage so it cant be replaced. I payed and reordered it again but after but the thickness was uneven in both the glasses (One was smaller and one was bigger) and when i told them about it, at first they told me to use it like that only. I kept getting strain in my eyes due to that and asked them for replacement again. Now its been 6 days and they are delaying the process even more even when i had told them that it is urgent and i am getting issues in my eyes.

                            My parents are buying gold from tanishq for a long time and this is the first time i went with them. We though about starting some shopping for my marriage. Therefore, we went to the bowbazar shop. I had a good feeling about this brand but after this visit all my respect and believe from this brand is gone.

                            We ordered a certain design of bangle (A fence kind of design with alternate silver colour nodes) which other buyer had purchased. The silver designs of that bangle which we saw there in the shop was very bright and of good finishing. So we liked it and ordered a new one as that one was already purchased.

                            The final product was not very good in terms of finishing. Most of those silver paints in the alternate nodes were fade and poor looking low quality as well as half finished. After just one time use (In a wedding reception) the silver painting was all gone. We approached the shop in bowbazar and they said that it is just a silver painting and it will go away with rough use. I don't know what kind of rough use they are referring. What kind of rough work one can do in an invitation of marriage reception? If a design will just evaporate in other atmosphere and with minimum rubbing with other hand or cloths, then what kind of design it is? I can repaint it every time with my poster colour collection. I don't need to go for a over hyped brand like "tanishq" for it. For this piece of jewelry am i supposed to keep it in a glass box in a locker?

                            Whatever, after an argument they agreed to redo the silver "meena". And i have posted the picture of final product. The finishing is sooooo bad. They take a huge making charge but products are trash like this. When my mother gave me the bangle after the retouch process i can clearly see that the silver color is leaving stain in my fingers. I have just touched it lightly. I am 100% positive that the color will go away with max 2-3 use.

                            My parents deposits some amount there in tanishq and they exchange it for a piece of jewelry every now and then. But, after this incident they are very disappointing and i don't think they will ever return there. I on the other hand am very angry with the product and service as it was my 1st experience with them. Such a low quality employee who only focus on one time gain, but they forget that they are going to loose the customer for ever. Such a poor quality of design and finishing of product. Even the local shops can deliver better than this.

                              I have purchased a zoop wrist watch for my daughter on 05.04.2017. The model no. Is. Nec4008pp01 at kolkata. After a few days the watch is not running properly. Initially it was running slow, then stop functioning. I have already gone to titane world for three times for the servicing. Every time keeping for 2-3days they returned the watch. Last time i have gone to service centre at gariahat titane world on 14.07.2017 and again the watch is running slow for one hour. Last time it was told by the service center that the watch will run properly. But again it is not working properly. It is nothing but harassment. As i am an ordinary citizen of india, you are harnessing me, because i am not a vip or don. I am requested the service person to repair the watch properly, but they are not hearing me. What shall i do now? After one year the warrenty will over and you i am force to purchase another watch? Please do the needful regarding this matter. As a reputed company i shall expect good things from you. Thanks.

                                I bought a gold chain (Rhodium polish) worth rs. 19, 000/- from tanishq store located at sec-18, noida in 2013. When i went to exchange it under the old gold exchange scheme in the month of june 2017, i was astonished when the tansihq staff informed that the chain is artificial. The staff was able to easily locate purchase details but insisted that it was not gold.

                                  Order i'd:ec00198697. I had ordered said jewelry worth rs 25000. But i have been looted of my hard earned money.. Firstly i got a call from tanishq (Titan) saying they are cancelling my order as they are not able to deliver (Call. Y me bhanu). However i got a big shock when i came to know that titan said that item is delivered. On further checking, forge signs were found on the delivery receipt. I requested them to chk the authenticity of signature which is completely fake. However i m still struggling to get my money back despite calling more than 100 times.                                     I get bad service from titan service center because key switch of my titan (Model 9348kca) watch is not available in service centres..3 or more months i will not use my watch now it causes fogg on the glass and battery is dead. I bought this watch at high price. There is no response and im worried about that. I need solution from titan company. Warranty paper is lost but im ready to pay this switch key.

Today i went to deposit my monthly installment at your showroom that time i enquired that may i close this account. One of your showroom girl and cashier told me you can not do so and if want to close don't deposit and after 10 month onlyyou can take your money back. I told him and her that tanishq representative informed me this account can be closed any time but they told me to come after 10 month and refused my proposal. I didn't deposit my installment due to their wrong communication coz if in future any how i need money i can't my money back from your side. Then i talk to your manager then he told me i can take my money back any time without interest. Then i told about previous matter but he took favour of cashier and girl. So my complaint is about girls and cashier who misbehaved me by giving wrong information.

                                        I visited world of titan which is an authorised shop in akola city. As being an authorised service centre i went there to repair my daddy's watch. As a memory of my dad this watch always had a special place in my heart. But after a long period o[censored]se it stoped working. So i went to repair it as akola is a very small city i could easily locate an service centre. So i reached there with great enthusiasm after walking in the shop. I went to the owner and told him the problem. He called a guy and hand over the watch to him. After few minutes he called me. He told me that he had replaced a new battery. I asked him what is the cost of repairs but instead of telling me the price he directly handed me a bill of rs 178. On the bill it was clearly mentioned rs 60 for battery. But seeing the labour charge i was shocked it was 117rs. But i did not argue and gave him the money and left the shop after 4hours the watch automatic stopped working. I went back to the shop to tell my problem but instead of solving my problem the staff started to argue with me he did not even listen to my problems even the shopkeeper was arguing with me. Finally i was helpless and had to face a loss of 178 rs. But after that moment i made a decision never to visit and buy any product of titan.
