Got 1 pair of spectacles made from Bangalore Whitefield branch last year. Upon receiving them i was not comfortable with the lenses. I informed the guys in the shop about the issue, they asked me to wear it for some weeks and said that "wear it for a few weeks your eyes will adjust". But, this did not happen. Upon checking with my doctor, due to unclear vision, he told me that the centeration is wrong. The glasses were not made correctly. (Note- I have very high power so centeration is very important, you should be knowing this, being a spectacle company)
Then i went back to the shop, but they told me they cant do anything now as many weeks have passed. Nice trick i must say. So I have been using them only. I got my power checked last month (June 17) and found that my power has increased. This was very surprising as my power has been constant for almost 5 years. (MAYBE DUE TO WEARING WRONG SPECS, I Blame you Titan Eye guys for this)
Inspite of my bad experience last time, I still went to get Titan Eye Plus store to get a new pair made, this was my mistake.
I gave my new specs to be made at one of your Mumbai branches. They got it made in 2 days. But there was a unique problem this time. Never in my 20 years of wearing specs has this problem occurred. the lens was sitting outside the frame. The cutting was horrible. This finishing was horrendous. When i informed the lady in the store, she tried to convince me that everything is correct. What gall she had, to tell me that such a badly cut lens was acceptable. But eventually, she admitted the mistake and agreed to get it made once more.
Now the waiting period begins, it almost took 1 week for them to make my specs ready. This time upon inspection, I find that the shape of the frame is tampered with, there is a very evident gap between the arms of the specs and the frame. I have pics i[censored] want. Then again she tried to give some explanations that it is ok and what not. She says it was there from before, etc etc. Really pathetic service, seriously. The whole look and feel of the frame were destroyed.
Really dissatisfied with your service. Pathetic.

I visited world of Titan in Kalakaar street Kolkata West Bengal, to get my watch battery replaced.
The battery charge is rupees 60 but the labour charges were 295. Which was not informed initially. I was charged rupees 350 for getting a battery replaced which is just 60 rupees.
I would like to understand this and a possible refund amount.
