Hi,
I'm writing this email with regards to a titan juxt I had purchased Feb 2016. I had issues with the watch from the day I had purchased I'm facing the following issues :
1. The process of pairing juxt with IPhone 5s is a complicated process.
2. The battery backup of watch is just 1.5 days, where as the company claims to be 5 days.
3. I had a issue with the hour hand of the watch, i.e the time was not displaying correctly. For eg if the time is 5PM, hour hand of the watch use to be somewhere in between 4 and 5. Which is raliclous as I brought a watch paying 18000 and it's shows me wrong time?. I gave watch for service at titan showroom and they kept the watch for 30 days. I got the the issue rectified and received the watch after 30 days, service centre claimed that they have replaced the dail with a new one.
4. After one day o[censored]se I realised the battery of the watch is draining faster than it use to be, I gave the watch again and this time again it took 30 days.
5. After a week o[censored]se age again the needle started showing wrong time, I'm totally fed up with the watch.
Now after all this I went to showroom and asked refund my money as Im not at satisfied with the watch and titan service. They gave a excuses that I need to take back the watch from where I purchased it, I had to take the watch to New Bel road, Bangalore. There they asked me receipt for all service I have done till now, when I checked with the service centre they said that it will be available in there system no need to show any reciept. Finally they took my watch and they have told me that I will get a call in 30 days. I would like for a refund as I don't want to use such useless watch. Until today I have not got any call nor my watch. Attached copy of my service bill.
I had called service centre couple of times but there was no proper response.
Can you please tell me how to get a solution to this issue.
I don't need a replacement I request to refund my money.
Kindly give a solution asap.
