After follow up a lots of times still no one has contact me . Evert time says that we are working on it.

    This is Gladstone Dsouza, i purchased a titan ladies watch worth INR 6300 this evening. To my surprise i receive a watch that is not working, i went back the store and got the battery changed, it hardly worked for 5 mins and stopped again. On calling the store they told me that we will replace it tomorrow but we cant guarantee the time. I cant trust them anymore i urge for a immediate refund. In the first place how could they keep a defected brand unit for sale. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and i am not accepting any watch from that particular store.

      I purchased watch model no 9824ym01 on[protected] at dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam branch.in that 20 stones had gone. I submitted to the service center for stones on[protected]. He given estimated time on[protected]. On today there is change in in my watch, with same condition. He simply says replace the watch by cost of rs.1049/-. But no service. Is the company giving the service or not. Company opened the service center or advising center?.. So please do justice any make repair to my watch...

Today afternoon purchased item of my choice at your outfit at G-2, Krishna Plaza, sector-11, Pocket-4, Dwarka, New Delhi vide Retail Invoice DWR/CM/5953 dated 01/10/2016 for Rs. 77, 486/33 & paid Rs. 45, 374/- whereas it should have been Rs.45, 073/ as under:-

        Less my deposit Rs. 30, 000.00
        Less Discount Rs. 2, 250.00
        Taxable amount Rs.45, 236.00

        ISSUE: The amount of my deposit & discount offered should have been reduced from the Product value, whereas it also stands taxed. To my mind this is not correct. Please examine & be fair to the customers.

          I have a titan gold bangle type watch though purchased a few years back which i hardly wore or used and i had kept in the bank locker with a brand new look. Now i desired to use the same and took the watch to titan show room on the pondy bazaar, chennai around 17th august and the battery changed and wore it for a couple of days and left it at my residence in safe custody as i had to go to delhi. Then i returned to chennai on the 11th september and found the watch running slowly. As i had to travel to my native place i could not take it to the service immediately. On return, i sent it through my daughter to check the battery on 16th september evening as i was busy. My daughter sitting in the car sent the watch through my driver who took it to your service attached to pondy bazaar show room. A technician attended to the same and gave the watch back to my driver putting the same in the same box in which i had sent. When my daughter handed it over to me, i was shocked to find that it had totally gone out of shape. Neither my driver or my daughter had not noticed the damage caused to the watch as it was put in the box and given to him. I could not immediately take it to the show room as the next day morning i left for delhi on work and returned to chennai only on saturday 24 september. I took the watch to the show room to show to them and give a complaint to the manager yesterday, 26th september. The manager was not there and show room assistant enquired what was the matter. I showed him the watch and explained what had happened. He requested me to be seated in the ground floor and said he will go and bring the technician who attended on the watch. I specifically told him that i had come only to complain and that i will get it repaired outside with a jeweller. As he did not return for long, i asked other assiatants and no one reacted. Hence i went up. At the same time the manager had also entered. On reaching the service floor, the person who had taken the watch after great hesitation and on my insistence brought the watch back and i was shocked to find that they had further damaged it and had made out of shape and cracks had developed, probably in their attempt to set right the same. This very much annoyed me and i asked the assistant why did he give the watch to the technician when i had specifically instructed him not to meddle with it and i will get it repaired outside. At this three more shop people and the manger came there and tried to justify saying they did not do anything. The manager was not even willing to listen to what i wanted to say and was only protecting the staff. No one was concerned about the great damage caused to the watch and maintained that they would not have done. More than the damage, callous manner and attitude shown to a customer was so disgusting. There was no respect any i received from the staff. Everyone shouted at me. I am a respectful and well know lawyer and have always been a good patron of titan as i don't go in for any other brand. I attach so much sentiments for that watch as it was presented to me by my daughter on a special occasion. I remeber it to have been purchased at tanishq show room. I am much distressed by the way my watch was handled by your service centre and they have made it beyond repair. I request you to take this complaint and help me get proper justice. I am keeping the watch as it is for you to assess the damage caused yesterday. I can even send a photo of the same if required.

            I bought one RS 8500 watch in titan show room 2014. same year it became out of order. the Tnager Zimsom after sending watch to Bangalore they asked me to take another watch of same price.

            now within a year the new watch is not working.

            my new titan edge dial 15 line marker came of out

            I was told we cannot do any work in the dial. what will be the solution

              I visited a world of Titan showroom today. Battery was drained actually, so he replace d with new battery. The amount he charged for that is Rs.96 viz. 38.60 for battery, and remaining for tax and delivery charges.This is totally unfair Rs. 58 for tax and delivery.Its more than the battery charge.I want you to take strict action against the fraud done to me.

                I have brought a fastrack watch at Time Mart, Coimbatore on 24/7/2016; model number: 9462AP01, after a week later I have experienced damage in strap (like a cut-through) later I have check out issue with the shop (Time Mart), they are not giving correct response and saying guarantee and replacement are not eligible for straps.

                Worst quality of strap and irresponsible attitude of the outlet shopkeepers. Bad impression to Titan after these much years; not satisfied.

                  I am a resident of Guwahati, Assam. A year ago, I had bought a fastrack watch from one of your authorised shop in Guwahati. Offlate, the belt of my watch is not in a proper condition due to which I want to get it changed. I had visited the authorised store here in Guwahati (World of Titan, Chandmari) regarding my issue but due to unavailability of a belt of a similar colour, they referred me to the Titan repair workshop in Fancy Bazar area of the city. Same was the case there. Even they did not have a similar colour belt. Replacing the watch with a belt of a different colour will spoil the look of the watch. It has been quite difficult for me to run between your dealers and that too without a solution. I had always been a regular customer of Titan watches but this incident has left me highly dissapointed. A poor after sales service on your part is not what can be expected from such a reputed company as yours.

                    I have been a regular customer of Titan plus since last five years. recently I gave my specks having some fine line scratches for fitment of a lost screw.was shocked to receive back with a deep screw driver mark on the lens. they are refusing to accept their mistake n not getting the lens replaced. this is clear Case of cheating n shows they are good to their customers only till you keep buying new spectacles from them.any repairs or service n they are there to cheat you. would advise all to think about this before buying from titan eye plus

                        Hello Titan,

                        I have submitted my wrist watch for replacement of Strape and repair on 6th Aug. After that service center is calling me everyday and asking to take back my watch for non-availability of parts. What shall I do with a non-working watch ????

                          Purchased a ceramic watch which costed Rs17000. After 3 days, the strap started to dismantle, so we returned the product to the showroom for fixing. After a week they called and informed that it is a failure model and we cannot fix it. Then they offered to purchase another watch. But for that same price range.

                          I was a bit skeptical to purchase any watch from Titan itself, but since 17000 is a big deal for me (may be not for titan), I purchased a Titan Edge (costed Rs18000). After 6-8 months the strap started to develop splits and by 1 year it got worn-out. So again got it to titan showroom (nanganallur one) for fixing (July 2016). They said the strap will cost me Rs4000 which I could hardly tolerate, but agreed anyway. Now today (17 September 2016), it's going to be 2 months and yet the showroom guy says it is in company for servicing.

                          Dear Titan guys, I know you will apologize here and explain how lovely you guys are and ask for my details in response to this comment, I am just here to let others know how bad of a brand Titan is.

                          Update: Just went to the showroom, the guy told that this watch also cannot be fixed (these people cannot even change a strap). He said he could arrange for a coupon (near 14K) to buy another watch in Titan. I just came back really annoyed without saying anything. Titan, the worst kind of customer service.

                                I went to replace the watch battery. Executive told me that it will charge Rs.100. I said ok give me bill. He said if you take bill you need to pay Rs. 200. I.e.50 for battery and 150 for service charge and need to keep watch for 5 days.
                                I requested that i only need to change battery which was last done 2.5 yrs back and i dont want to get it serviced. ( i dont want to disturb the machine unnecessary which is working very fine ).
                                He said if you dont pay 200 we will not replace battery.
                                I saw in 10 min 4-5 customers were annoyed on the similar issue.
                                How this type o[censored]nethical practice is allowed in tata enterprise.

                                  Month ago, I had purchased a titan skin perfume raw as well as verge from titan outlet at south city. It was working perfectly fine until it nearly reached the halfway, the spray system stopped working and am not able to use it. The scenario had occurred continuously. For past two months, i had purchased three perfumes from the same outlet ( 2 Raw and 1 Verge) and i faced the problem in all the three perfumes.

                                  I am so craze about perfumes that i purchased the titan skin raw perfume on the first day it got released in Bangalore. I haven't such faced such problems before, but these days am facing it regularly.

                                  I tried to reach the manager of the outlet where i bought it to register a complaint, the manager's response was so awful that he claims that "I don't know how to use perfume" instead of registering the complaint and forwarding it to the concerned department. This made feel so bad that it made me to decide to never go for Titan perfumes. This is not the actual way to handle a customer and no one can handle a customer in such a harsh manner. Later, the manager tried to convince me that he would replace the perfume for the last time and he would never to that again instead of rectifying the issue at the back end. I had already submitted the perfumes to the manager for investigation and again the new perfume which i purchased it faces the same issue. I had been repeatedly facing this issue.

                                  I am so sorry to say this that i would never choose titan perfume once again.

                                  Kindly convey this information to the concerned department to take necessary action and investigate on this issue before customers reach out for the same issue.

                                    I am a old customer of Titan eye plus and associated with Titan eye plus situated at Ashok market Bhubaneswar for two reasons one Tata is a highly reputed company and brand.second owner of store is known to me despite that 3 years ago ni purchased a spec spending 22000 become non-functional after few days.i didn't say anything.but this year I purchased a spec the sales boy explained me that it's a 4d it had got many advantages so listening to the boy I ordered it cost 54000.00 .but to my utter surprise this one also not good.frame become loose from lens at mounting point this happened after 15 days only.i went there they just tightened up.then after one month same thing happened.again I consulted and did same thing.but just week ago again same thing happened .I telephoned to owner and he asked me to send.again they tightened up.but while I getting up from sitting position I heard a sound and I found a chip of glass from angle fallen off .I informed them and sent the spec.they are telling new glasses need to be put for that again same amount money I have to deposit.i am surprised.i asked them there is just 2 months passed and because of technical flaw this things happening why I will pay for that.they are not listening.so in that case I may go to consumer forum.but Titan eye plus service is very very poor.please think 100 times before step in to.

                                      Sir Today I am at Titan service centre I has purchase a Fasttrac wrist watch sl. No. NE9735NL02A on 03/06/15 but after four time repair and change machine watch not running, I am puselled and now present your service centre Sanjay Place, Agra but in charge refused to provide guarantee and also abuse and misbehave with me alleging on person employed at your center to call for guard and thronout me outside.
                                      It is amounts to deficiency in services as well as amounts to cheating.

                                        I had purchased 1 watch from Titan showroom around 4 years back, now when I approached the showroom for providing the strap for the watch they are saying that they cannot provide the same as the model is discontinued and when I referred the matter to the company they reverted back after around 15-20 days and offered me 15% of the value of watch and asking back the watch and saying that they wont be able to provide the strap as the model has been discontinued. how far is this justifiable that I give back my watch of Rs. 6000 to them for Rs. 900 just because they are not able to provide the strap.
