Hello I have purchased a titan watch octane chronography online from paytm on 16th sep today I went to store today to see that warranty which I hve got is eligible or not..as I have uploaded the photo of warranty card this much only I have got in warranty..but when I showed the warranty in store they said that we cant accept this type of warranty..!!! I have got invoiced bill also..!!...

I have submitted my wrist watch for replacement of Strape and repair on 6th Aug. After that service center is calling me everyday and asking to take back my watch for non-availability of parts. What shall I do with a non-working watch ????

Additional, I have made telephonic complaint 3 times in the last 3 week but no action taken. Complaint numbers are #1278380 & #1290578

Purchased a ceramic watch which costed Rs17000. After 3 days, the strap started to dismantle, so we returned the product to the showroom for fixing. After a week they called and informed that it is a failure model and we cannot fix it. Then they offered to purchase another watch. But for that same price range.

I went to replace the watch battery. Executive told me that it will charge Rs.100. I said ok give me bill. He said if you take bill you need to pay Rs. 200. I.e.50 for battery and 150 for service charge and need to keep watch for 5 days.

Month ago, I had purchased a titan skin perfume raw as well as verge from titan outlet at south city. It was working perfectly fine until it nearly reached the halfway, the spray system stopped working and am not able to use it. The scenario had occurred continuously. My brother had bought a watch for me on rakhi on the 18th of August 2016 from showroom. He was not aware that i had the same watch. He went back to return it (buy a backpack in stead) but the showroom refused to exchange it. My brother had to buy the bag separately and the watch is basically a waste now. The reason for not exchanging was they had put stamp on the warranty card. Is this how THE TITAN works?

I have purchased a titan skin perfume verge from south city pantaloon counter a fortnight ago.
Unfortunately the spray system is not working and i am unable to use it. The nozzle when pushed the content is not coming out. Hence it is kept as it is without use.
Kindly instruct your concerned department to take necessary action.

My father visited Sodepur showroom and they have charged for battery & service charges on 23/08/16. The we have found that, the watch is still in EMG period which is expiring on 20.07.17. On 25/08/16, my father again visited the showrom and but they unable to issue the refund neither any type of credit note. I can't understand where is the problem, in issuing the credit note, if refund can't be made....

I have purched wrist watch model no-15935m01. Watch is under guarantee period. Now watch is going slow due to battery problem. I many time visit to kalyani nagar, pune, maharashatra. World of titan shop. But they told me the unavailability of battery of your model no wrist watch. Can i wait for availability of battery in concern shop.
