Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding my Titan Watch which I bought almost a year ago and and I was using this watch rarely because I use other models of Titan watches.But about 2 months back the said watch fell down from about 2 ft height and all the index on the dial comeout and i got it serviced from one of the authorized service centers and again after 2 days same problem happend and this time also i got it serviced and now on 12th December the watch fell down not even from 1 ft height and the same problem occured.This time I called up Titan care on 14th December and registered a complaint and requested them to replace the watch because of the quality.
They have given me the reference no. as [protected] and told me that with in 2 days I will get a call back from customer care but I got a call on 29th December exactly after 16 days and somebody by name Rose called me from the number [protected] and asked about the issue and told me to deposit the watch in Jayanagar Titan Care and i did it. Then from the Titan care person I came to know that she has informed the store people to rectify the error and give back the same watch.
Is this the way a reputed company respond to the customer problems?
Company backend person Rose sent me all the way from my place Kengeri to Jayanagar as if i called up Titan Customer care to findout the Titan Care address. Now my watch is at Titan Care Jayanagar and my receipt reference no. is 1653.

AMOUNT PAID : Rs. 5500/-

I am the user of Titan watches since many years and hope I don't get disappointed because of this issue. Recently also I bought a watch from Titan worth Rs.10000/- thinking it is a good company.
Now I request from the company to replace the defect watch and do the needful else I am forced to approachthe Consumer court.

    I am complaining about a diamond wedding ring purchased by me for my bridegroom on 31.10.2013 which is defective and Diamond has come out from the grip of ring which I have complaint several times verbally to your Tanisq shop at Gariahat Kolkata but they have told that they will send the same to their workshop at Bangalore and it may take two to Three months to refit and return the same which I do not agree.
    This my earnest request to you to resolve the issue on spot at Gariahat Shop at Tanisq from where I have purchased the same.
    Photograph of the ring showing diamond has come out from the ring is enclosed.The invoice /Cashmemo of purchasing the above ring is also enclosed.Kindly resolve the issue on spot and tell me a date when I should go to Tanishq shop at Gariahat to refit the same. This is sorry to say that the company like Tanishq can have so costly defective product and being old regular customer I should be compensated and as you know the wedding diamond ring can not be given to the store for two to three months because it has a ritual and prestigious value.

      I got replaced belt of my RAGA watch white in colour but within a day it became defective, we approched the shop for replacement as it was on warranty.The watch along with warranty card was deposited to the shop on 18/09/2016 vide shop varlant no .D 09770 dated 18/09/16 but inspite of passage of three months it has not been replaced and no date been given for delivery of the watch.Under such circumtance what customer should do without watch?.Please look into for early repair.Mob-[protected] [protected]@gmail.com -Ajay

      Titan Company — Belfast of Fastrack watch is not available at any Service Centres. Not offering replacement of the watch
      Have purchased fastrack watch.
      Model number 4052PM01.
      Belt is broken. Service Centres are not able to replace the belt.
      Watch is in working condition and rarely used. Have another watches so this watch had used only few times.
      Want belt of this watch or replacement.
      Hello I purchase a diamond ring 10 year back and 2 diamond out of 4 has fallen down which is very disappointing. Kindly let know what can be done about it

        Dear sir /madam.

        I would like to bring to your notice that i have been a regular customer of titan products and i bought the specs from titan-eye store in surat on ghod-dod road on 04/03/2013. Recently one of the lens broke s o i went there for the new lens. They said new lens and old one will be mismatch. So go for both new lenses and we went for both the lenses though only one lens was broken. I trusted them with that. I trusted tata. Now after almost 5-6 days, they called me up and told me that during the lens fitting, the frame is broken and they want me to pay for the frame. I asked them to give me one good reason to pay for the frame. And their excuse was that the frame is old so its broken. Then no follow up call for 2-3 days. After that i went to the store and the owner asked to pay 50% of the frame cost. I asked him that why should i pay? Now he is not willing to give the new frame at no cost or get me the same frame. If i choose the new frame.. I am ready to pay the surplus. But he is not ready for it. Kindly do the needful otherwise i have to go legally for this matter. Now its almost 15 days and the issue is still not resolved.
        Was i wrong in trusting titan (Tata) name???

        The main problem is the service ..there is no follow up call regarding resolving the issue...and while i tell the owner that i have had a word in customer care...he said they don't know anything...
        My fastrack watch was not working properly.I purchased the watch from Qatar.my warranty is to be end on next month (2017 January ).so I went to my nearest service centre.but I didn't get my service there.what can I do?please solve my problem. ...

          I have returned bracelet as it was damaged piece because of poor quality.
          Return request generated on 26th Nov, 2016. And I supposed to get refund amount at least by 30th Nov as i have provided Cancelled cheque on same date (26th Nov).

          After that I have followed up respective person (Mr. Ved) from Tanishq JM Road Pune, Maharashtra, every time i got answered today it would be done.
          But till date same status.

              Dear Sir
              This is to put on record my disappointment in your products and also services, which I feel is atrocious.

              I purchased a Titan design 6147NM01 from your popular Gariahat outlet Titan world Kolkata on 3rd June 2016. The wrist watch barely ran for a fortnight and it " konked off". I took it to Gariahat outlet and the manager sent it for repairs. Again your watch worked for counted 10 days and I had to lead to your Gariahat outlet once again.

              To cut a long story short in a span of 6 months I had to give the wrist watch 4 times for repairs hence I have lost my trust and confidence in Titan a established & well reputed brand.

              View above, I want you to reimburse my money with immediate effect felling which I will take up the matters to consumer court.

                I have bought a tommy hilfiger watch in 31st july, 2015 and paid the warranty for 5 years. But the watch is troubling me for the past 8 months. i have submitted the watch to 3 service centers and they all have kept it for 2 months each at their service center saying we have to send this to bangalore and get it repaired. But all the times i have taken it back its still doesn't work.

                I have almost paid 9000/- for this watch but not even a month it has given me the satisfaction. I have again submitted the watch in world of titan at kottivakam, chennai on nov 20, but till now no once has even responded to me even though i have called your customer center plenty number of times.

                I am fed up with this worst ever service from such an esteemed organisation.

                i had one of your assistant ROSE calling me up for repair but how many times ever i call her up she is not lifting the call.

                Please help me in this regard. the watch is just lying the service center just from last 15 days but no yet response.

                      Hello i have submitted my watch for repair since watch gold polish fainted and is under warranty till 25 dec
                      They have kept my watch for more than 3 months and every time they come with the excuse that company is not responding

                        I have purchased watch though snap deal... When i open it after few days the watch is not in running condition. So i went nearst titan showroom and shown the product, they denied to give service to online purchase items so i went another showroom again got the same answers from them. Even i called snap deal they telling u have to contact with titan showroom only. Now what should i do... Showroom names are world of titans and just in time chinchwad pune.

                          442001 he have told me "rs.120 for changing of key", then i ask for bill so he generated bill of rs.93 i have paid rs.93 only for key changing of my watch, he have taking rs.50 as service charge and rs.33 for key, i need answer for my two questions:
                          Why he is taking service charge if servicing is not done? And before i ask for bill why he told me rs.120 for changing of key?

                              Showroom has repaired the watch but still watch is not working.

                              Finally I have complaint in customer care vide complaint no 1285172 DT 26.8.2016 and showroom has given me watch after reparing.

                              Still watch is not working

                                I had purchased a black ceramic women’s watch from titan purple collection in the tambram titan showroom. The strap of the watch detached at one end so I went to the tambaram titan showroom for help but they refused to help me and sent me to the T.nagar titan showroom for service. They also initially did not accept my complaint after continuous pleading they took the watch and told they will repair it for me. After a month I went to receive my watch they said we do not have spare parts for this model so they gave a voucher for the price of my watch. I had been foolish enough to buy the same watch again as I liked the model, and the same issue repeated again the watch strap detached from one end. I went back to the T.nagar showroom to get it rectified they initially refused to help me later they accepted and did some temporary work and got it fixed. After a week again my strap got detached from one end. This time they told me to write a mail to customer care. Please help as this is a very costly watch and there is a problem with this model.

                                  I loaded a new battery into my titan watch @ur malleshwaram bangalore outlet but within few hours it stopped working. When checked at the same outlet they said to get a full servicing done for the watch but i didn't give at the same time. Later i checked at a local shop and found out that the battery was still the old one. Disgusting to have such a response from such trusted brand.
