I ordered one Titan watch on 16 oct 2016 cost is 849/- that was dedicated from my yes bank account but order not placed it's been 6 days m waiting but payment not credited to my account. Mostly I do online shopping but it's really very bad experience with Titan.

I had purched fasttrack watch on 17 may 2016 and that chronograph switch is not working. I had given my watch care center and they have promised to return with in 15 days due to for repair the watch was send to okhla delhi but it will take 45 days to return me back with a brocken glass very smartly.
i had notice that there is breakage at corner of the watch then they accept it because the damage is internal...

I purchased a titan watch of model number 2419ym04 from a shop (Jasalia) on 14.10.2016 and gifted to my friend. unfortunately my friend wish to get a strap watch and we tried to exchange the watch from the same shop.
but they told us that already the tax form has sent, so they are not able to exchange the item.

I have purchased one wrist watch of Titan company in June 2016. The glass top of that watch has been lost. I have submitted my watch at Titan shop at Lalpur, Ranchi(Jharkhand) on 30.07.2016. Since then I am requesting for new glass.Every time they make excuse for not getting glass top. Then I contacted MR.Sandeep (head of Jharkhand for titan as told by the Titan shop Manager). To my surprise i receive a watch that is not working, i went back the store and got the battery changed, it hardly worked for 5 mins and stopped again. I have a titan gold bangle type watch though purchased a few years back which i hardly wore or used and i had kept in the bank locker with a brand new look. Now i desired to use the same and took the watch to titan show room on the pondy bazaar, chennai around 17th august and the battery changed and wore it for a couple of days and left it at my residence in safe custody as i had to go to delhi. I bought one RS 8500 watch in titan show room 2014. same year it became out of order. the Tnager Zimsom after sending watch to Bangalore they asked me to take another watch of same price.

I visited a world of Titan showroom today. Battery was drained actually, so he replace d with new battery. The amount he charged for that is Rs.96 viz. 38.60 for battery, and remaining for tax and delivery charges.This is totally unfair Rs. 58 for tax and delivery.Its more than the battery charge.I want you to take strict action against the fraud done to me....

I have brought a fastrack watch at Time Mart, Coimbatore on 24/7/2016; model number: 9462AP01, after a week later I have experienced damage in strap (like a cut-through) later I have check out issue with the shop (Time Mart), they are not giving correct response and saying guarantee and replacement are not eligible for straps.

Worst quality of strap and irresponsible attitude of the outlet shopkeepers. Bad impression to Titan...

Hello I have purchased a titan watch octane chronography online from paytm on 16th sep today I went to store today to see that warranty which I hve got is eligible or not..as I have uploaded the photo of warranty card this much only I have got in warranty..but when I showed the warranty in store they said that we cant accept this type of warranty..!!! I have submitted my wrist watch for replacement of Strape and repair on 6th Aug. After that service center is calling me everyday and asking to take back my watch for non-availability of parts. What shall I do with a non-working watch ????

Additional, I have made telephonic complaint 3 times in the last 3 week but no action taken. Complaint numbers are #1278380 & #1290578
