The experience of bad services of titan began in march 2016 when i purchased a lacoste frame (Of worth from showroom located at linking road, mumbai, but to fix the glasses in the frame i gave to showroom at vile parle east mumbai (Its being nearest to my home plus they had my past records), at parle showroom, i was informed by the floor staff that the frame is defective hence will be replaced by titan in 4 to 5 days which took 12 days. A brand new frame was sold to me which was defective.
When the glasses fixed in the frame (Based on the prescription by my eye surgeons) glasses was not centred to focus of my eye vision hence resulted in terrible head ache and discomfort. This also too it took over 10 days for the fixing the glasses
When this was brought to the notice of the showroom staff, they guided me to a lady in the shop (Ms. Rajani kathoori, optometrist), she titillated and twisted the nose pad of the frame and insisted me to use the glasses for about to week to get used to it but that resulted in more head ache and more discomfort, hence i send it back to the showroom.
She called me after receiving the glasses and said that titan will change the glasses but wanted me to go to my eye surgeon to get the centre marked on glasses, now this is getting to the torcher and pain to take an appointment with the dr. And pay the fee which is equal to the cost of glasses, for my asking who will pay the dr. Fee for your mistake i got no response from any one, in-fact you are the lead the example to not to respond to me so how can expect response from your shop. The glasses was sent back to me without any rectifications/ modifications. I feel cheated by such a reputed company.
