The experience of bad services of titan began in march 2016 when i purchased a lacoste frame (Of worth from showroom located at linking road, mumbai, but to fix the glasses in the frame i gave to showroom at vile parle east mumbai (Its being nearest to my home plus they had my past records), at parle showroom, i was informed by the floor staff that the frame is defective hence will be replaced by titan in 4 to 5 days which took 12 days.
