Month ago, I had purchased a titan skin perfume raw as well as verge from titan outlet at south city. It was working perfectly fine until it nearly reached the halfway, the spray system stopped working and am not able to use it. The scenario had occurred continuously. For past two months, i had purchased three perfumes from the same outlet ( 2 Raw and 1 Verge) and i faced the problem in all the three perfumes.

I am so craze about perfumes that i purchased the titan skin raw perfume on the first day it got released in Bangalore. I haven't such faced such problems before, but these days am facing it regularly.

I tried to reach the manager of the outlet where i bought it to register a complaint, the manager's response was so awful that he claims that "I don't know how to use perfume" instead of registering the complaint and forwarding it to the concerned department. This made feel so bad that it made me to decide to never go for Titan perfumes. This is not the actual way to handle a customer and no one can handle a customer in such a harsh manner. Later, the manager tried to convince me that he would replace the perfume for the last time and he would never to that again instead of rectifying the issue at the back end. I had already submitted the perfumes to the manager for investigation and again the new perfume which i purchased it faces the same issue. I had been repeatedly facing this issue.

I am so sorry to say this that i would never choose titan perfume once again.

Kindly convey this information to the concerned department to take necessary action and investigate on this issue before customers reach out for the same issue.

    I am a old customer of Titan eye plus and associated with Titan eye plus situated at Ashok market Bhubaneswar for two reasons one Tata is a highly reputed company and brand.second owner of store is known to me despite that 3 years ago ni purchased a spec spending 22000 become non-functional after few days.i didn't say anything.but this year I purchased a spec the sales boy explained me that it's a 4d it had got many advantages so listening to the boy I ordered it cost 54000.00 .but to my utter surprise this one also not good.frame become loose from lens at mounting point this happened after 15 days only.i went there they just tightened up.then after one month same thing happened.again I consulted and did same thing.but just week ago again same thing happened .I telephoned to owner and he asked me to send.again they tightened up.but while I getting up from sitting position I heard a sound and I found a chip of glass from angle fallen off .I informed them and sent the spec.they are telling new glasses need to be put for that again same amount money I have to deposit.i am surprised.i asked them there is just 2 months passed and because of technical flaw this things happening why I will pay for that.they are not listening.so in that case I may go to consumer forum.but Titan eye plus service is very very poor.please think 100 times before step in to.

      Sir Today I am at Titan service centre I has purchase a Fasttrac wrist watch sl. No. NE9735NL02A on 03/06/15 but after four time repair and change machine watch not running, I am puselled and now present your service centre Sanjay Place, Agra but in charge refused to provide guarantee and also abuse and misbehave with me alleging on person employed at your center to call for guard and thronout me outside.
      It is amounts to deficiency in services as well as amounts to cheating.

        I had purchased 1 watch from Titan showroom around 4 years back, now when I approached the showroom for providing the strap for the watch they are saying that they cannot provide the same as the model is discontinued and when I referred the matter to the company they reverted back after around 15-20 days and offered me 15% of the value of watch and asking back the watch and saying that they wont be able to provide the strap as the model has been discontinued. how far is this justifiable that I give back my watch of Rs. 6000 to them for Rs. 900 just because they are not able to provide the strap.

          I purchased a Titan fasttrack watch in Delhi on August 27th. Came to US on August 28th and opened the box to wear the watch and the face of the watch is cracked in few places.
          I contacted Titan customer support and their response was - find a way to send the watch to India and we will see what we can do.
          I own more than 10 titan watches and wait to come to India to buy a new titan watch because until now I believed in their quality and customer support in case I ever have an issue.
          I have gifted more than 20 watches within the family believing in this quality but not anymore.
          I could not even wear this watch once and this has left a very bad taste with me now. I am so disappointed in wasting my money on this watch and in this global age cant believe than Titan can't provide me with a solution just because in live in the US. I even asked customer support if they can send a replacement to my home in Delhi but no response since then.

            Hi,
            My brother had bought a watch for me on rakhi on the 18th of August 2016 from showroom. He was not aware that i had the same watch. He went back to return it (buy a backpack in stead) but the showroom refused to exchange it. My brother had to buy the bag separately and the watch is basically a waste now. The reason for not exchanging was they had put stamp on the warranty card. Is this how THE TITAN works?

              Titan skinn perfume verge not working

              I have purchased a titan skin perfume verge from south city pantaloon counter a fortnight ago.
              Unfortunately the spray system is not working and i am unable to use it. The nozzle when pushed the content is not coming out. Hence it is kept as it is without use.

              My father visited Sodepur showroom and they have charged for battery & service charges on 23/08/16. The we have found that, the watch is still in EMG period which is expiring on 20.07.17. On 25/08/16, my father again visited the showrom and but they unable to issue the refund neither any type of credit note. I can't understand where is the problem, in issuing the credit note, if refund can't be made.

                I have purched wrist watch model no-15935m01. Watch is under guarantee period. Now watch is going slow due to battery problem. I many time visit to kalyani nagar, pune, maharashatra. World of titan shop. But they told me the unavailability of battery of your model no wrist watch. Can i wait for availability of battery in concern shop.

                    I was convinced to sign up for this scheme along with my mother when I was in India, inspite of knowing im an NRI, the staff told me i could pay from my phone online anytime, anywhere and get a refund if i was unhappy, and there would be a smooth transfer to my bank account.

                    On august 9th I couldnt make payment online, and emailed customer care, they reverted back asking me to use a desktop, i replied saying i have only an iphone and an ipad. There was no response! So i asked them to close my account and have been informed i have to ohysixally present myself at a titan outlet for that!!!

                    Fraud on so many levels! Zero credibility Titan! What a scam! Anything to get someone to sign up and then the real colors come thro'!!

                      I am using signet card for almost 10 years and yesterday when i went to purchase a watch in tital, they said my member ship card is invalid. I had bought plenty of watches and all the points are vanished now. They are telling now they have some thing called encircle.

                      Who will give my points back?

                      I have purchased a titan reading glass on 22.09.2015 for a sum of the Rs.3, 090/- Sales Order No. being TTNP013292 in which the glasses were of plastic. Since scratches appeared in the glasses I approached your Titan Eye showroom situated in Palayamkottai just opposite to VOC Stadium on 10.08.2016 for purchase of a new reading glass. Uma Parvathy eye consultant attended me. She was very much annoyed to reply even to my vital questions like (1) which type of glass is more resistant to scratches plastic nor glass (2) which will be convenient for users moulded nose studs in the frame nor removable type (3) whether frame can be adjusted if it fits very tight (4) how scratches can be avoided. She was not only reluctant to answer these questions but insulted me by her conduct infront of other customers also. She was not at all interested in the business and her conduct was disgraceful. I am an advocate and a respectful person of the society. Her acts and deeds has brought disrepute to your concern and disrespect to me. Anyhow I purchased reading glasses for Rs.3, 850/- Sales Order No. TTNP017254. Sales Manager Jeyaram was just a mute spectator to this incident. I have suffered great mental agony due to the conduct of your staff. Kindly enquire into the matter and take necessary action against Uma Parvathy eye consultant and let me be intimated about the improvements or action against this complaint at the earliest failing which I will be constrained to take legal action before the District Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and also in Civil and Criminal Courts of law and you will alone be held liable for all the consequences arising thereof and you will be mulcted with costs.                         I have purchased a titan raga watch online in September 2014. Titan has given a warrenty of two years on this watch as per warrenty card received with watch. The watch stopped working in February 2016 and I give it for repairing in titan customer service at its store "Gunjan Time" 6, gunjan shopping centre, gunjan char rasta, gunjan, GIDC, vapi, gujarat. Titan care charged Rs. 300/- vide cash memo number 19582 dated 06.02.2016. I paid the amount. Again the watch stopped working in june-2016. They again charged Rs. 650/- as repairing charges vide cash memo no. 21071 dated 16.07.2016. When I asked them that why are they charging me as my watch is under warranty period, on this first the store person told that they don't give warranty on online purchase, after that he saw my bill and told that my bill is fake so they can not repair it for free. The store person also mentioned this fact on the said cash memo. I gave Rs. 650/- to them and registered a complain with titan helpdesk. To my complain they confirmed that they have wrongly taken service charges from me and my bill is genuine but they till date have not resolved the complain instead of so many emails and calls from my side. Therefore you are requested to look into the matter seriously as titan is a big brand and customers like me but their products just because of their brand name. Thanking in anticipation.

                          I have received faulty watch of fastrack company. I have booked it online. I guve it to the showroom to repair rhey returned it on same day after two days again the same problem arise and now since two months they are repairing watch i have not yet received. Its so frustrated even mobile can be repaired within a month. I talked with showroom executive, they wer like we are not responsible. There was huge arguments with executive and they are like we are not titan so dun blame us. If executive dont feel to be part of titan how can they provide service. From last two months my watch is in service center.

                            Wanted to change the belt of the watch.The people at your showroom, valsad misleded and behaved badly for the service.A day before they asked me to submit the atch with the warrantycard which i did the next day.The next day they misleaded me and weren't readyto accept my watch with the warranty card and behaved rudely upto an extent.please go through the issue.seriously disaapointed by the behaviour.

                              The experience of bad services of titan began in march 2016 when i purchased a lacoste frame (Of worth from showroom located at linking road, mumbai, but to fix the glasses in the frame i gave to showroom at vile parle east mumbai (Its being nearest to my home plus they had my past records), at parle showroom, i was informed by the floor staff that the frame is defective hence will be replaced by titan in 4 to 5 days which took 12 days. A brand new frame was sold to me which was defective.
                              When the glasses fixed in the frame (Based on the prescription by my eye surgeons) glasses was not centred to focus of my eye vision hence resulted in terrible head ache and discomfort. This also too it took over 10 days for the fixing the glasses
                              When this was brought to the notice of the showroom staff, they guided me to a lady in the shop (Ms. Rajani kathoori, optometrist), she titillated and twisted the nose pad of the frame and insisted me to use the glasses for about to week to get used to it but that resulted in more head ache and more discomfort, hence i send it back to the showroom.
                              She called me after receiving the glasses and said that titan will change the glasses but wanted me to go to my eye surgeon to get the centre marked on glasses, now this is getting to the torcher and pain to take an appointment with the dr. And pay the fee which is equal to the cost of glasses, for my asking who will pay the dr. Fee for your mistake i got no response from any one, in-fact you are the lead the example to not to respond to me so how can expect response from your shop. The glasses was sent back to me without any rectifications/ modifications. I feel cheated by such a reputed company.

                                (Ajeetkumar Mulchand Singh) would like to complain about the faulty watch and poor service provided by titan people. Related details are given below.

                                I Received a call yesterday i.e. 19 July 2016 from titan service center regarding my watch that it cannot be repaired and offering me a voucher of Rs.2500
                                Now I am surprised, my watch costed around 16000 at the time of purchase and was a valuable possession and it was brought because of the brand of titan. Now I am disappointed that titan could not repair a watch which has been manufactured by titan itself. if service quality and product quality of this much costly product which was free from scratch and any impact, can not be assured, then I have my apprehension about Goodwill of Titan brand itself.

                                After the mail I got the response on 21 July that they are looking into it and will revert shortly. However after that there is no communication, even after reminder also. Now I am frustrated, I would like to take legal action against the Titan company

                                  Recently I bought Fast track wrist watch Item code NG1474SM01 J954 Analg Rs.3195 on 10.7.16 from Titan showroom Vadapali Chennai Invoice no. 22747, 10.7.16. The watch is not working properly, struck for sometime and after adjusting to correct time, it is slow in running . Every time we have to adjust manually to the correct time . It is not functioning properly. not running for sometime and slow. It is a manufacturing defect. I purchased the watch, because its from the house of Titan, a Tata company. Why I have to settle with sub standard, defective item. Not even a single month completed . I request you to refund the money or get me a brand new replacement

                                  The authorized dealer broke my watch dial when I gave him my watch for replacing svorosky stones. Now he is offering a very cheap glass of footpath quality. I want my watch back or equivalent compensation.

                                    I purchased a titan watch (fasttrack ne 3039spo2) 20 months ago for my son fromtitan outlet at viviana mall, thane (w), mumbai. it is in warranty period but the backside of the watch got corroded. this has caused rashes on my son's skin. when we visited the outlet they were not ready to replace it without charges. we asked them to send it across the service centre and let them take a call. we had asked them to inform us but to our surprise without our knowledge they replaced it and now are demanding money. why should we pay for a thing in warranty? who is going to pay for the rashes caused on the skin? is this the standard of titan watches and it's service? we've been purchasing from titan but had no problem. but now if there is an issue it is there, it has to be resolved without harrasing the customer. on the top of it the watch is with them for over 20 days now. is this a government organisation which takes ages to resolve a matter? next i should avoid titan's product for their cheap quality & slow service. my contact no. is [protected]. hope i get express help.
