This is to bring into your kind knowledge that i (Saurabh singh) ordered 2 wrist watches on 9th july, 16 (Order no.- ec[protected] but till date it is not delivered. On calling the customer care they are simply telling, "we will get back to you". Till date i had made 10 calls, but still not getting what they are upto. Their approach is very casual & i donot know whether they ave got proper training or not. As they are not feeling the seriousness of the issue. I guess this will be my last order, as i am not happy with the service & ur approach towards customer.

    I visited a watch store in malad west
    I purchased a fasttrack watch, than i saw the skin perfume collection.. So thought to buy one... There he showed me 50 nd 100 ml bottles.. But i dint had much money so i refused to buy...
    Than the owner of the shop shows a small bottle nd says company have launched it newly.. Mrp is 299... So i dint thought much nd buyed two bottles foe rs 600..
    But after coming back home i saw th box removing the price sticker that thr is written # not for sale#

    Company should take action against this those who are selling those free gifts for rs 300.

    Its the name of the company #titan which is loosing its goodwill.

      Dear titan,
      Referenxce is invited to invoice no bdy0014047 dated 03.03.16 for
      Tagheauer eye wear frame (reflex) worth rs 25, 500/- and the power
      Glasses worth rs 22000/- approx

      The frame is defective in nature from the central part as the screws
      Holding the glasses often comes out. the screws have been replaced
      Twice but the shaft of the screw is not unable to hold the screws and
      As the result the frame has loosed twice and becomes a semicircle
      Ortoff. the is an embarassing situation and because of the frame the
      Glasses have got damaged from the corner and also the visibility is
      Zero in rainydays or when out of aircontioned office/car/room. the
      Practical demostration of zero visibility were also shown in actual to
      The titan employees at rajpur road, astley road, branch, dehradun.
      I need t5he merit considration in the case and request to replace the

        I have purchased a titan watch (nh1494sm01 formal steel analog watch) 21 months ago from a shop at new delhi. it is in warranty period but the backside of the watch got rusted along the periphery of the watch. when i visited at a titan's service centre at jamshedpur (world of titan, bistupur, main road) they said that 'it may happen & thats ok, you clean it'. i dont know that the this is the standard of titan steel watches. i know this brand more than 25yrs but now it has totally disappointing me. next i should avoid titan's product for their cheap quality & service.

          Dear sir,

          This is to bring to your kind attention the hardship faced by me, for being a loyal titan customer.
          While making the purchase discussion even though i had many options of international watch brands at better price, i opted for titan watch being an good indian brand.
          But the quality of the product and the aftersales care provided by service centre makes me curse the decision made.

          I paid a premium amount of rs 7, 120 for this watch. It was assured during sales that the watch and the leather straps are made of high quality premium material and will be totally trouble free.
          And they provided a warranty of 2 years. But it was not, the leather strap started cracking and peeling off with in few months of purchase like a low quality cheap leather strap. I visited the titan showroom several times, where i purchased the watch, but they were very ignorant to the customer grevances. They simply ignored and mentioned we can’t do anything about it. They are only interested in sales.
          The watch was used with utmost care, and also i paid a premium amount for it, and this is the response provided by titan team. Very pathetic.

          I have also written regarding this product complaint to titan team, they assured that they will provide a solution soon, but they also didn’t turn up after that.
          I have attached the product defect photos along with this mail.

          Please take necessary actions to resolve the product defect at the earliest.

          Awaiting your prompt response, failing to which i will be forced to take serious legal actions against this injustice.

              Respected sir/ma'am
              I "sanchita koley" have brought a nose pin from tanishq (Branch indirapuram) i dont want to take the nose pin because it was not ajusting my nose properly and just after an hour i want to give it back, firstly they said you can exchange now. Than i told i dont want to buy anything i want the money back. They said you can get the money back but we cant say how much days will the process take i said its ok but i need my money back. Than they said we cant give you the money back you have to exchange it within 7 days. I have not worn that nose pin for 1 hour even still i have to struggle a lot for getting my money back. It is really too rude regarding the customer. We are the frequent customer of tanishq still you are behaveing like this that we have done a crime for asking ti give the money back. I just need my money back nothing else. Secondly, they never used to allow to wear and check whether it looks nice or not. We have it buy the thing first than we can try it which other jewellery company does not do that, that's why we never used to invest anything in this company

                  I raghav purchased titan edge n1575 black colour watch on 6th june 2016 from exclusive showroom of titan in mgf mall, m. G road, gurgaon. The price which i purchased was 13, 495 rs. And just after 10 to 15 days that same watch was being sold at 20% off at that same showroom. When i asked the workers about sale on that watch in future at the time of purchase, they replied that its privilege model of titan and there will never be any sale on that model. I also asked them to allow some discount on that watch but reply was that its a privileged watch of titan and company is very concerned regarding this model.
                  I was getting that very same watch online for 11000 rs. With same warranty and guarantee which i have got from titan but still i chose to buy titan showroom. Today that watch is been sold for 10795 in that same showroom which is 2700rs less from that amount i have purchased just 10 days back.

                  My question is either your employees should not make false statement that there will never be any sale on the specific model and if company is planning to allow any sale on a product then they should give that benefit to the customers buying it close to the date of sale is starting. Like if suppose i would have purchased that watch online for 13, 495 rs and after 10 days if that product is sold at sale or lesser price then i can easily return my product (Within 30 days) where i will be refunded the whole amount and then i can again purchase that product at cheaper price.
                  I would like titan to show some concern on this matter and try to take out some relief or some way to deal this.

                  I am sorry to say that there has been no reply or no update from your side or Titan's side. I am seriously having a poor experience again and again.
                  Wow, After complaining here i get a call from Titan where after listening to my complain they ask me to note down a complain no.[protected] and said that i will be receiving a call from seniors within 2 days. But here its almost a week where i haven"t received any call or any mail.
                  Guys whoever is reading this please share this also that NEVER BUY ANY EXPENSIVE PRODUCT FROM TITAN as you will never get customer satisfaction or any service after purchasing it. It was my MISTAKE that i bought such a expensive watch from Titan where i had options like Fossil, Tissot, Seiko and many other International Brands. Atleast they provide services or treat customer satisfaction as their first priority but here u will never get any kind of satisfaction. This is one of the reason why people prefer International Brands rather than Indian Brands.

                      Watch is not working from day one

                      I bought a titan edge ladies watch model no 2516wl02 from a world of titan showroom by zenith retailing, no 127, g s t road, chromepet, chennai -44. The watch is not working from day one. As i contacted the shop, the suggested to change the battery. Why should i change the battery on a newly bought watch. The price is rs.6896/-. I asked for refund. And they accepted but told me to bring the watch to the shop within two days. I live in sivakasi...

                      I have given order for spects on 21.06.2016 at malleswaram, bangalore -560003 shop.

                      .in spite my one call after one week, it was not ready. on[protected], a message came from you that yiu have so much royalty point with out mentioning expiry date.
                      In the sms i had 876 point (rs 876), but shop keeper gave me only rs 500/=
                      Aying that some amount has been lapsed. on 1.7.2016. when went 2nd time to collect the spects after my followup. vide bill no. bda0033323)

                      I think deliberately the shop has delayed my order completion and also denied my rs.376/- othervise i am eligible

                        On 6th of july 2016 i ordered couple watch as a wedding gift (order no. ec[protected]. before placing my order i confirmed twice whether the product (nf15802490ym02) is eligible for delivery in next two days on 8th of july, and they make me sure yes. but on 8th of july on the day of wedding they are refusing and now this is just waste effort of mine for everything.
                        I placed my order for varanasi pin code 221002, and i'm from kolkata.

                          On 24/6/2016 i've made online purchase of titan sonata watch amount to rs.899/- & i've paid the amount instantly by online banking. titan delivery service is so worst that they didn't deliver the product on time & when i've cancelled the order on 4/7/16 no initiative has been taken to refund the money & customer care executive said that as per company policy they may refund the money after 9 to 10 working days. my order id:ec00118238.

                          I purchage a chain on Tanishq vaishal nagar showroom on dhantaras 2015. After some time I found it's break one or two palce. I took it to store to replace it but they deny. they said that they will only repair it not exchange. exchange will made additional making charge. but problem is that Why I Pay to much making charge & tax.

                            In Tanishq Jaynagar Bangalore on 1/07/16 I have returned my 70 gram old gold and bought new ornaments. My old gold turned out to be 89.8 % pure after melting (21.6 karat). But they evaluated the price of old gold by taking it to be 84% pure( 8% less) although it is 89.8 % pure.
                            This is real cheating by Tanishq.
                            Is there any concerned authority to give justice to consumers.

                              Hi tanishq team,
                              I am writing this letter with great grief and bring shame to share the following.
                              Made a purchase from tanishq (Mia) (Titan company ltd. 9/3 b mukti complex, garihat road leele roy sarani kol-700019) dated-14.09.2015 (Ghl/cm/6053).
                              I visited them on 25/06/2016 with a dissatisfaction (Are following)
                              1) 552811slgaba22 (14kt stud rings) – stone fell out of stud and lost.
                              2) 552811vjya1a22 (14kt bangle) – bangle was dislocated from starting but still managed, earlier it was told that it’s an air passage gap but due course of time i realised that it’s a breakage (The karigar team of tanishq also agreed to the same).
                              Their observation and judgements:-
                              1. They sent me to the karigar team to confirm whether it can be repaired or not.
                              • karigar confirmed that the stud rings will be repaired and the bangles to however i can exchange the bangle with any other product of the same value
                              2. Informed the same to the sales employee of the mia section.
                              • he informed the exchange of the bangle will be worth after the deduction of the making charges which came as a shock, as the fault is from tanishq’s end (Manufacturing defect/intentional false justification of the air passage) (Confirmed by your own karigar)
                              • he informed that it would have been changed with in a months’ time of purchase (The warranty is for a year and not for a month) however i was not known it is a breakage or an air gap till it started hurting my wrist.
                              • i expected it to be free of cost as it is still under the warranty period.
                              • without any proper justification he blamed me for the breakage stating it is a handling defecting (Considering me a naughty little todd!), also mentioning that it is not a daily wear (No where mention that mia collections are not daily wear).
                              • the bangle repair with cost around 1k.
                              • he gave me a verbal estimation of 4-5k for the fallen stone on the stud ring.
                              • he blamed that it was again a handling defect (Unexpected for the diamond piece to fall off from a jewellery by tanishq)
                              • it was lame enough to ask for the fallen piece of diamond (Too tiny).
                              3) i felt disappointed and mislead to know it was all chargeable hence while i showed by grievance mentioning that i would not want to pay a single penny for the same and if required would approach the consumer forum the sales employee stared negotiating like any other peddlers (Further surprisingly 4-5k dropped down to 2.5-3k).
                              4) he asked me to keep the products with him for the repair, i refused to do so as it would take 25-30 days according to him, and he was not sure of anything.
                              5) lastly it was decided that he will confirm the same with his team and will give a call on monday (27/06/2016) but i did not receive any call.
                              * i felt like i was claiming for a repair or a replacement by a street hawker and not tanishq*
                              Hence expecting the tanishq team to fix the ear stud and find no reason to repair a broken bangle, replace the bangle with the same worth value (No making charge deductions) and without me being charged any further as the items are in warranty and not handling defects.
                              Looking forward for a genuine justified solution within 2-4 working days to ignore legal trouble.

                                I have bought a Titan watch model no.90024BM03 about one month before but the gold plate of the case of the watch is got fade within a month. It has warranty period of gold plate for one year but it does not last for one month. Will the company get it replace or do any other alternation ?

                                  I gave my titan watch for the servicing but, yet i have not received my watch back.
                                  I submitted at 12-06-16 and its almost 15 days are over.
                                  I asked two time and both the time they say parts are not available. I am surprised that, titan is making product and sell but, for the servicing they don't have parts ready.
                                  When i asked when parts will come they say don't know.
                                  How this kind of irresponsible servicing centre titan opens.

                                  Now please let me know when i can get back my watch.

                                    I have made the online transaction of installment of ghs scheme, but it shows that transaction failed and they debit my balance from my account.
                                    when i called up to customer care service they told that there is an server problem and i received my money back in 7-8 working days.
                                    but till today i doesn't get my money back and they shows that i have made only 2 transaction in my account.
                                    but by my side i had paid 3 installment.
                                    when i login in that online portal, nothing shows in that not any single account number. Only system shows my profile but in that profile also they doesn't shows account number.
                                    kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i had to take action against this issue with different cases or with customer fraud company.
                                    i[censored] doesn't resolve the problem then please close my scheme as i doesn't want to open that such types of fraud scheme.

                                      I (Sathishkumar m - +91-[protected]) bought new gold watch worth rs - 8500/- @ titan showroom located in brook fields, coimbatore. Within 6 months in dial area gold colour faded. And on 23.05.2016, i was directly visited to the same brook fields titan show room and ask them to rectify my issue (My watch with in the guaranty and also additional guaranty period).

                                      As on date there is no response from the titan brook field showroom. Very very worst response from the service end. Very very very poor service in titan brookfield shown.

                                      I don't required my watch - i will give my watch as a gift for very very very worst and poor performance at coimbatore titan brook field showroom guys and particularly to services people.
