This is to bring to your kind attention the hardship faced by me, for being a loyal titan customer.
While making the purchase discussion even though i had many options of international watch brands at better price, i opted for titan watch being an good indian brand.
But the quality of the product and the aftersales care provided by service centre makes me curse the decision made.
I paid a premium amount of rs 7, 120 for this watch. It was assured during sales that the watch and the leather straps are made of high quality premium material and will be totally trouble free.
And they provided a warranty of 2 years. But it was not, the leather strap started cracking and peeling off with in few months of purchase like a low quality cheap leather strap. I visited the titan showroom several times, where i purchased the watch, but they were very ignorant to the customer grevances. They simply ignored and mentioned we can’t do anything about it. They are only interested in sales.
The watch was used with utmost care, and also i paid a premium amount for it, and this is the response provided by titan team. Very pathetic.
I have also written regarding this product complaint to titan team, they assured that they will provide a solution soon, but they also didn’t turn up after that.
I have attached the product defect photos along with this mail.
Please take necessary actions to resolve the product defect at the earliest.
Awaiting your prompt response, failing to which i will be forced to take serious legal actions against this injustice.
