Recently I bought Fast track wrist watch Item code NG1474SM01 J954 Analg Rs.3195 on 10.7.16 from Titan showroom Vadapali Chennai Invoice no. 22747, 10.7.16. The watch is not working properly, struck for sometime and after adjusting to correct time, it is slow in running . Every time we have to adjust manually to the correct time . It is not functioning properly. not running for sometime and slow. It is a manufacturing defect. I purchased the watch, because its from the house of Titan, a Tata company. Why I have to settle with sub standard, defective item. Not even a single month completed . I request you to refund the money or get me a brand new replacement Was this information helpful? | |||||
