Please find below mentioned communication had with Titan:-

With lot of agony I am bringing to your kind notice the following:-
As suggested by your executive over phone to day I went to TITAN service center to collect my watch and requested them to provide the service voucher along with the watch, but they refused my request to give the same and I have tried to meet the head of the service center but he was too busy...hence I could not escalate the same to him and came back without collecting my watch.

As informed through my earlier mail since the purchase this was 4th time that I have given the watch to repair . I strongly believe that it is a manufacturing defect.Hence request you to look in to the matter and do the needful

    I had purchased spectacles with lens - item code : FVO066AA on 30th Sept 2016 from Santa Cruz West. The frame did not fit correctly. I had to visit the store 4 times to repair it. Finally, on 8th Nov 2016, I went to return the same.
    The frame was replaced item code: FVO0253AA. However, when it came to the payment balance, I was told by the executive, Pankaj, that under warranty, the difference will not be paid to me neither by cash nor credit. It is under their company policy not to give any credit. Hence my question to Titan Eye Plus is - Why cannot a customer get a refund of a recent purchase in terms of a store credit?

      I have purchased a titan raga watch on 12-11-15 from royal watch co. Tinsukia Assam.
      I have given the watch for repaire of broken glass on[protected] but till today i have not received it back. The company was supposed to give it on 20 to 25 october. The shopkeeper misbehave with my mother when she ask for her watch. The titan customer care person is giving the dates.

        Please don't buy anything from titan. particularly TITAN showroom in chennai Ashok Nagar branch.

        Almost 60days gone.. why this kind of cheap business cheating common
        human beings. 2500rs totally waste. i sent mail to help-desk, corporate team and complaint to toll-free no use.

        This way only titan growth??

        Titan should have punish misbehave cheap rated manger and See
        attached google rating screen shot about that branch.

        Really very worst support. customer was insulted by show room manager
        ( manager photo was attached) and i have misbehave video.

          I had ordered watch which was not upto my standard so I placed a request for return of the same on 26/10/2016. Till date the watch is not picked up neither my refund is initiated.
          Called several times at your customer service centre but no proper response.
          Yesterday also the senior customer care executive assured me that she will arrange for the pickup.
          My money has been stuck with the company.

          I bought Zoop for my daughter. Strap was damaged after one year. I went Rajahmundry, service center at pushkar ghat. They told strap was not available at their service center. From last one year l went nearly ten times, every time their answer is same, "spare strap not available". I am very unhappy with their answer and services.

              The centre diamond came out and dropped off. I bought it from tanishq store bhelupur varanasi, called them to confirm that will they take any charges for fixing the diamond back they talked very rudely and said they don't know and yes they will take charges.
              First of all from a brand like tanishq i don't expect such fault ornaments that the diamond will come out its such a big loss gor the customer and on top of that for your own fault you won't provide the setvice back. I have been a very old customer to tanishq. But after this behaviour i need to rethnik on that.
              Send me back the complaint id and let me know will the fix the diamond back.

                Sir/Madam,
                I had a strap to be replaced of my NH2531SL01 watch and it has been 2 months since i gave my watch for the same. Nothing has changed since, I am fed up from calling the titan service center in my area. They say there is no replacement piece available and that too after two months and now they are not ready to even give a reduction coupon . Never expected such a poor service for a watch with more than one year guarantee. Next time I will make sure never to buy any titan products.

                    Yesterday at tanishq rct ghatkopar outlet my wife was shopping the jewellery and she was at cash point to do the billing.. But she was using my credit card to shop.. Obviously wife will shop with husband card mostly and unfortunately i m at usa not in country but the behaviour and the experience was too bad at outlet that she couldn't shop anything.. Because of rude and unexpected behaviour by their bos means account executive it's to insult the customer with their own policy they rejected the shopping because the card holder was not present... Which world u r in... The world is so forward with many things and u people like not at all bother about customer... It's not tata i think so.. Because it's too insulting and too bad experience...
                    At last i want to tell you i was a ex employee of tanishq.. And the shop was my wife who still work for tanishq.. U people cannot trust your own staff then how the other customer will trust this brand and the policy.. The ridiculous thing is that the people who is working in rct tanishq employee who's name is dilip narwade who don't have manners to talk with ladies and he himself think he is the owner of tanishq..

                    People please think and go to shop at tanishq it's my personal experience.. I don't know this message will help to change the staff like this who is sitting and dropping the business by is own behaviour... His some one to take this issue and resolve the problem or should i have to take this to media...

                      I have purchased a watch and a gold earrings, the watch i got that in cheaper price from flipkart so i bought from there and send them the watch back which i purchased from there E.COMMERCE website and now whenever i call them they say talk to us on email we cannot see any details from our end moreover i have mailed them so many times but they say that there was a gold coin in watch which i never got and they said there was a coin so from a month they are investigating on it and i told them if you cannot refund the money send me the watch back.

                        I got glasses from ss colony bypass road madurai tamil nadu costing me around 8000rs being a student I somehow managed to get it from my pocket money thinking it will last longer and I won't have to buy any new soon I got crizal len fitted as well but after 1 month spec's will get lose again n again I went to the shop plenty of times but no1 bothered now even d lenses are worn off in just few months o[censored]se of the product and when i went back there they refused to help inspit of getting call from titan care to whom I called and asked for help.it's just pathetic.I need my glasses to be exchanged anyhow I can barely see through them.titan being a reputed company should be upto the mark for there name.kindly look into the matter

                                I had purched fasttrack watch on 17 may 2016 and that chronograph switch is not working. I had given my watch care center and they have promised to return with in 15 days due to for repair the watch was send to okhla delhi but it will take 45 days to return me back with a brocken glass very smartly.
                                i had notice that there is breakage at corner of the watch then they accept it because the damage is internal agree to repair it again and told me to leave it for another 15 days.

                                is it so the watch is for me or for customer care because from last 2 month, the have it.

                                I want a replacement because they have scratch it and break the dial and glass

                                  I have Gifted rega watch to my wife dated 06/07/16 mention watch was continually stop the working again and again after date of purchase its stop the working in next week.

                                  I m again visit 3rd time tatan showroom for asking a status of my wife's still mentioned watch was not working

                                  Now after tremendous follows by me there was nobody can entertain me as well as from showroom end there was responses till date . So I had Gifted another brand watch to my wife in last week dated 11/10/16

                                  So I really disappointed about this watch request you to please refund my cash in Gift voucher or credit memo

                                    On 13th September 2016 I bought Titan Frame from www.titan.co.in; within two days I got my product. Because of frame size issue I returned my product.
                                    It's more than a MONTH and still I'm waiting for my payment. Here amount is not a big but still Titan is not interested for refund. Every time in customer care I'm getting only one answer that they will initiate my refund in Two days. Since last 20 days I'm hearing same thing from titan. My refund is not even initiated by Titan.

                                    I want my money back on priority basis.

                                      I purchased a titan watch of model number 2419ym04 from a shop (Jasalia) on 14.10.2016 and gifted to my friend. unfortunately my friend wish to get a strap watch and we tried to exchange the watch from the same shop.
                                      but they told us that already the tax form has sent, so they are not able to exchange the item.
                                      May i know whether i am able to exchange it through titan website.

                                        I am syed, and i had taken gold chain two months before from Aurangabad (Maharashtra) branch by paying 15% making charges but i returned it just 2 day before because its broken 3 times.now the problem is that
                                        we have given you 15% making charges because you have good design, good strength and good make,
                                        Now i returned it only because of your design failure, your strength failure due to which its get broken 3 times the reason i returned it otherwise i never want to do so, and taken new one by paying extra amount in it.
                                        Now the problem i have is why you have taken 15% making charges from us for your design and make failure (nearly about 4000 rupees ).
                                        I am so frustrated with tanishq and i will stop taking from you and also my relatives.
                                        Kindly returned amount you have taken from us for your design and make failure so i will be very thankful otherwise i have to think for consumer court and other options.
