I went into palace toyota mysore because i was getting a coolant overheat warning. They made us wait for over 4 hours and said they needed to replace the radiator. On replacing the radiator, they said the issue is with the coolant reservoir. I decided to not do the repair because the work didn't seem professional and they were forcing me into buying the spare parts.
On returning the old radiator to me, i took the same and showed it to 2 different mechanics, who said there is nothing wrong with the radiator.
It was a complete waste of my time and money. I have 2 perfectly functioning radiators and still a broken car

    I was sent my car fortuner tonanavati toyota surat hajira and i am very disappointed with service thay dont even solw may problem and make some big scrath on the car body, when i call the service department they dont even pickup the call, i thougt i made big mistake to keep my car to them i should go to some local garage they will work batter than compny authorised service station. This is not only this but lots of other thing i face from last one month and still my car is there and they dont answer me properly.

      Also he didn't give any receipts for that now i have asked him to share me extended warranty details now he told me sir extended warranty for toyota car only for 140000kms only don't buy toyota car from nandi toyota fully fraud sales salesmens please don't buy from nandi toyota that salesmen name is sharvana yadav bangalore

        This is not the first time i am giving a written complaint to you people regarding this dealership based out of meerut (Grand toyota)

        We are a loyal customer of toyota since 2006. This dealership is harrasing me from last 15 months. There are some issues in one of our vehicle toyota etios liva. They have called us at least 10 times to resolve the issue but they have done nothing about it. This dealership of yours kept my vehicle for weeks to replace the parts and handed overed to me without completing the work.

        I myself have visited many times for the same issues but there is no one to listen. Not only this they have called us and said your part is available we can fix the issue and kept the car and again gave it back without fixing it and said we are still not fully equipped to fix it.

        I would like you to look into this matter. I am an loyal customer of toyota family but getting type of services is not professional.

          I had given my toyota innova car for a standard service at millenium toyota thane maharashtra.
          While cleaning etc they have damaged components worth rs 70 thousand and claiming the same from me.

          The car is lying with them for approx 15 days and i am being harrassed
          For the payment of 71 k for no fault of mine.

          Please help as i have no other way of getting my working car back in the condition i have given for service.

          as on date 23/11/2018 I am going from Noida to Mathura thats distance is only 140 Km I am the single person except driver in tha car, car speed was not more than 100 Km/H The car tire was so bad that the tire was torn by the running car, I am very upset, it could also threaten someone's life

            Purchased new touring sport vehicle from amana toyota kozhikode showroom 26may 2018. After purchasing with in the first service time my vehicle wiper was not working properly. Compilnt informed the service center. Service center exicutive informed a miner scratches has on the glass. So no warranty for rubber parts. Am very disappointed service exicutive reply. I told will take up this complaint higher authorities that time he informed u come next service time. After that may second service time informed same complint that time they told no compliant you viper. This complaint only scraches but this scrches slightly grown. How will the premium model vehicles come scraches on the glass. So pleas accept this mail my request and kindly rectify may compliant

              Sir, i have two nos. Of toyota innova bearing registration no. Tr-01-at-0317 and tr-01-g-4317. But i have raised this complaint against the service provided by the agartala dealer namely podder toyota. It is to inform you that their behavior is not good. They have behave like anything with customers. If we book a complaint for vehicle they are unable to solve this problem before 2 months. Their servicing quality is also not good. Spare parts also not available with them. If we require any spare parts then we have to order first and wait for 2 to 3 months for this spare part. Also to inform you that i bought a new innova before 7 to 8 months ago but till date they don't give me any free wash, where at the time of purchase i get free wash. Therefore, our earnest request to look into these matters to solve our issues relating to spare parts, servicing etc. Presently, the demand of toyota's vehicle are rising day by day in tripura state. If these sort of problems will occurs, the customers faith will decrease in near future.

                To whom it may concern.

                My name is vinod goyal residence of moga city punjab. Recently i got my car repaired on 5th september 2018 and then it got it serviced on 27th october 2018.
                While coming from patiala on 4th november 2018 to moga with my entire family in late evening, we suddenly heard weird sound coming from the wheels.
                When we checked it, we noticed a shocking fact that nuts of rear left wheels were broken. Then we checked other wheel nuts and get to know that all the nuts were loose as they were not tightened up properly while getting it serviced, so all the fault is of mechanic due to which life of entire family was at risk.

                Then very next day we contacted the workshop head mr. Parminder singh and in our discussion he admitted the mistake done by their mechanic and agreed to repair the car free of cost. But to the contrary after taking the car to workshop their behaviour got change and forcefully they took money on repairing the car.

                We would like to raise the issue in front of all that everything happened due to your mechanic. So kindly see to this and get it resolve within week time else we have no issues in knocking court’s door to get the things done and for this you all will be responsible for all the expenses.

The car is in the warranty period but toyoto kamptee road, nagpur can't corporate us and demand the amount of 42000/- for service. Even the disk pad are break on the running car and they need to too the car for taking it into service center. At the time of purchase the executive of toyoto says that the car is in zero maintenance but now he left the hand and telling lie. It's a comaony defect because the part is damage upto only 18000km.                   Its the second time the Bridgestone turanza tyre is bursting
                  Now its very serious problem since bursted while riding in NH
                  and the other tyre also airated (bubble on wall)
                  Even after complaining several time

                    My name is balraj manager and owner for a hotel in pallavaram, on 20 november 2018 we all with family went long obout 200 km away from chennai in innova crysta.. While returning from our native, suddenly our car engine got stop working near chengalpattu toll.
                    We tried giving a start but the car didnt start... This happened at midnight 1am and it was raining badly
                    We parked the car aside and we booked a cab and reached home..
                    It is a 25lakhs car and it's fully sensored with all new technology's and all the service is done uptodate correctly
                    We alrwsdy had an innova 2013 model for 10 years and it was the best car we ever had❤️ srsly... Thn we got this upgraded innova a year before and it gives problem
                    So we kindly request you to consider this and give us a faithfull product..

                        I bought a yaris car from wasan toyota in the month of june in navi mumbai and they promised an average of 18 while selling the car, now the car only delivers an average of 10per litre of petrol, i have complained at the showroom and multiple times on there all india number as well on mails but they have not responded any which ways for a solution of this, please ask them to take the vehicle back and give back my money or give a solution to the same.

                          I have serviced my car at infinium toyota naroda on 10/11/18 i go for repair my etios car due to celf start problem, but thy have not heard my complain and thay sais me that they have no parts available. Thats not proper clarification becaus you are a authorised sevice and dealer of the toyota car.
                          Superviser and manager also not hear my complain. And they tell me to come anodher day.
                          Your car etios gxd is very nice product but your enfinium toyota cervice center naroda is not working good.
                          They are not provide good service and also not taking complaints. Worker's ane superwiser's behaviour is not good.

                              Uttam tiyota sold a smile program along with the new toyota altis car to me in may-16, smile program covered all the service charges for two years but uttam toyota wrongly charged me the service charge for the first service of rs. 3, 500, wheni bought this to their notice, the service supervisor agreed to the mistake but no action is still done even after lapse of more then 6 months of registering the complaint

                                We send our car in sep 15 for 90000 service and received back on 22.09.2018 after the ourall service and my car is full of all type of lubricants. After one month due to some accident of own damage type some oil leckage from the car. So we send the car onom toyata jaipur service center by toeing. We also logde a insurance claim also on 23.10.2018 and send car on 24.10.2018. Car was in running condition. The service head received the car and tell us that the servyer pass only some bumper work and the leackageis due to damage of radiator, but the hodge pipe, belt and water pump was almost damage which is far away from the impact of accident. So we give them to replace them on cost, however when the car was serviced by them one month before and car was run only1000 km them how it is possible that every thing going damage so fast but we have need of car and expenses are not so high so we did not do any argue, but on passing every day they tell some new problem and then after committing to ready my car on diwalithey started their work. On diwali they tell me that the block of engine costing 1.50 lach is damaged and you have to bear, now i am astonished that when my car was there for insurance claim and my damage was passed by survyer was so tiny against it thenwhat happened in the car running only 1000 km after 90000 ourall service in which they check engine, oil, shockers tyres and each and every parts of car. If the parts or block damaged then it also be seen that time and as per my understanding toyota doesnot make any engine which is damage in 1000 km when it was declared ok my their authorized service centers. So now its clear that the damage was either by impact of accident or lapses of service and not seen the risk at 90000 service. It means my engineshould be damaged even the accident not happened. So please resolve my problem. I think you do something that the image of toyota will not vitiate in my eyes.                                   My car is accidented on dated 03.10.2018 on chaksu bypass, nh12 dist-jaipur, for insurnce claim i have aproach to service dealer sonak toyota, mansarovar, jaipur.
                                  Sonak toyota have made bill rs 521240.00 and i have paid this amount on dated 30.10.2018 and pick up the vehicle on same day at 4.30pm. After running the vehicle in the city, burning smell in the vehicle feels and see the fumes after opening the bonnet and red alert shows on milometer panel. Called to sonak toyota but no reply then called to road side assistance on toll free complaint-380276 and then pick up the vehicle and drop to again sonak toyota i have doubt of engine damaged but sonk toyota give answer there is no problem, problem is due to wrong driving

                                    Recently, on 25th october i went to purchase a 7 seater toyota innova crysta of silver colour, from "jmk toyota jhansi up". They replied that the car will be available on 26th. When i arrived on said date at 3pm, they made me wait till 8pm in the evening and the car which showed up was of 8 seater.

                                    When i complained about this to the gm of the showroom, the gm showed a rude behaviour and since the 30th till today they are forcing me to pay first without even having to take a look at the car.

                                      Hello all... This was my second car purchased in toyota u trust bomanhalli branch,
                                      My first car from them was xylo in 2014, which i felt good deal with vehicle and what i paid cross checked with market.
                                      But this time around i made a mistake of trusting them, i bought hyundai xcent on 29/10/18, 2014 model 28600 kms, sx (0) diesel, insurance lapsing in nov 18, for which i paid 5, 30, 000/-. They assured me that there is less margin in this car, but agreed to change 2 tyres and waive off rto charges, but when i checked with market value and others everyone said 475000 is best buy not more than that, but when i came back to them they said can't negotiate company policy has changed and they were adamant on it. And when i cross checked with the 1st owner of car he said he sold in exchange for 4.50000, to my dismay with all the repairs and not much refurbishment required in the car, a 50k profit is too much for small car and from a returning customer, i had also referred many of my friends and relatives too... But for a middle class man buying a small car 4-5 yrs old with bank interest and huge profit. Makes the deal not worth.. Felt cheated, duped.

                                        I have purchased the vehicle 30of July.First time they have taken 20 days to change wiring due to ratbite .That time also the customer care responce is very poor. Just after few days again rating happened and kept in show room since 25 days .Your customer care responce is very poor and telling that we have not received the part since then.they are highly irresponsible and when I told your way of delay is pressurising me to go to forum they are answering me it is up to me to take action.you can listen from my conversation.
