We jaya antony and saji joseph mathews made a booking for toyota yaris on dec 24 2018 and we were given the invoice with a december2018 model and took delivery on 01/01/2019. But we got the t p papers only in the night and came to know only after two days that the vehicle was a june model. We wrote to toyota expaining the situation and disappointment
No reply recived from toyota after several mails, only phone calls
The dealer has not called since the complaint was registered

    It is more then a year i am complaining for the defective seat, adding pain on my lower back but toyota is not able to rectify the defect, nor seem interested to work on the complaint - registered against no. Tm[protected] / tcm[protected]/tcm[protected].

    I am facing problem only with this vehicle, not with any other vehicle i am driving?

    Now even toyota is not attending my request and not responding on my complaint.

          3 tyres had tyre wall damage issues. Have given complaint to Bridgestone through Ravindu toyota . Bridgestone rejected the complaints and replacement request. These tyre have very poor design and not suitable for Indian road conditions. Of course tyre burst issues are not

          Surprised to see TOYOTA IS RISKING CUSTOMERS LIVES BY choosing such a poor tyres. Deeply disappointed with the quality of service. Will hesitate to buy anymore cars from toyota. One tyre damage happened when I was driving at 30kmph

            I have purchased new fortuner from vpk motors (Amana toyota) 2018. Toyota dealer, nh - 213, panangangara, tirurkad, malappuram, 67935. Kerala.
            I have driven 19600 km only, and got complaint of clutch disc, pressure plate and flywheel. I have sent the vehicle to the showroom for repair.
            From the showroom they told to pay for the complaint parts, vehicle purchased before 6 month from vpk motors. They given us one year warranty for any complaint. So why should i pay for the parts.
            I was using fortuner from 2013 to 2018 old model fortuner, purchased from same showroom but i could'nt find any problems like this. Thats why again i purhased new fortuner from vpk motors on 2018.
            So please enquire in to this matter and do a favorable reply to this matter as soon as possible.

            We are not satisfied from your services, we are facing many problems, you are not giving us insurance and gearbox is not working properly after servicing.

              I brought an Etios taxi on 1/1/2019, iam really ashamed to brought Etios because my vehicle is not registered till this date because of your inconvieniance and irresponsibility .According to the law vehicle must be fitted with GPS before delevering to costumer before 1/1/2019, it is illeagal to deliver a vehicle with out GPS on 1/1/2019 But you guys failed to do so and delivered when i go to the RTOffice for registration on 5/1/2019 they rejected my vehicle registration showing that it is not fitted with GPS .Tommorrow is 24/1/2019 that means one month after TP .My vehicle only run 400km only, after tommorrow i had to pay 2500 fine, I lost 3 five day packages and one airport trip due to failure of registration .I have to pay 15000 as my monthly instalment of car loan how can i pay the same when my vehicle is not hired fore one month . I think you guys will consider this seriously and take necessary action against it .I brought this vehicle from kayamkulam showroom, I asked them when i will get GPS device they are not giving me the exact date, they are saying they don't know exactly when they get the device .I enquired outside source and found that it is aconflict between TKM and ministry of KERALA .I hope you can give me exact answer for what i asked

              Wheel caps of yaris are getting detached from drum while running. I faced this two times within one month. Second time the caps were properly tagged to the drum to avoid any loss. The charges of each cap are on higher side when it is charged Rs.2300/- per cap. Please check any faulty design is the cause.

                I ordered 4g phantom smart watch over grappy.in on saturday [protected] at 06:15 pm, order number is [protected], i received it on[protected] at price of 1699-/, but the shown watch in the advertisement of that watch on their portal and watch i received is totally different even the colour is also different. I am totally disappointed and contact them on their customer care number but the number is switch off from the beginning. I want my money back cause they cheated me. At any cost i want my money back.

                  I had purchased toyota etios gxd in the month of july 2018 for commercial purpose now it's 30, 000km run.
                  From the beginning i am facing the ground touches problem specially on humps. I am the owner and the driver for my etios. With 3 seats on the highway it's tough to drive the vehicle.
                  The advisor of toyota at the time of purchasing the vehicle told me it's same as first model etios only the front and back bumper is change but the tyres size is change from 15 inch to14inch which was not informed to me.

                    I have a car innova crystra having model no. Uk17c8877 purchase from toyota 2 years back. After servicing my car from mgs peeragari, we are not satisfy with your service because we notice noise in our car. When we complain with service center they told us we will repair and reduce noise. But after service my car we find no improvement in our car noise. Service provide by your service station is not satisfactory. Kindly resolve the issue and provide us your support.

                      I have many compaints

                      First of all i wanted to know about bookings and other related queries in innova crysta 2019 so i contacted the customer care in dec 2018 and they told me that they have no idea about that but then when i went to my dealership they told me tagt they have started booking in nov 2018
                      Are the customer boys irresponsible for letting me to the wring direstion
                      I hate the way they deal with the customers
                      Customer care dont know anything about a car

                      Secondly
                      When i went to my dealership that told me that there is no difference between crysta 2018 and crysta 2019 but in internet they shaow many difference such as change in front and back grill and there are no proper details about 2019
                      Customer care dealings are very bad and uninformative

                        I had purchased the innova crysta 2.4z in 2016, till date completed millage 20700km. My car goes to regular checkup and service in pioneer toyota bathinda. When my car visited at cover up 10000km technician identify the problem in my car all alloy wheels and told the service manager also. But from that time it was around near two year that my problem was not solve out and just give excuse to me that within one or two days they will clear the problem, after asking that show me at what level my problem solve i came to know that they did not discuss my problem with any of concern authority in toyota, till december 2018 and when i asked about them they told me they are doing work out of legal base, and when i said i will go and complaint about you that entire management had done fraud with me and hurt my sentiments and keeping me in shadow, then within one day they given result that problem occur in my car was due my own fault, i asked them if you rectify it in one day and given result then why so long time you making me visit again and again in your dealership for diagnose the vehicle for problem, if it is customer fault then why it is not convey to me on 10000 km when my car came for service, how come all the alloy wheel get bend if there is any fault by external impact then there should be one alloy get damage or two means one side both front and rear wheel, how all for, then they do not have any answer, even i call many time to customer care in toyota they also not done any needful thing till date, and pioneer toyota bathinda service entire management and higher management is not hearing my complaint and problem and doing any activity on it.

                          Its been more than 2 years trying to get my car fixed by your dealers but same thing repeats again without any resolution from your end. Very disgusted to be sold a manufactured defected car. Inspite of continous follow up useless service and after sale service provided. Toyota bharat doesnt care at all what crap they sell to their customer and cannot even have it fixed properly. Waste of my money and faith on toyota bharat what a shame to own a pathetic defected car ref no. Tc1806458 pls refer to the 100 other complaints parked on your complaint help line

                            Vehicle number UK/&BY 0097 was taken to Pioneer Toyota Chandigarh on 8/12/18 for third periodical service.
                            The mileage was 12000 kms .
                            To my utmost horror i was told that the brake leather are completely worn off and need replacement.I asked for the reason for the same but was given a cold reply that it depends on the driving habits of the customers.I was shocked to hear that as in todays driving conditions and the roads in Dehradun dont permit us to go above 60kms/hr. Anyways i immediately called up Toyota customer care and lodged my complaint regarding the same .I was assured that the management will look into the matter and get back to me.also the gasket needed to be changed under warranty as there was leakage of oil from tepid cover.as the part was not available and told me to come back in two days time.Paid Rs 6000 towards the part and labour.
                            As i belong to Dehradun and could not wait for the same, came back and informed the local dealer M/S Trust Toyota about the same.They promised to call back which did not happen for a week. In the meantime i contacted Toyota customer care 4 times to ask about my case, was always assured that the concerned team will call back but to no avail for 20 days, and no call from the dealer as well . THE STATE OF TOYOTA CO.IN INDIA, .How professional?
                            Finally on 27th i requested the customer care adviser to let me speak to some senior.i was forwarded to Mr Girish and explained him in length about the unprofessional behavior of the company and its dear could not care less attitude.He in turn assured me that the matter will be taken up on priority but till date no one has.
                            In the meantime i called up Mr Ajay Sharma the Gm of trust Toyota and the works manager Mr Vikrant in Dehradun three times to know the status of the parts and finally was asked to get my vehicle for the sameonly when i called up the fourth time..My gud luck.
                            Another serious thing which was noticed that the front tyres inner rubber is completely worn out in just 12000 kms running and in all three services no service supervisor pointed out the defect at all. this is professional approach of TOYOTA INDIA dealers.What to say more? Its all customers fault that he relied on so called a leading car company of India and in turn has to face lackadaisical attiude and suffer the humiliation.

                              I have purchase innova car in may 2017 & my car has only travel 17, 000 km till date. Three days before my rear left tyre get cuts on road. Neither apollo tyre nor Wasan motors are taking responsibility for tyre cuts. Apollo tyre company has informed me cuts are not covered in Warranty only tyre bends are covered under warranty. Wasan motors are not giving me correct solution on that.

                                  On 17th dec i have purchased new yaris original seat cover from rathod toyota vapi. After firing when car was delivered to me than i saw front both seat cover clamp cover with steel clip and tone seat cover and original seat also. Now i want to change both seat cover with original seat seat, pls take up this matter very seriously and give me solutions. I am chasing with dealer but not giving response.

                                    Sub : Issues with my car – TN 07 BQ 5544

                                    I am a Toyota loyalist for the past 35 years. I used to own Toyota all through my life.

                                    But, this time around with Nandi Toyota, I had a worst nightmarish experience with Nandi Toyota service. On the top of this, the service agents and the CRM tried to twist the story after I discussed with them about the issue.

                                    Hence, I am directly escalating the issue to you, before we get this car rectified.

                                    ISSUE DESCRIPTION

                                    I gave my Toyota Innova for service indicating that I have a clutch issue, The total KM was 58000. (Since I moved to Bangalore from Chennai, I used to give my car for service all through only with Nandi Toyota.)
                                    However, the Nandi toyota help desk insisted that I do the 60000 service as well.
                                    I agreed for that. I have requested for pickup of my car. She said she will get the service done at Bannergatta branch of Nandi Toyota. I checked with the help desk specifically whether Bannergatta branch has the ability to check and repair the clutch. The lady on the phone confirmed that they will get the issue rectified since they have technicians.

                                    Accordingly I explained everything to the person (john) who picked up and told him that I am plainning a long trip and the car should be ready.

                                    They returned the car on the same day mentioning that the service has been done and clutch issue has been fixed.

                                    The driver who dropped also told that it may run for around 10, 000 KM. I took the car to Coimbatore from Bangalore last evening - started around 1730 Bangalore. The car systematically failed and the pickup was getting dropped after about 250KM of ride.

                                    THIS IS THE EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE and IT WAS REALLY PATHETIC. Usually if Toyota need to replace the part then they will tell us that it should be replaced, rather than repaired. This is my past experience.
                                    In this case the service personnel has failed and my car got stuck in the middle of the road.

                                    EPISODE – 2 : 24x7 On road Assistance

                                    Immediately, we requested for 24x7 road assist. They requested for immediate payment and we made the payment immediately. However, the roadside assist after about 1.5 hours, they said they cannot figure out any person to assist in the roadside pickup. We were desperately waiting literally on the road for several hours.

                                    The dealer when I discussed about this issue of 24x7 he mentioned that I should have called Nandi Toyota help desk for assistance. Even though they have the help desk, no one picked up the telephone numbers.

                                    The dealer failed to do the proper repair of the car and the 24x7 road assist failed in their duty to find out a suitable towing service.
                                    Aill in all a very bad experience.
                                    Now the car is in Coimbatore and I want to Toyota to instruct the appropriate dealers to rectify the situation at their own cost because it is purely their fault.

                                      I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from your dealership. My vehicle number gj-12da-2123 registered in the name of sahib ram verma has gone to dealership on this 22nd december 2018 i. E. Saturday
                                      In which i have given the list of work which need to be carried out on my vehicle but one of the complaint of alignment which is not done properly at your dealership.

                                      I’m highly dissatisfied with the services rendered by your service center — “. Infinium toyota survey no 12 nh8 near psl varsana gandhidham kach gujrat

                                      While taking my vehicle back post the service, they said everything is alright and they had a tear drive of it,, but when i used it, it wasn’t apt as per my expectations so i called and asked him that still my issue is not resolved., so he laughed at me and said" sir apki to hamesha ki problem hoti hai and aap kabhi satisfy nahi hote ho., who are they to speak like with customer???

                                      Most of the time dealership alignment machine is not working due to which they are doing alignment work outside but alignment work is never done in a proper way. For any work we need to send our vehicle two to three time to the dealership for the same job work.

                                      The dealership is approx. 17 km from gandhidham. If work is not done properly dealership ask us to send the vehicle to dealership again for the same work for which i have mentioned the complaint at the first time while giving the vehicle at dealership. For sending vehicle second time to dealership the cost of diesel need to be paid by me and i face lot of disturbances in my office works.

                                      Every time i need to call to toll free number and dealership regarding the repeat job work but still they are not taking any proper action on those things. The answer which i am getting from the dealership is not proper. There is no responsible person at dealership who can look into the case and resolve the issue which i am facing out.

                                      Several time this types of incident has happened to me in past but they are not taking proper initiatives regarding why job work is getting repeated and why they can’t resolve the issue on the first time while i have placed the vehicle to service.

                                      As it is known that toyota is focusing on the quality and service for which it is known all over the world but still i feel that there is lack of service quality issue which company need to focus and work out as their brand image would get effected.

                                      There should be a dedicate team from company for service related issue who can particularly look into the case personally and take action against the dealership regarding the repeat job work which are carried out again in dealership.

                                      If i always have to face such issues with after sale services and misbehavior, then i wouldn’t be associated with toyota any more.

                                      It’s a request to train your manpower effectively that the name of such a biggy don’t get ruined

                                      Requesting to kindly look into this matter and help and also inform me what action has been taken from your end to resolve the mentioned issues

                                        I own an innova cresta, which i bought in october 2017, within a month, the vehicle had developed a fault, to be more precise, the steering jadders when braking. Took it to amana toyoto, i was advised that this is a manufacturing defect on this vehicle but the head office had advised the dealer to grind the disk. Within the last 13 months, i have taken the vehicle back at least 4 times for the same problem, the same grinding was the answer, now they say that the pad has worn and need changing. The vehicle has only done 15, 000km todate. This is a private vehicle that i use it for my personal use.
                                        The other problems associated with the vehicle is 1. The automatic chaulk sticks and rev raises 2. The tyre is cracked from internally.
                                        Escalated this matter to toyota india, never responded
                                        Toyota customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My left front Innova Crysta stock tyre burst while driving at 60kmph in a normal road and left back tyre got a air bubble, , ,
                                        I have complained to the Innova service center and aaked for replacement, they said they ll check with tyre engineer and update
