Dear toyota team,

I have bought a brand new innova crysta 2.4g from grand toyota, dehradun on august 18, 2018. The vehicle is still with temporary registration and my current city is gurgaon.

However, i am shocked to see that the dashboard and leather covering of gear box has automatically starting coming out within 25 days of buying the car. The pictures of the same are attached for your ready reference.

It’s really sad to see the quality standards of the japanese brand, toyota. If this is the condition of the interiors within days of purchasing the vehicle then what will happen to the vehicle in longer run.

Or is it the vehicle has not passed through the stringent quality tests of toyota and must be having manufacturing defects.

Request you to kindly investigate and replace the vehicle of required. I have already started losing confidence on one of the most trusted name “toyota”.

    My brother purchased brand new innova car from your dealer wasan toyota aurangabad maharashtra on 20.11.2008 bearing chasis no. Mbj11jv[protected]..
    Last week police officers from usmanabad police came to my brother's house at nanded, at that time we came to know that the innova car which my brother purchased on 20.11.2008 was already sold to one lady silva one month before only from my brother's purchase datewhich she purchased from your dealer wasan toyota nasik...
    Sir, how is it possible that your dealers sold two innova cars to two persons of same chasis number.. Is it a fraud plkayed by your dealers or the company made production of two innova cars of same chasis number..
    Sir, an offence has been registered at uamanabad police station, and according to that complaint police alleged that my brother mr. Riyaz akhtar hafizullah khan pathan has made theft of the car (Chori kiye hai).. My brother tried to convince them, but they were in no mood to listen him.. My brother shown them yhe delivery challan, rc book and other documents in respect of legal ownership of innova car bearing no. Mh26 n1898, which was registered with nanded rto under commercial head...
    Sir, my brother already sold the said innova car in the year 2014 to one person from nanded only and said person sold it to mr, maksud patel from usmanabad.. Right now yhe police seized the said car from mr. Maksud patel... Police are in every mood to array my brother in the list of accused saying that the lady silva is the owner of the innova car bearing chasis number mbj11jv[protected] and my brother has made theft of the said car (Chori kiye hai)...
    Sir my brother has paid entire amount while purchasing the said car from dearler.. So also all legal formalities has been completed by my brother after puchase.. Then how police officials say the my brother is chor..
    Sir i want the purchase letter,, invoice letter, the amount received by you from my brother regarding sale of said innova car, complete details of said innova car... Etc. Etc..
    Sir once again i request you to find out the truth behind the said story as early as possible so that my brother should not suffer unnecessary hands from police, court, or from any other offices.. Sir please reply immediately.. Till today i made several oral requests through your customer care as i mailed you earlier also.. But till today i did not got any reply from side... So please take the immediate action

      I have innova crysta 2.4z variant, quality of the vehicle/spare parts is not genuine.
      I need to replace the brake pad for[protected]km and the toyota dealer says, it does not come under warranty as it is wear and tear spare part.
      Why do we purchase such expensive vehicle if it is not maintainence free.
      If we do not replace the brake pad, it gets lining on the disc plate. Dealer never takes on quality of the product, just tells it might be our fault and it does not comes under warranty as it is wear and tear part. Our dealer is karuna motors gulbarga and toyota should solve this break pad issue or take the vehicle back

      We need 8 to 10 sheet sitting capacity
      And 15km to 18km mileage.
      For commercial purpose only Toyota brands in diesel version.

        I had give my toyota innova crysta for body shop work to sunny toyota agra
        When i got the car back after 10 days i tried inserting gps card but it didnt detect
        On contacting agency they started blaming me that it was my fault and i had spoiled the gps card
        Even though i had kept gps card in a box which was provided to me on first service
        I want a replacement for this asap on this
        Customer has to bear such a loss without any fault

          I ordered crysta 2.4 g on august 13 n we payed total amount to toyota company today is september 6 we still didn't get our car delivery yet
          It's becoming hard day by day to go office or visit meeting from last month onwards we asking them the delivery date toyota ppl r so irresponsible every day they keep on saying 2 more days idk when will be the car delivery

          I purchased my car 2 year and disc are damage twice and wheels also and my car is vibrating when I press break peddle
          Sir i have given my car for service in toyota millennium thane but they in create problem in my car i have complained this to company but no result complaint no ref. tc18108441 i am following company tollfree number last from one month they only giving hopes many times i have told them give me result whether it is in yes or no they are still fail

            Our following complaint dt 20.08.2018 to toyota kirloskar ltd is yet not resolved till date.
            Dear sir,
            We refer back to your good office with respect to one technical problem in turbo charger of our toyota fortuner, ‎with specific details as u der ;

            Engine no - 1kd 6450591
            Vin no - mbj 111jv[protected]
            ‎od meter - 3, 20, 000km
            We are using toyota vehicles since last many years and are one of patron customers who get their vehicles serviced only at toyota service centers.
            We are based in vadodara gujarat. ‎recently our toyota fortuner had encounter one problem, viz. It started making whistling siren type low noise while changing gear from 2 nd gear to 3 rd gear and then onwards. Immediately we sent our vehicle to authorised service station, narmada toyota, makarpura, vadodara. We were advised that the turbo charger unit is gone and it needs replacement and further they stated that there is ply in fins of turbo charger so it needs to be replaced complete unit costing rs. 1, 25, 000/-.
            We need your valued technical assistance on following issues ;
            1). What is average operational life of turbo charger unit of toyota fortuner?
            2). When does turbo charger complete unit is to be replaced?.
            3). Is the diagnosis made by authorized service station, viz narmada toyota, makarpura vadodara proper and right or is there any ambiguity in diagnosis of whistling noise??.
            4). What is the mechanical remedy in event if any ply being there in fins of turbo charger??.
            5). Is the noise of any bearing or pulley which is interpreted as being ply in fins of turbo charger??
            6). Cost of turbo charger unit as quoted of rs. 1, 25, 000/- incl of all taxes ‎, is correct and right price of part??
            7). Do we really need to change the complete unit of turbo charger and install new unit??
            8). What techno commercial support your good office can extend to us in this matter??
            9). What is the failure rate ‎percentile of turbo charger unit in toyota fortuner model, india specific??.
            We are one of those few patrons who regularly get toyota vehicles serviced on time and at authorized work shop only, we expected our toyota fortuner model to be fully operational till atleast 5, 00, 000 kms without any major mechanical problem.
            We request your good office to pls look into this matter and help us. ‎we are advised to send our vehicle again to narmada toyota workshop on this thursday, i. E. 23/8/2018 with service advisor mr. Sachin.

              I have purchased crysta on 25/5/18 reading till date is approx 10, 000 kms today all 4 tyres busted suddenly while driving.
              I wanted to know whether this tyres are made for Indian Road conditions?? or does Toyota doesnt care about customers. Who will be responsible in case of any mishap??

              I have lodged complains 2 times till now but there is no output.
              we once again request you to replace us all tyres & give us branded tyres suitable for Indian roads.
              I own 3 innova's but this problem has started to arise in crysta only.

              Requesting you to arrange the same or I might lodge complain against your company for supplying inferior products to customers

                I had purchased innova crysta from radiant ludhiana in feb 2018.15 days back i went on a vacation with my family on coming back from mussorie near dheradun both the alloy wheels of right side got cracked and one tyre also got damaged. The agency is not giving proper answer to me. This shows the poor quality of a product. The car is in guarantee so it's a request u to look into a matter.

                  My self satyendra pratap singh had taken a service on dated 06/07/2018 with sunny motors pvt. Ltd. Faizabad road, chinhat, lucknow (U. P). Phone no.[protected]. At the time of service they had done the complete interior cleaning with seat cover etc. Also. Mechanic had tried to open the back seat but unfortunate he did not opened the lock, just he pulled with foam of seat. At the time of delivery, i did not care on that because of it's self driven car. I did not used the back seat.

                  When i seen this condition, i am following with representative, who had given the service but not getting any +ve response since long back.

                  I think it's very shame full and surprising that behave with customer from such type of reputed company (Toyota). Dealer is iso certified with kvqa iso certification body and unfortunate i am also ex-employee of kvqa as a lead auditor. I am well aware that what parameters they follow to provide the iso certificates.

                  We hope that after seeing above matters, i will get any + ve response to rectify the problem with solutions as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I hv bought Fortuner 2 years back & for starting 2 service we didn't had much issue but after 20000 km i found the people is not attending our complains, just taking vehicle & returning after dusting within few hours.

                      Whenever i got call from customer care we have informed, they confirmed us they will get back to us, but no one returned.

                      Due to that we have never filled reply form which suppose to returned after servicing even though no once bothered to call & check why customer is not responding.

                        I took appointment for service my car one day prior. I requested that i require my car on same day after service. They committed for that. On next day when i visited toyota service centre faridabad. They denied for giving my car on same day. Also they did not even attend my problem. I requested repeatedly. And this is not first time. It was happened earlier also pls do need ful.

                          Since i have purchased the car in nov 2016, the mileage is as low as 9-10 kmpl. Twice dealers have checked but could not solve. They have said that it is poor driving style. I have read several similar complaints in the internet for this car model. Please either solve the problem or take back the car. Such ingenuity is never expected from toyota claiming more than 18 kmpl.

                            I am s sureshkumar having toyota altis regn no: tn59 aj 8998.

                            I had given the vehicle for service to attend to the ac water leak problem to lanson toyota service center in koyembedu on 14th aug. It was delivered on the same day.

                            While leaving the vehicle for service, the vehicle was running properly without any small noise.

                            But post service, the vehicle having huge noise and it is not tolerable and not sure what was done to vehicle to make so much noise. It is not ac noise. It is the noise due to components/shafts or so.

                            Due to my personal emergencies i could not call back or give back the vehicle for checkup.

                            There was a service call followed by that and i mentioned clearly about the noise. They said they will lodge a complaint and team will check. But no response.

                            Followed by that i called up mr. Arpudhraj who attended my vehicle on 14th aug, he was only cross questioning me on why you did not call immediate next day. And he also admitted clearly that they did not even done the drive to check. The moment you move the vehicle you get the huge noise, there is no way a service engineer can ignore that. He also told that if you need again bring back the vehicle

                            Or i am not sure while given the vehicle back to me during transit anything happend...

                            But it was a very disappointing experience and till now no one called back or sent service engineer for validation..

                              I have purchased innova touring sport (Wild fire red) from espirate toyota cuttack in the month of may 2018, but the colour of the bumper is not matching with body colour, i have given the complain to the showroom and company, my vehicle is in the showroom nearly one month but they couldn't solve the problem till now, i did not expect it from toyota

                                My car etios liva gd registration no. Up 32 ez 5482 was serviced (70, 000 km service) on[protected] at sunny toyota, chinhat, lucknow. When i reached home then i checked the vehicle properly then found that the engine oil is very black, it was not changed but service centre had charged amount for 3.9 lit engine oil. Proper reply was not given from the service centre for this. It is very bad because we trust the company.

                                I would like to inform you that my vehicle (Etios Liva) no. is UK04N1864 is still pending for insurance approval. I have given my car to repair on 16/8/2018 to Sunny Toyota, Chinhut, Lucknow. Now 12 days has been passed but my vehicle is not get repaired yet. Service adviser said "insurance approval is not received" . Now i am facing lots of trouble due to absence of my vehicle.

                                  I am using toyota innova crysta z model 2016. My vehicle number is kl-08-bl 162. My vehicle has done 29000kms. The first tyre got bursted at 8000km. 2nd tyre bursted at 16000km. The 3rd tyre bursted at 28000kms. Now i have asked the nippon toyota thrissur dealer to replace the alloys and tyres from 17"to 16". This is a dangerous threat for us as well as all people in the road. If they doesnt replace, i will definitely file the case. If anybody got any sort of court order please share.

                                      Am a very loyal customer of toyota but 2nd august i have called for a road side assistance as my car had an unfortunate ingition problem and was not starting and the problem happened in the middle of an highway jessore road, around 10pm i was driving my corolla altis then called toyota road side assistance around 10.40pm from there i was guided to pay the amount of rs.3304 online first through their sent link and they commitment was the truck wll arrive within 90 mins of payment am sure the company will hav all the voice recordings, but i also have all the voice recordings anyway, from 11.20pm i was only said sir please allow me 15mins more and 10mins more i called several times till 3am (Atleast (15times) in the night then they said sir we are unable to process your request and we cannot provide the service, this they could have said before their commitment and asking me to do the payment that they we will not be able to provide you the service, the truck can only be provided till next morning around 6am sharp, then by saying that finally the truck arrived at 9am in the morning,
                                      So now tell me they made me do the payment first and then made me wait for the whole night in car without any food and sleep what sort of service is this..???
                                      I need compensation for my sleep and harrasement...
