I hv bought Fortuner 2 years back & for starting 2 service we didn't had much issue but after 20000 km i found the people is not attending our complains, just taking vehicle & returning after dusting within few hours.

Whenever i got call from customer care we have informed, they confirmed us they will get back to us, but no one returned.

I took appointment for service my car one day prior. I requested that i require my car on same day after service. They committed for that. On next day when i visited toyota service centre faridabad. They denied for giving my car on same day. Also they did not even attend my problem. I requested repeatedly. And this is not first time. It was happened earlier also pls do need ful....

Since i have purchased the car in nov 2016, the mileage is as low as 9-10 kmpl. Twice dealers have checked but could not solve. They have said that it is poor driving style. Toyota fortuner sigma e4 is very repotated brand find this type of problems its not a good sing of your quality.

First of all, the person who inspects the car writes a number on the form which he never picks up. On calling the company, it was informed that the number is different. This number is also not reachable. Somehow, when person is reached, he never gives required...

I handed over my vehicle in the showroom for insurance and 65000km servicing 1 month ago. But still the delivery of vehicle is pending. I tried to follow up daily but i receive the same answer that insurance report is not ready.
I am in urgent need of vehicle.

But unfortunately my second car i. E fortuner met with an accident on 11th march 2018 i felt little relaxed
That have got my car insured from toyota only, and when i intimate my claim to insurance company that is
Sbi general insurance they told me that my car is total loss so they ll pay me insured...

My car is no up52 ah 7222, which is purchased from rajendra toyota gorakhpur, whose insuinity has also happened. After the cash lase car accidents, on 4th july, in the gorakhpur showroom, but till date the car is not being talked by the dealer.
